This pivotal leadership role will enable the Director of Finance, People and Operations to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring robust financial management, insight, and governance across the charity.

We’re looking for a Customer Research Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave for 12 months. This is a key role in our Customer Analysis and Insight team, helping us build deeper, more meaningful relationships with our supporters and with men with prostate cancer.

As Head of Supporter Experience and Optimisation you will lead the strategic alignment and continuous improvement of how we deliver for our supporters (donors, campaigners, volunteers), transforming how we work across the Income and Engagement directorate. You will bring together our critical enabling functions focused on performance, planning and reporting; supporter experience delivery and improvement; administration and people development.
