As a busy office, the Systems & Administration Officer plays a central role in the smooth running of MindOut's operations. The postholder will coordinate a range of administrative functions, support the wider team with organisational activities and projects, maintain effective office systems, oversee client and volunteer databases, assist with recruitment processes, and prepare monitoring and performance reports.
The role serves as a key point of contact for the organisation, responding to enquiries from service users, professionals, volunteers, partners and members of the public. The Project
The Minerva London service provides holistic, trauma-informed support for women in touch with the Criminal Justice System, through dedicated one to one support, safer women’s centre spaces and specialist interventions and partnerships.
The Role
Working as a Women Centre Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of the Minerva London service in your designated region of London, including leading on activities and supporting the Women’s Centre and partnerships. As the Minerva Women Centre Coordinator you will be responsible for enhancing the offer to women referred into the Minerva service by supporting them to engage with their local women’s centre provision. You will be based at your regional women’s centre five days a week, as the first point of contact for women entering the centre space or contacting the service via the centre helpline. As the Women Centre Coordinator you will create and deliver a relevant and lively activities programme for women to attend, in partnership with Minerva’s specialist delivery partners.
An integral part of the Women Centre Coordinator role will include, delivering planned monthly calendar of events and sessions, working in collaboration with the North and East Women Centre Coordinators.
This role with involve safeguarding and risk management for all activities taking place within your centre.
About You
In order to be successful in this role you will have previous experience of office management and administration roles, great interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong interest in supporting women in the criminal justice system. Ideally you will bring knowledge of issues that face offenders and those at risk of offending, and experience of working with women experiencing issues related to offending such as homelessness, substance misuse, domestic violence or mental health.

Domestic Abuse Support Worker*

Brighton Women’s Refuge is a safe haven for women and their children, fleeing domestic abuse.
As a Domestic Abuse Support Worker, you’ll manage a caseload of customers who have complex needs, through their journey with Stonewater’s supported housing service, ensuring a strengths based, trauma informed approach that enables them to realise their potential.
You’ll work closely with key partners, delivering quality, outcome focused coaching support sessions in one-to-one and group settings, providing both emotional and practical support. You will have proven experience of advocating to statutory agencies in a multi-agency setting in order to secure safeguarding outcomes for children affected by violence against women and children. You will have a demonstrable ability to use Microsoft Office, excellent casework skills, good written and verbal communication skills, clear professional boundaries and be a proactive team player.

About the role:
Join us as a Relief Hostel Support Worker (Days) and become a vital part of our dedicated team at the Manvers Street Hostel—a service that operates 24/7, 365 days a year, supporting rough sleepers on their journey out of homelessness.
In this dynamic role, you’ll help create a safe and welcoming environment during the day shift. Your responsibilities will include carrying out regular health and safety checks through patrols, monitoring the premises via CCTV, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll also play a key part in maintaining accurate client records, helping us deliver the highest standard of support.

Qualifications / Requirements:
As part of this role, you’ll need to complete practical first aid training. This will be included in your induction, and you’ll have two attempts to successfully complete and pass the assessment.

North Yorkshire Citizens Advice & Law Centre is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our advice team and make a real difference to the community. As an Advice Trainee, you will learn about all aspects of our service and develop the skills needed to deliver high quality advice on debt, welfare rights, employment, housing, family and other issues. Advice is delivered primarily over the phone, but you will also support clients via email and in person.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, along with good IT and communication skills. You will need the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
This role would suit someone who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for clients and is committed to reducing the impact of the cost of living crisis. Previous advice experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. Trainees typically become proficient in the role within 12-18 months.
The preferred location for this role is our Northallerton office. We will also consider applications from candidates wishing to be based in our Harrogate, Selby, or Scarborough offices.
