This is an exciting new opportunity to help empower young people aged 8–16 to take action, build confidence and develop new skills through our youth-led programmes in schools.

The Programmes Executive will play a key role in supporting our community of primary and secondary schools throughout the school year. You will help design and deliver Bite Back in Schools, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for young people, their teachers and their schools whilst making sure the programme achieves meaningful impact.

Alongside day-to-day programme delivery, you will contribute to a range of initiatives across the organisation, including supporting an exciting collaboration with the School Food Project and helping to coordinate and support wider organisational events such as our youth residentials.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with young people, is proactive and adaptable, and is ready to learn and grow at a leading youth-led health charity. You’ll be motivated by helping young people turn their ideas into action and seeing the difference that makes in schools and beyond.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme delivery 

• Schedule and organise visits to schools, agreeing agendas with the schools in advance to include meeting pupils and teachers, leading feedback sessions and focus groups and supporting the development of their social action campaigns. 

• Schedule and deliver assemblies with primary and secondary schools participating in the programme, coordinating with our Bite Back ambassadors.

• Support the School Ambassadors with travel logistics as they deliver assemblies in schools across England and Scotland.

• Deliver training and webinars for schools where necessary. 

• Maintain and regularly update programme management software and associated data to ensure accurate and up to date information for all participating primary schools.

• Ensure successful end-to-end support for the 5+ primary schools participating in the programme throughout the 26/27 school year.

• Celebrate and share examples of best practice and impactful social action projects amongst our community of schools. 

Relationship management 

• Provide ongoing support to both primary and secondary schools throughout their time on the programme, building strong working relationships with participating schools. 

• Support communication with all primary schools, providing a point of contact for the coordinator and lead teacher in each school. 

• Support monitoring and evaluation through creation of surveys, ensuring completion of baseline and end of year surveys, and analysis of data submitted (working with our Impact & Evaluation Manager).

• Provide timely responses to school queries and alert the Programmes Manager of any potential risks.

• Proactively seek feedback from teachers and young people on our programmes.

• Ensure opportunities for schools to engage in at least two one-on-one meetings with our team during the school year. 

• Build productive relationships with programme partners.

Project support 

• Help coordinate our relationship with our partners in The School Food Project, including Chefs in Schools, School Food Matters, Food Foundation & Jamie Oliver’s Group.

• Support the national rollout of the Bite Back in Schools Primary programme, translating insights and evidence from two successful pilot programmes into engaging assemblies and high-quality resources that drive effective programme delivery and impact.

• Provide support to Programme Manager in the delivery of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope.

• Provide ad hoc input to evolving organisational requirements as directed by senior team members.

Event support 

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of Bite Back events throughout the year, including travelling as required to meet the operational needs of the Youth teams.

• Coordinate the logistical arrangements for youth residential events, including travel, accommodation and other practical requirements.

• Contribute to event planning and preparation, including resource ordering, coordination and ensuring all materials are organised and available in advance.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders at the individual level and in representation of the organisation.

• Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent time management, ability to manage competing priorities and attention to detail.

• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages and language to resonate with different audiences.

• A willingness to build relationships across sectors, with young people and adults.

• Experience of creating resources which are engaging for young people.

• Experience of youth facilitation and/or delivering training.

• Experience in presenting and delivering content, ideally to young people such as an educational, heritage or other  setting, for example such as leading assemblies and workshops.

• Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating events, including logistics, stakeholder communication, and on-the-day delivery.

• Confident public speaker or willingness to learn.

• Ability to travel across England and Scotland when required (occasional).

The Programme and Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the programme runs smoothly and that the participants, our Associates, have a great experience.

Person profile

We are seeking an organised self-starter who can bring great organisational skills to the recruitment of participants, and programme delivery of our well-known cohort-based learning programme. You will work closely with our current On Purpose Associates and the L+D Programme team to deliver an outstanding learning & development programme that supports our Associates to transition into critical roles in systemic change.

Our Associate Programme celebrated its fifteenth year in 2025. Running twice a year, the year-long programme works with a select group of high-potential career changers from a range of professional backgrounds, matching them to work with purpose-led organisations, and supporting them through inspiring learning and development.

