Our client  is an independent charitable foundation based in the UK.

They are transitioning from being a grant making organisation, to one focused on redistributing their endowment based on the terms of those who work closest to communities. Their strategic intention is to create space to reimagine, test and demonstrate how wealth, capital and social justice can co-exist in service to all for life now, and for future generations.

Currently undergoing a significant period of refocus and transition, the Foundation is looking for an experienced Board Support Executive to offer comprehensive and wide ranging administrative and logistical support to the Board of Trustees and the leadership team. This part-time (3 or 4 days per week) role is offered on an 18 months fixed term contract with flexible hybrid working.

This will involve scheduling and minuting high level board and committee meetings, ensuring action points are accurately recorded and followed up. Supporting colleagues to deliver a coherent strategic approach to governance across the organisation, this role will ensure Trustees have all of the data, guidance and assurance they need to deliver on the transition strategy. Diary management, note taking, travel arrangements and working closely with colleagues to provide solutions and insight will all be essential aspects of this role.

The successful candidate will have considerable experience of having provided comprehensive Governance and Trustee-level administrative and logistical support either in the charity, grant-making or philanthropic sectors, or equally in education, membership or social investment arenas. Highly organised, efficient and clear-headed, this person will be a calm, methodical and resourceful addition to the team. Able to see the bigger picture and use their initiative to provide support and effective coordination to the leadership team and trustees, this role will be crucial to oiling the works of the organisation.

Empathetic, collaborative and people driven by nature, this person will be able to innovate, advise and problem solve from a people, process and strategic planning perspective. Intellectually curious with outstanding communication skills, this person will also have an appreciation of the work of the Foundation and the communities it seeks to serve, and be on board with its current journey of transition.

Are you a good communicator and curious about people? We’re looking for an Involvement Assistant Apprentice to join the Involvement team. 

As a member of the team you will support activities that enable us to gather evidence to better understand peoples’ experiences, across the full spectrum of lived experience of dementia. You’ll support key involvement activities influencing local and national work, helping us to make the case for change as well working on projects that have a direct impact on people’s daily lives.  

You’ll have the opportunity to take forward a project that will support the Alzheimer’s Society to reach and involve more people affected by dementia. 
 
The apprenticeship is for 18 months and in this role, you will complete a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship.

About you 
You will play a key co-ordination and support role within the Involvement Team. Working with colleagues, people living with dementia and their family, friends and carers in person and by telephone, email, via social media channels and over teams and zoom.

You’ll be supporting activities that enable people with lived and learnt experience to collaborate, sharing their knowledge, skills and opinions to help plan, shape and influence the work of Alzheimer’s Society. 
 
Patience, empathy and a willingness to learn are essential skills. Someone who is self-motivated and has great interpersonal skills. You’ll be technically literate /IT proficient and interested in learning how to use our Dementia Voice Database.

Key Responsibilities:

About Us

At Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS) we champion animal welfare around the world. We send vets where they are needed most, provide expert veterinary training in hard-to-reach places, and ship urgent aid supplies worldwide, every day of the year.

We deploy teams of vets and vet nurses, send equipment and supplies to help struggling organisations on the front line of animal welfare, and train vets at our international training centres in India, Thailand, Malawi, Cambodia and the Galápagos Islands.  We also work on strategic one health projects such as rabies elimination campaigns with Governments and NGOs all over the world. Our Mission Rabies project runs mass canine vaccination and community education in the world’s worst hotspots for the disease. Last year, WVS helped an animal every 14 seconds. We trained over 4,800 vets, deployed teams of vets all over the world, and sent over 1,700 parcels of veterinary supplies to 261 charities in 71 countries.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Create engaging and informative content for Luke’s channels, including producing day to day content plans and supporting on campaigns.
• Work with the WVS film team to develop an annual content calendar and overarching strategy for the YouTube channel, tailored to appropriate audiences.

Black Thrive is looking for a Project Officer to support community-led change as we improve Black LGBTQ+ mental health and wellbeing across the Black Thrive localities through our programme Black Queer & Thriving.

Black Thrive Global evolved from the work of the Black Thrive Lambeth Partnership, which was established in 2016 to address the inequalities that negatively impact the mental health and wellbeing of Black people in Lambeth. Black people’s cumulative exposure to negative experiences and poor outcomes are not unique to Lambeth and Black Thrive Global was founded in 2020 to address the detrimental outcomes for Black people of African and Caribbean descent wherever they may be located.

We're looking for someone who is confident in supporting the design and delivery of community-led research projects, supporting community engagement activities and providing administrative support to the programme. An understanding of health inequities, systemic racism and the experiences of Black LGBTQ+ communities is essential.

We have an exciting opportunity for a home-based IG Manager to join Add International, a passionate international grant making disability charity. The role offers a rare opportunity to use your individual giving skills to really shift the power, and ensure positive narratives and ethical fundraising communications.

The Charity

Add International are a grant making disability charity (c£2m income) that is a very flexible employer, offer home working, four day week, Monday to Thursday 30 hours per week.

The Role

Supported by the Director of External Engagement who has established a foundation of fundraising success, and communicating a power-shifting approach which donors are engaged with, for you to build upon.
You will line manage the Supporter Care Coordinator who is the first point of contact for donors, and manages the database and insights.
You will work closely alongside colleagues from the team based in the UK, Africa and Asia.
The charity are looking to grow the donor acquisition within this audience by trialling different approaches.
You will be responsible for optimising the stewardship of existing donors and working with the Supporter Care Coordinator.
Part of this role will also involve relationship management of some mid- high-value givers, promoting legacy giving and community fundraising, and provide accurate and insightful reports on income and the donor base.

