As New Partnerships Lead, you will lead our New Partnerships Team (x4 Senior Managers and x2 Managers) and develop an ambitious strategy to significantly grow our portfolio of high-value, strategic corporate partnerships. About this role
We are looking for an ambitious, thoughtful, and relationship-focused Account Manager to become Unifrog’s Specialist Provision expert within the Account Management team.
You will own a national portfolio of specialist provision partners, including:
Special schools
SEND schools and colleges
Pupil Referral Units (PRUs)
Alternative Provision (AP) settings
SEMH settings

Other specialist education provisions
What you’ll do
You will take ownership of specialist provision partnerships following onboarding, leading renewals, long-term engagement, and helping partners maximise the value of Unifrog.
Help specialist provision partners succeed
Deliver ongoing training and support to school leaders and staff, helping partners to develop their use of Unifrog over time.
Help partners embed Unifrog effectively with students across different needs and learning profiles.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner schools and trusts.
Increase engagement, usage, and measurable impact across the portfolio.
Own renewals and retention across the specialist provision portfolio.
Demonstrate value and impact to support strong long-term partnership outcomes.
Identify barriers to engagement and proactively develop solutions.

Build Unifrog’s specialist provision strategy
Gather insights from specialist provision partners and identify opportunities to improve how Unifrog supports these settings throughout the partner journey, using your findings to shape onboarding approaches, training, messaging, and best practice guidance.
Identify how specialist provisions can benefit from wider Unifrog developments, including primary resources and future tools.
Act as the voice of specialist provision within Unifrog, championing the needs of these partners and working with Product, Marketing, Content, and other teams to ensure they are reflected in future developments.
Become a trusted internal expert on the specialist provision landscape.

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead and deliver a transformation roadmap that redesigns and improves student services, using service design and business analysis approaches to create efficient, student-centred processes across the Union.
The role is full time (with part time possibility) and a fixed term contract for 12 months. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 40/60 basis (40% working from the office).
Duties and Responsibilities
You will lead the delivery of a transformation roadmap to redesign and improve student services across the Union, focusing on creating efficient, user-centred processes that enhance the experience of student leaders and staff. This will involve analysing current ways of working, identifying opportunities for improvement, and balancing quick wins with longer-term change aligned to the academic cycle.
You will work closely with students, staff and stakeholders across the Union to co-design services and ensure they meet real user needs. Using data, insight and feedback, you will prioritise improvements, build engagement, and ensure that systems and tools—working in partnership with IT and Digital—support the delivery of better services.
Alongside delivery, you will help embed a consistent approach to service design and process management, producing clear documentation and building organisational capability for continuous improvement. The Partnerships Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the SPAL, working closely with participating firms to assist them in developing, testing, and implementing practical changes to help prevent suicidality.

Financial

• Respond appropriately to unexpected incidents at community fundraising events, following agreed procedures and escalating where needed.

This role serves as the strategic lead on media, and external communication matters for the Pensions Board, advising and working with senior leaders to propose, develop and execute well thought through proactive and reactive communication strategies to realise delivery of our biggest priorities
It is a hybrid and matrix role. The role holder will work within the NCIs' multi-disciplinary national Communications team ensuring the Board's external communications response is resilient, best practice and well-planned while also taking a steer on initiatives and the handling of key topics from leaders within the Pensions Board. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaboration
* Be the primary 'lead' press contact for key stakeholders at the Pensions Board, with a particular focus on ethical and Responsible Investment.
* Lead the development of external media plans to support delivery of the Board's objectives, aligning these with customer communications and stakeholder plans being formed within the Board, working closely with the Customer Communications Manager and Engagement colleagues in Housing and Pensions
* Work as part of the Financial Communications team to manage the relationship with the Ethical Investment Advisory Group,
* Proactively initiate, build and manage complex relationships with key financial and specialist journalists who cover the work of the Pensions Board, strengthening the Board's media presence.
* Work with the digital communications team to initiate social media content for the Pensions Board, including establishing and managing the Board's LinkedIn presence.
Communications planning/proactive comms
* Initiate and sustain effective external communications planning on a monthly and annual basis. This includes setting clear objectives to enhance effectiveness, close gaps and prioritising 'media' requests across Pensions Board teams.
* Be responsible for the development and delivery of key KPIs assessing media performance, and external reach, reporting to the Pensions Board's Director of Strategy & Engagement.
* Put in place a robust comms calendar
* Shape and author messaging ahead of anticipated media interest with an aim to grow the influence of the Pensions Board.

* Support with media training and photo shoots for internal stakeholders, including working with and coaching colleagues (at all levels) to enhance their confidence with media exposure.

Role purpose
This is a critical, income-generating role responsible for growing Perennial’s Individual Giving programme and increasing unrestricted income, with a primary focus on supporter acquisition and on supporter development and retention.
This role translates strategy into delivery by converting audiences into supporters, and supporters into income, so our Services team can provide meaningful impact in people’s lives and income into meaningful impact.
You will own and deliver acquisition income targets, and working with our Marketing team lead on the development of audience-led, multi-channel campaigns that attract, convert and retain supporters.