About the role

The role of Programme and Recruitment Coordinator sits at the heart of delivering our flagship Associate Programme. You’ll accompany individuals through the journey from candidates to Associates, support their onboarding and matching to placements, hold the logistics for their regular afternoon training sessions and project manage key milestones in the Programme such as the residential.

This role will work with our London and international core team and current Associates. You will be managed by the Co-Lead of On Purpose London, Head of Programme & Organisational Development, and work closely with the Programme Delivery Manager and Co-Lead, Head of Business Development & Community on specific workstreams.

In this role, you will:

Ensure Associates have an excellent experience throughout their time at On Purpose

• Support the delivery of Associate training sessions, which requires being physically present every Friday afternoon in central London to coordinate the session logistics, acting as venue and trainer liaison.
• Lead on communications with Associates, including acting as the first point of contact on many areas of the Programme
• Lead on the logistics of a range of in-person and online events, including induction, residentials and end of year celebration events
• Support the Programme Delivery Manager in other aspects of Programme delivery, including maintaining a library of learning resources, weekly communication with Associates and other ad hoc tasks.

Manage the logistics of the recruitment selection process for the Associate Programme

• Manage queries from candidates during the recruitment process
• Project manage review of Associate programme applications using AI and human application scoring systems, and participate in application scoring alongside the wider team
• Coordinate interview slots and lead on communications with interviewees
• Coordinate interviewers, leading on recruiting and communicating with interviewers, and coordinate the logistics of interviewing days
• Coordinate process for giving feedback to unsuccessful candidates and issuing offers

Manage onboarding process for the Associate Programme

• Lead on end to end communications with new Associates from issuing offer letters through onboarding checks and providing timely information about starting the programme
• Provide administrative support for our placement matching process, coordinating with the Head of Business Development and Marketing & Communications Manager to prepare materials, and run logistics of the process.
• Manage internal processes for onboarding new Associates including set up on tech systems, gathering information to add people to payroll and confirming right to work, and liaising with placement organisation’s HR teams as needed.

Support the smooth running of the organisation administratively

• Provide administrative support around finance and HR, including processing and generating invoices, and on-boarding new team members
• Manage office-related activities including liaising with the landlords of our serviced offices, ordering supplies, managing post etc
• Manage the two general email mailboxes and respond to inquiries
• Onboard new Mentors, Coaches and Partners to our community and help keep our CRM system up to date

Support organisational improvement initiatives

• Support On Purpose’s impact management practice, including collecting and maintaining data and feedback
• Support On Purpose to develop our community, including sending communications to partners and supporting community events
• Support On Purpose to expand our outreach to placement organisations, e.g. by identifying and communicating with potential organisations.

Job Description 

Working closely with our UK Director, but with a significant degree of independence, you'll support almost every part of our UK operations:

• Plan and enable smooth programme delivery — allocating coaches and facilitators, scheduling group sessions, and managing logistics for face-to-face events
• Set up and launch coaching and leadership programmes on our digital platforms, and use Claude and other AI tools to speed up routine tasks like data entry, reporting and client updates
• Act as a trusted first point of contact for clients, managing relationships, delivering briefings and platform demos, and preparing data-led impact reports
• Handle new enquiries, follow through with quotations and information, and support business development and proposal writing with the Director
• Help grow our profile — co-ordinating social media content (particularly LinkedIn), updating our website, building landing pages, and supporting our alumni and marketing campaigns
• Forecast income, keep our financial systems up to date, and manage letters of engagement, purchase orders and invoicing requests.
• Provide occasional live support for virtual workshops, and executive assistant support to the Director

The balance of your week will shift through the year, with programme launches taking priority at times and more space for development work during school holidays. A key priority is to make full use of our AI capability (especially Claude) to speed up our processes and free up more time for the relationship-building and engagement work that matters most. This is something we’ll support you to build into your working practice from day one.

• A strong, sustained track record in programme planning and project/operations management
• Confidence managing relationships with senior education and non-profit leaders, with excellent, professional customer service skills

Quartet Community Foundation is looking for an experienced, collaborative and forward-thinking Head of Programmes to lead our grant-making and programmes work across Bristol, Bath & North-East Somerset, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

This is an exciting time to join Quartet. The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. The Role

As an Graduate Landscape Architect, you will support the design and delivery of landscape projects across a variety of sectors, including public realm, residential, education, infrastructure and environmental enhancement schemes.

