As Black Health Equity Programme Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering our bold new Black Health Equity Strategy 2025–2030, designed by Black men, for Black men. This is a hands-on role where you’ll turn strategy into action, ensuring that every milestone is met and every programme makes a real difference.

You’ll:

• Lead delivery of projects tackling health inequalities, from early diagnosis initiatives to culturally informed support programmes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Health Services, Fundraising, Communications, and Finance to keep everything on track.
• Manage impact reporting, ensuring we measure what matters and share results with senior stakeholders.
• Line manage a Senior Impact Officer, coaching and developing talent.
• Represent the charity at key meetings and events, acting as a trusted ambassador for Black health equity.

About this key role

You will take the lead on applications and relationship management of Trusts and Foundations, working with the Trusts and Foundations Officer and Head of Voluntary Fundraising to raise £2m from Trusts and Foundations each year, plus manage campaigns and events to raise £200,000 across Appeals, Individual Giving, and Legacy per year.  You will be expected to manage a Fundraising Assistant to support them with administration tasks for the team, while also managing and refining processes for recordkeeping, a multitude of fundraising systems, through which we receive funds, and work closely with the Finance team to set and review annual budgets.

We will also count on you to develop and design high-quality applications, presentations, and pitches to secure five-, six- and seven-figure funding opportunities from Trusts and Foundations, provide excellent stewardship to existing donors and to manage the development and implementation of our Individual Giving and Legacy Strategy, providing regular data analysis & reporting on our progress.  Growing our Individual Giving and Legacy income stream through single and regular giving appeals is also a key aspect of this role.

What we are looking for

• Two years’ experience working in a charity fundraising environment
•  Proven track record of winning and/or managing five-figure grants
• Experience devising, planning and implementing fundraising appeals
• A good understanding of fundraising best practice and regulations, including Fundraising Regulator guidelines, GDPR and data protection
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage external stakeholders
• Impressive communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to write compelling and informative copy that are tailored to different audiences

Purpose of the Role

In Spring 2028, the National Gallery will launch a new, public-facing Research Centre to facilitate and showcase our world-leading research in the history and science of painting. This will be a complex space sitting at the intersection of multiple valued research stakeholders both within and beyond the Gallery, including the Gallery’s own wide array of research-active staff, our Artists-in-Residence, specialist users of our extensive Library & Archive collections, and a research-engaged general public attending events and consulting materials.

We are now recruiting for a new role, a Research Centre Manager, to support in the creative planning and daily delivery of an exceptional experience at the Research Centre. The role-holder will provide vital clarity and consistency in the day-to-day running of this multifaceted space to ensure a smoothly functioning whole. Organisational Planning & Strategy

• Work with the Executive Leadership Team to shape the organisational business plan, in partnership with Executive Leadership Team colleagues and Council, supported by a clear budget and plan for income generation
• Lead the implementation of the strategy, ensuring that KPIs are met / action is taken to course correct, and provide day-to-day guidance and long-term strategic direction for all employees within the College
• Oversee the College’s existing and new products and services, ensuring that they are of the highest standard, and are informed by research and impact evaluation

Leadership

• Advise on the education content of external communications
• Provide overall accountability and leadership in a range of areas including membership, publishing, content, research, Chartered status and other professional learning and accreditation
• Report to the Council as required and be the Executive Leadership Team representative for relevant committees, and ensure they have the reports and data needed to make informed decisions for the College 
• Provide leadership and development of individuals within the team, including setting clear objectives, responsibilities, performance standards and development goals and managing these accordingly – through informal coaching and feedback and formal discussions including regular one to ones and appraisals

Product Manager – HOSTHub Lead  

Reports to: Operations Director (Head of Delivery)

Role Purpose  

As Product Manager  HOSTHub Lead, you will drive the vision, design, and delivery of HOSTHub, HOST’s secure digital platform for global civil society operations.  

HOSTHub is the central nervous system of HOST - connecting partners, funders, and internal teams across finance, legal, and operations. You will lead the platform’s development and optimisation, ensuring every user journey is clear, intuitive, and aligned with HOST’s empowering, expert, and empathetic values.  

Working closely with the Partnerships and Engagement teams, along with our development contractors, you’ll translate user needs into product strategy, coordinate with the external development team, and deliver tools that make life easier for changemakers, funders, and the HOST team.  

This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who can think systemically, act decisively, and balance big-picture design with hands-on delivery.  

Core Responsibilities  

1. Product Vision and Strategy  

Lead on the design, roadmap, and vision of HOSTHub as HOST’s flagship digital platform.  

Translate HOST’s organisational goals into a clear, scalable, and user-focused product strategy.  

Define and own product milestones, prioritising features that improve efficiency, visibility, and impact.  

Ensure HOSTHub reflects HOST’s values secure, transparent, intuitive, and empowering.  

Reporting cadence: Monthly progress and roadmap update to Operations Director and Leadership Team.  

