What the job involves
This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping us understand, evidence and communicate the impact of our Black Health Equity Strategy. Focussing on improving outcomes for Black men affected by prostate cancer, you’ll bring together lived experience, insight and data to show the difference our work is making and help shape future priorities.
Working across the organisation and with external partners and communities, you’ll design and embed practical approaches to impact measurement and evaluation. You’ll help teams capture meaningful evidence, define outcomes and build a consistent understanding of impact that supports learning, accountability and continuous improvement.
You’ll turn data, feedback and insights into clear, engaging stories that bring our work to life for a range of audiences. From reports and case studies to multimedia content and impact updates, you’ll create accessible outputs that support decision-making, strengthen understanding and demonstrate the value of our work.
Building strong relationships will be central to your success. You’ll work closely with colleagues, partners and Black communities to ensure impact is captured authentically, ethically and respectfully. By combining evidence, storytelling and evaluation, you’ll help make our Black Health Equity work more visible, influential and effective across the organisation and beyond.
What we want from you
You may already work in impact, evaluation, insight, learning or research and be looking for an opportunity to use your skills to influence meaningful change. We’re looking for someone with experience of developing evaluation approaches, outcomes frameworks or theories of change, ideally within a health, charity or social impact setting.
You’ll be comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data, turning evidence, feedback and insight into clear conclusions that support learning, decision-making and improvement. You’ll also be a strong communicator, able to translate complex information into engaging reports, impact stories and accessible content for a range of audiences.
A good understanding of equity and health inequalities is essential, along with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice. You’ll have experience of working respectfully and effectively with Black communities and be committed to ensuring lived experience is at the heart of how impact is understood, measured and communicated.

How and where we work
Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.
Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.

About Mentoring Works
ELBA’s Mentoring Works programme has been running since 1996 and has supported thousands of young people across London and beyond. Mentoring Works connects Year 10 and Sixth Form/college students to volunteer business mentors working in the City and Canary Wharf. Mentors and mentees connect regularly for sessions designed to develop the knowledge, skills and qualities needed for future careers. Sessions explore the Skills Builder framework and key employability competencies but can also be tailored to individual needs. Mentoring Works provides resources, guides mentees in their own decisions and discoveries and promotes networks, opportunities and social mobility.
Purpose of the job
To be responsible for supporting the key aims and deliverables of Mentoring Works. The Mentoring Works Project Manager will need to develop and manage strong relationships with schools and colleges; recruit students and engage and train business volunteers as mentors; design resources; deliver sessions; monitor relationships; support with safeguarding and produce robust impact evaluations for the programme. You will be required to support other members of the Mentoring Works team and your colleagues as and when required. The post will be managed by the Head of Programmes - Education, with further support and training from the Mentoring Works team. The post holder will have regular one-to-one support for input and guidance to achieve agreed success indicators and will be subject to annual performance appraisals with mid-year reviews.

Job Description
- Manage relationships with schools, colleges and employers, with particular responsibility for ELBA’s partners
- To promote safety and wellbeing of students at all times, to follow ELBA’s safeguarding policies and have full regard to the policies of the partners engaged in the programme.
- Oversee individual employee volunteer (mentor) and student (mentee) relationships to ensure programme objectives are being met.
- Plan and deliver employee volunteer and student recruitment sessions.