This role delivers a range of dynamic and engaging financial education programmes to young people, adults, and professionals.

As part of our Programmes and Delivery Directorate, our trainers love working with our participants; they’re the front line of our work, representing Money Ready’s exceptional programme quality in a range of settings.

This role will work predominantly with young adult and adults, delivering our programmes to a wide range of learners, such as care-leavers, young mums and refugees. There may also be the opportunity to do some delivery with children too.

We’re seeking a dynamic individual to support Medair UK’s engagement with Trusts and Foundations in the United Kingdom. As an integral part of the team you will help enable support for Medair's life-saving work responding to conflict, disease, and disaster so that the world’s most vulnerable and hard-to reach people can live with dignity and hope.

As a good communicator with excellent written skills and strong attention to detail, you will have the ability to produce compelling funding applications and donor reports. You will be proactive, highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Key Activity Areas  

Lead Generation - Trusts and Foundations  

• Support the identification and research of new Trusts and Foundations aligned with Medair's funding priorities, maintaining a pipeline of prospective funders. 

• Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized Trusts and Foundations, progressing relationships through the donor journey and supporting their ongoing engagement with Medair. 

• Conduct prospect research and prepare donor profiles, briefing notes and background information to support fundraising approaches and applications. 

• Work closely with the Head of Trusts and Foundations to identify opportunities to develop new funding relationships and increase support from existing partners. 

Communications - Trusts and Foundations 

• Prepare high-quality funding applications, letters of enquiry, cases for support and reports for Trusts and Foundations. 

• Support the delivery of stewardship plans for Trust and Foundation partners, helping to ensure funders remain engaged with Medair's work. 

• Build positive relationships with trust representatives through written communications, meetings, events and other engagement opportunities.

Planning, Monitoring and Pipeline Management 

• Maintain accurate records of Trust and Foundation activity, applications, grants and contacts within Salesforce.

Role purpose statement:  The Programme Assistant, Enquiries, plays a vital administrative role in the Fellowship Programme working directly with academics facing immediate risk in their home countries. The Council for At-Risk Academics is a UK-registered charity founded in 1933 under the leadership of William Beveridge, to assist academics suffering persecution under the rise of Nazism and facilitate their continued work in safety. Sixteen Cara Fellows from the 1930s and 1940s became Nobel Laureates, and many more innovators in their fields, including, Nikolaus Pevsner, Lise Meitner and Karl Popper. 

Cara has been a lifeline to academics at risk for over 90 years enabling them to continue their teaching and research in safety, as and when world events have placed them in the line of fire: Hungarian Uprising, Cold War, Apartheid South Africa, Iran, Latin American Juntas, Vietnam, Kosovo, DRC, Rwanda, Sudan, Zimbabwe etc. and, more recently Iraq, Turkey, Yemen, Palestine, Syria, Afghanistan and Ukraine.

Today, our Fellowship Programme convenes a network of 135 UK universities in the UK to secure research placements for at-risk academics and support for their families, continuing a longstanding commitment of protecting academics and preserving their knowledge and expertise.

Role & Responsibilities 

Casework 

• Signposting prospective applicants to the application form. 

• Manage own caseload, preparing cases for eligibility review, including arranging calls to speak with applicants, booking English language tests, and gathering all relevant documentation.

Spitalfields Crypt Trust (SCT) is an East London charity supporting people affected by homelessness and addiction to rebuild their lives. We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Recovery Community & Therapeutic Service Manager to lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of our Recovery Community and Therapeutic Service.

This is a part-time role working 28 hours per week and is fully onsite at our Shoreditch hub. There is some flexibility around how the hours are worked across the week, although ideally Friday will be included as a working day.

This is a key leadership role bringing together therapeutic support, aftercare, peer-led activity, volunteering, training and community engagement to create an integrated recovery journey. You will ensure that people accessing SCT's services have opportunities to strengthen their recovery capital, build supportive networks and progress towards greater independence and wellbeing.

Working closely with our Director of Services and colleagues across SCT, you will:

• Lead the ongoing development of SCT's Recovery Community and therapeutic offer.
• Oversee recovery-focused programmes, therapeutic interventions, aftercare and peer-led activities.
