As the successful candidate, you and the team you lead will play a pivotal role in maintaining this level of fundraising success, ensuring our vital work with young people continues to flourish.

The post holder will be required to work from home permanently but be willing and able to easily travel to various locations as necessary to fulfill the requirements of the role and to engage with stakeholders and colleagues.

What is a Technical Business Analyst?
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis, design, prioritisation, and implementation of process and technical changes to enhance business operations and services. Your role involves identifying improvement opportunities, leveraging technology (including automation), defining costs and benefits, and establishing success metrics. You will manage DDaT-enabled process improvements.
Your objective is to enhance the client journey, from small pathway changes to large technical projects and process improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to join Refuge as a domestic abuse refuge worker, providing high quality practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic abuse and their children living in our refuge accommodation in Warwickshire.
The post holder will work closely with survivors from the point of crisis and admission to the refuge, through to move on from the emergency accommodation. This involves providing a personalised, holistic support and safety plan, enabling survivors to access housing, welfare, benefits and legal advice.

Role description
As our philanthropy coordinator, you will play a key role in building new partnerships with philanthropists and high-net-worth individuals, with an immediate focus on the UK, US, and Europe. Designing and executing our philanthropy fundraising strategy. Lead a strategy to identify, cultivate, and solicit high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) —including through Donor Advised Funds, Family Offices, Family Foundations, and other giving vehicles—with an immediate focus on the US, UK and Europe.

Prospecting and donor acquisition. Manage HNWI prospecting, generate new leads, develop solicitation plans, brief senior leadership in advance of meetings, and coordinate cultivation and networking opportunities.

Terms and remuneration