The Role
At National Voices, our aim is to make what matters to people matter in health and care. Too often, we see decisions made about the design of health and care services which don’t consider the people who use and need those services – especially those with long term conditions and from groups experiencing inequality. While the intentions of decision makers are usually good, they can unwittingly develop services which are difficult to access, stressful to experience and which don’t enable people to live life to its full potential.
We believe that if health and care leaders were better supported to meaningfully involve people living with health conditions, disability, inequality and their carers in decisions about how services are delivered then our NHS and social care services would be more equitable, and person centred.
At National Voices, we believe that this can best be achieved by connecting health and care leaders in health and care to key groups including:
· Leaders within the patient participation movement, who can support and advise health and care leaders on how to share power with people and communities using coaching and quality improvement techniques, and by acting as a critical friend.
· Leaders from voluntary sector organisations and community groups, who can bring insight into the needs, experiences and priorities of the communities they serve. They can identify opportunities to improve how services are designed and delivered, and help connect decision-makers with communities whose voices are often underrepresented.
· People with lived experience of inequality, particular conditions or services, who bring unique expertise based on their direct experience of care. They can provide timely insight into the impact of policies and services, helping decision-makers stay tuned to current needs, experiences and priorities, rather than relying on historical evidence or assumptions.
We are looking for a Participation Manager who can lead on the design, development and delivery of funded projects that generate insight, support improvement, and enable meaningful participation in health and care decision making. This will include end-to-end responsibility for project design, delivery, reporting and impact.
Projects may include designing and delivering activity such as workshops, coordinating lived experience advisory groups, coordinating coalitions of VCSE organisations, undertaking qualitative research, facilitation and engagement work. The postholder will need sufficient breadth of experience across these areas to confidently design and steer programmes, while drawing on colleagues, partners and associates for specialist input where needed.
You will be responsible for overall programme management - ensuring projects are well planned, appropriately resourced, and delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. This includes managing risks, reporting requirements and funder relationships.
Projects may also include co-ordinating the delivery of Voices for Improvement coaching relationships and workshops on meaningful participation. We are open to a Participation Manager who has skills and experience around coaching theory and practice, however, we can also bring in external Associates with this subject matter expertise where needed to guide and supervise the coaching elements of the process.
You will also play an active role in identifying and developing new funding and partnership opportunities, contributing to the growth of National Voices’ portfolio of externally funded work.
Finally, where needed, you will also work collaboratively with another Participation Manager who leads National Voices’ Lived Experience Partner programme, membership scheme and partnership programme. You will contribute to these areas where required, particularly where they intersect with funded projects, but they will not be the primary focus of this role.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of funded participation projects
Lead the end-to-end design, delivery and management of funded programmes and projects that generate insight, support improvement and drive meaningful participation in health and care, including:
· Lead on shaping, securing and delivering funded projects from proposal stage through to completion, ensuring clear outcomes and impact
· Design and oversee programmes that may include research, engagement and participatory activity, such as qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder engagement and participation work
· Convene and coordinate a range of delivery approaches including advisory groups, workshops, events, VCSE engagement and system partner collaboration
· Ensure delivery is well planned, resourced and managed, including oversight of budgets, timelines, risks and funder reporting

- Ensure coaching relationships between people with lived experience and system leaders are well supported and of high quality
- Contribute to the design and facilitation of associated engagement or learning sessions where required

Contribute to wider participation programmes
Work collaboratively with another Participation Manager to support integration with National Voices’ wider participation infrastructure:
· Contribute where relevant to the Lived Experience Partner programme, membership scheme and partnership programme
· Support the involvement of lived experience partners, members and partners in funded projects and engagement activity
· Ensure alignment across programmes and share learning between project delivery and participation infrastructure

- Provide line management to one Project Officer within the team, if needed - quality assuring outputs, holding regular 1-2-1s as well as setting annual objectives and completing appraisals.

Our approach to hybrid working
We recognise the importance of coming together regularly, in-person, as a team, so we can share learnings and spend social time with each other. We also recognise that people need flexibility, and that homeworking enables focused work and can fit well in people’s lives.
We ask all staff to take part in pre-arranged team meetings which take place every six weeks in our office space. We also might ask you to meet in-person with members of your team from time to time, or to be available for face-to- face meetings with clients and partners where this enhances the work.
We assume that this would usually not amount to more than one day per fortnight for people who work full time. We are happy to discuss how this sits in your life. This can be agreed by your line manager.

