Job description

About the role

This is key role working across the entire Income Generation Department.

This role will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Income Generation team, including the Director of Income Generation. This includes being the first point of contact for supporters, ensuring the database is being used effectively and records are kept up-to-date, that invoices are being paid in a timely manner and much more.

The role holder will also be expected to act as the department’s database ‘super-user’ ensuring that use of the database is optimised across the Income Generation Department and that contacts and leads are shared effectively.

About the candidate

The successful candidate must have prior experience in an administrative role and be proficient in the use of IT tools such as MS Office and databases to perform day to day tasks.

The role involves providing support to different teams within the Income Generation Department so an ability to work on a number of tasks simultaneously, at times under pressure, is a must have. Other essential skills for this important role are self-motivation, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

More information about the role can be found in the job description and person specification available on our website.