2. User Journey and Experience Design  

Lead on designing the end-to-end user experience for hosted partners, funders, and staff.  

Map user journeys across onboarding, finance, compliance, and reporting workflows, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.  

Collaborate with the Partnerships and Community Support teams to align HOSTHub with the Hosted Partner and Funder Journeys.  

Work with the Communications Team to ensure all user-facing content is accessible, clear, and on-brand.  

Reporting cadence: Quarterly user feedback and UX improvement report.  

3. Development Oversight  

Oversee product design and development process, in coordination with the development team.  

Attend demo and planning sessions each sprint, provide clear prioritisation of activities and ensure that development is rolled out as required.   

Ensure that all Hosted Partner and HOST team voices are included and prioritised into the platform development, acting as central focal point for all HOSThub needs.  

Reporting cadence: Bi-weekly sprint updates; monthly development report.  

4. Data, Systems, and Integration  

Work with the Data Analyst to ensure HOSTHub captures accurate, useful data for reporting and impact measurement.  

Integrate Data and Impact measurement needs into the Product Roadmap prioritisation  

Support automation of key workflows across the Delivery and Partnerships Circles, improving speed and reducing manual processes.  

Maintain robust documentation of system architecture and data flows.  

Reporting cadence: Monthly systems performance and data accuracy review.  

5. Security, Compliance, and Risk  

Lead on platform security and data protection in collaboration with the Legal Lead.  

Ensure HOSTHub adheres to global data privacy and security standards (GDPR, AML/CTF, etc.). Prioritise required actions within roadmap.  

Conduct regular digital risk assessments and prioritise required actions within roadmap mitigation strategies.  

Lead the incident response process for digital issues or breaches, maintaining transparent communication with leadership.  

Reporting cadence: Quarterly security and compliance review.  

6. Cross-Team Collaboration and Capacity Building  

Work across HOST’s teams to ensure HOSTHub serves all service areas - Project Hosting, Hosted Grantmaking, and Capacity Building.  

Develop and deliver internal training sessions to build staff confidence and skills in using HOSTHub.  

Create and maintain onboarding resources, FAQs, and user guides.  

Partner with the Training Lead to embed digital literacy across the organisation and hosted partner community.  

Reporting cadence: Quarterly internal training and adoption report.  

7. Continuous Improvement and Innovation  

Monitor emerging technologies and sector best practices to inform HOSTHub’s evolution.  

Evaluate and test new features, integrations, and user needs to maintain product relevance.  

Lead user feedback sessions and platform reviews to ensure HOSTHub grows with HOST’s global operations.  

Drive HOSTHub’s role in enabling a distributed, digital-first delivery model.  

Reporting cadence: Annual product review and roadmap refresh.

Required Experience  

5–8 years’ experience in product management, digital platform delivery, or systems development - ideally within SaaS, fintech, social enterprise, or digital infrastructure contexts.  

Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder digital products from concept to launch and iteration.  

Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user journey design, with practical experience mapping and optimising workflows for multiple user groups.  

Experience managing or coordinating external developers, digital agencies, or tech contractors in remote environments.  

Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into technical requirements, prioritising effectively across competing demands.  

Familiarity with API integrations, database systems, and workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Airtable, or custom integrations).  

Proven success integrating digital tools with finance, CRM, or data systems (e.g. Sage, Salesforce, ClickUp, Zendesk).  

Strong data skills, including experience designing or using dashboards and analytics for performance and reporting.  

Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, ISO, AML/CTF) as they apply to digital systems.  

Excellent project management, prioritisation, and communication skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

About the Role

This is a key senior position within our organisation — ideal for a strategic thinker with entrepreneurial flair and the drive to deliver transformational results.

As Director of Income & Development, you’ll lead our income generation strategy, securing and diversifying funding across corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, individual giving, and commercial ventures. You’ll be at the forefront of growing our resources and influence, ensuring we have the means to deliver our Transforming Futures Strategy.

You’ll:

• Develop and lead a forward-thinking income growth strategy, driving innovation and results
• Build new, high-value partnerships while nurturing long-term funder relationships
• Identify emerging opportunities and trends across the fundraising landscape
• Work closely with colleagues across programmes, impact, and operations to create fundable, evidence-led propositions
• Represent YE externally at senior levels, building visibility and credibility across sectors

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Develop and deliver an ambitious income generation strategy to grow and diversify funding.
• Lead with innovation, aligning income strategy to YE’s Transforming Futures vision.

Partnership Development

• Build and sustain high-value partnerships with corporates, trusts, and individuals.
• Champion best-in-class relationship management and stewardship.

Innovation & Market Insight

• Identify new funding models, trends, and opportunities across sectors.
• Position YE as a thought leader in enterprise and financial education.

Collaboration & Alignment

• Work closely with programme and impact teams to create compelling, fundable propositions.
• Actively contribute to the Senior Leadership Team and Board-level discussions.

Performance & Compliance

• Lead financial forecasting and income reporting, ensuring compliance and transparency.