We are seeking an experienced Impact & Evaluation Manager to help shape how a growing national charity measures its impact, learns from evidence and strengthens opportunities for children across the UK.
Salary: £41,200 FTE (£24,720 actual)

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead impact measurement and evaluation for a well-established national charity as it enters a new phase of growth.
You'll develop and refine evaluation frameworks and Theory of Change models, helping the organisation understand where it is making the greatest difference and how evidence can drive future decision making. Working closely with senior leaders and programme teams, you'll gather, analyse and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, turning complex findings into practical recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the organisation's impact and evaluation strategy

The Programme and Partnerships Manager will provide operational leadership for the Meet N Match programme, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, inclusive services that support people with learning disabilities and autistic adults to build friendships, develop relationships and increase social connections.
Meet N Match is our friendship and dating agency, supporting people to develop friendships, relationships and greater independence. Alongside relationship support, the programme delivers a range of inclusive social events that reduce social isolation and create opportunities for people to build meaningful connections. Now in its tenth year and funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, Meet N Match continues to respond to a growing demand for high-quality relationship and social opportunities.
Alongside leading the day-to-day delivery of Meet N Match, one of the most exciting and strategically important aspects of this role is the development of a new Partnership Network. This is an exciting opportunity to shape an innovative model that will enable other organisations to deliver inclusive social events using Spring into Action's framework, training and support. The successful candidate will play a central role in designing, piloting and refining this model, with the long-term ambition of creating an accredited network that extends our reach, improves opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autistic people, and contributes to the long-term sustainability and growth of the organisation.

To help us achieve that, we're looking for an experienced CRM, Data & Impact Manager to lead the development of our Salesforce CRM, strengthen how we use data across the organisation and help us demonstrate the impact of our work.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems, solving problems and turning data into meaningful insight. As the organisation's lead for Salesforce, you'll play a central role in ensuring our CRM supports colleagues across delivery, partnerships, and engagement.
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day administration, development and continuous improvement of Salesforce, helping colleagues get the very best from the system while identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual administration and strengthen organisational reporting. Whilst specialist external support is available for larger developments, you'll be confident leading routine system improvements, troubleshooting issues and implementing practical CRM solutions independently.
Alongside leading our CRM, you'll champion high-quality data and reporting. You'll work with colleagues across the organisation to improve data quality, develop meaningful dashboards and reports, and ensure information is used to support better decisions, stronger programmes and greater organisational learning.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building relationships and helping others embrace better ways of working. You'll be equally comfortable discussing system improvements with colleagues, analysing data to identify trends and opportunities, and translating technical information into practical solutions that make a real difference.

What you'll bring
You'll have experience leading and improving a CRM system (Salesforce), fixing bugs and issues, developing reporting and dashboards, improving data quality and supporting colleagues to make better use of systems and information. Most importantly, you'll enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively and continuously improving how an organisation uses CRM and data to achieve its mission.

About the role

We're looking for a Proposition & Product Manager to join our Marketing, Communications & Fundraising team. In this exciting role, you'll help develop and optimise fundraising and commercial propositions that engage supporters, attract new audiences, and generate sustainable income.
Working collaboratively across marketing, fundraising, philanthropy, retail, data and analytics teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products and supporter journeys are relevant, compelling and aligned with our brand.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and manage fundraising and commercial propositions from concept through to evaluation.
- Use audience insight, market trends and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Build compelling business cases to support investment in new products and propositions.
- Analyse supporter behaviour and engagement to optimise products and improve the customer journey.
- Work closely with colleagues across marketing, fundraising and philanthropy to prioritise projects and maximise impact.
- Test and refine propositions with target audiences to ensure they are engaging and effective.
- Provide strategic recommendations that support individual giving, legacies, partnerships, philanthropy and commercial initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities and share insight.
- Ensure all propositions align with organisational objectives, brand values and relevant policies.
Please note this role is primarily home based, with occasional travel required to attend meetings other business needs.
About you
We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with creativity and a passion for understanding audiences.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience developing fundraising propositions or products within the charity or non-profit sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insight into actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, audience segmentation and customer journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience of audience engagement strategies would be an advantage.