Fundraising Manager

The Opportunity

This UK-registered humanitarian charity is committed to breaking cycles of poverty through practical, sustainable and dignified support. Working from the London office, the Fundraising Manager will lead income generation across trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, individual giving, community fundraising and events, helping to strengthen supporter relationships and grow the donor base.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver an annual fundraising plan to meet income targets and diversify revenue streams.

Identify and pursue new funding opportunities across trusts and foundations, corporates, major donors, individual giving, community fundraising and events.

Produce high-quality funding enquiries and applications, working with finance on budgets and a full cost recovery        approach where appropriate.

Build and steward relationships with funders, corporate partners, major donors and individual supporters, ensuring timely acknowledgements and impact reporting.

Plan and deliver fundraising campaigns, appeals and events, using KPIs and insight to maximise engagement and income.

Maintain accurate records on the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring GDPR compliance and supporting reporting, reconciliation and Gift Aid processes.

The Candidate

Minimum 3 years' experience in charity fundraising, with a proven track record of personally securing significant income (c. £200,000+ per annum).

Demonstrable success securing grants from trusts and foundations, including applications for £10,000+ awards.

Experience developing corporate partnerships and cultivating major donors/HNWIs.

Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, persuasive applications, proposals and supporter communications.

Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines; confident presenting to varied audiences.

Comfortable with data and systems, including CRM use (Salesforce preferred), and a working knowledge of GDPR, Gift Aid and fundraising best practice.

Role Summary

As a University Partnership Manager at upReach, you will play a vital role in securing and growing high-impact partnerships with universities committed to social mobility.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships within the Income Generation and External Engagement team, you will be responsible for developing new strategic relationships, championing our partners' voices across upReach, and working closely with our Programmes Team to oversee a portfolio of university partners. You’ll lead stakeholder engagement, take ownership of partnership outcomes and work collaboratively across upReach with our marketing, impact and programme teams.

Core Responsibilities

You will play a critical role in advancing upReach’s mission by generating income and leading upReach’s University Partnerships strategy. Creating life-changing opportunities for our Associates through high-impact university partnerships. You will be directly supporting the organisation's strategic priorities: driving sustainable income growth, enhancing programme impact and expanding our reach as a national charity.

Given the expansive and dynamic nature of this role, the list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, but provides a clear overview of your primary areas of responsibility, ownership and impact.

The core responsibilities include:

Develop and Secure New Strategic University Partnerships

• Proactively identify, cultivate, and convert a pipeline of four and five-figure prospective university partners aligned with upReach’s mission and strategic goals.

• Lead high-quality prospecting and relationship-building activity, targeting income-generating partnerships that also deliver high-impact opportunities for Associates.

• Build strong relationships with key contacts at potential partners, including senior stakeholders within widening participation, employability, and careers teams, through regular in-person and virtual meetings.

• Deliver compelling, insight-driven proposals and presentations tailored to organisational priorities and demonstrating mutual value.

Stakeholder Representation and Engagement

• Act as a visible representative of upReach at key partner events, conferences, and roundtables, building relationships, showcasing our impact, and raising our external profile.

• Leverage social media strategically to spotlight partnership activity, amplify success stories and demonstrate the value of our partnerships in real time.

• Respond swiftly and professionally to partner and prospective partner requests, ensuring timely, accurate information and follow-up.

• Capture, report and disseminate key themes and insights from partner feedback, helping to inform decision-making and continuously improve the partnership experience.

Monitor and Grow Existing University Partnerships

• Responsibility for a portfolio of upReach’s existing university partners, ensuring effective stewardship of the day-to-day relationship with high satisfaction, sustainable renewal and growth.

• Set and monitor partnership goals and OKRs, leading regular reviews and performance reporting.

• Identify opportunities to deepen and broaden engagement with existing partners, including expanding partnership activities.

• Collaborate with the Student Attraction and Programme teams to engage the university in identifying & promoting the programme.

• Working closely with upReach’s Programme teams to ensure partnerships and programmes are delivered to a high standard.

• Lead on university partnership health reviews and mid-year partner reviews to ensure any issues are dealt with effectively, promptly and collaboratively.

Partnership Visibility and Impact

• Collaborate closely with Marketing & Communications to co-create high-quality content and campaigns that showcase our strategic partnerships through university guides, case studies, thought leadership, social media, and joint events.

• Lead on impact reporting for your partnership portfolio, using both data and compelling stories to evidence the outcomes of the partnership and drive continued engagement.

• Proactively identify and deliver opportunities for partners to amplify the voice of upReach; through our external events, fundraising opportunities and sharing social-media collateral that promotes our work.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Innovation

• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and contracting for all University partnerships, supporting effective financial management.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of partnership activity using upReach’s internal CRM and systems, enabling effective reporting, forecasting and stewardship.

• Uphold the organisation’s legal and ethical obligations, including data protection, charity law, and compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

• Manage and support a rotation of the Future Charity Leaders Programme, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.

• Meet monthly with University Leads (the Programme Coordinator responsible for day-to-day university activities) to set partnership priorities, monitor stakeholder KPIs (onboarding, engagement), and deliver updates to universities.

• Contribute to the achievement of income targets aligned with upReach’s strategic goals, identifying and progressing opportunities to drive revenue growth.

• Engage fully in the annual appraisal process, setting ambitious, SMART objectives that align with organisational priorities and your personal development.

As Senior New Business Manager, you will lead the new business function of our high-performing and ambitious Corporate Partnerships team. You’ll build strong employer relationships to source suitable vacancies and work closely with partners including health providers, mental health services, JCP, and other employment organisations to ensure joined‑up support.
