We are looking for a motivated and pro-active individual to join us as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Senior Manager, Team and Operations. The role will support the Society’s activities by providing direct assistance to the Leadership team, managing communications with our growing network of key volunteers and working with the CEO on fundraising strategies.
The role will require someone who has excellent organisation, time management and administrative experience, and some experience working in the charitable sector (knowledge of fundraising an advantage). As Foundation Director, you will be responsible for personally driving fundraising over the two sites in North and East London and will balance strategic oversight with day-to-day delivery fundraising from trusts and foundations, corporates and individuals. You will be joining at the start of a new academic and financial year and will ensure fundraising targets are met over the 12 months and will provide brilliant stewardship of existing donors in a meaningful and creative way.
The selected candidate will have a proven track record of raising six figure donations through personalised and sophisticated approaches to donors and will have examples of personally leading cultivation and stewardship of trusts and foundations, individuals, and corporate partners. The postholder will have a robust track record of managing Boards and/or high net worth senior volunteers.
