As our Trusts Fundraising Officer, you’ll be an inspiring storyteller whose enthusiasm for our work shines through in your writing. You’ll play a key role in researching new funders, crafting compelling funding applications and keeping our supporters engaged with our work. Your work will involve developing case studies and gathering evidence to show the need for our services. This will help secure sustainable funding. You’ll be supported by our experienced Trusts Fundraising Manager to build lasting relationships with funders. Together, you’ll keep them engaged and informed about the positive impact they’re making on the young people we support.
The Trusts Fundraising Officer must be self-motivated, well organised, able to multi-task, have good administration skills and understand the “power of the outdoors”. Paid or voluntary experience in a fundraising environment is essential. This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to take the next step in their career, with plenty of scope to develop your skills and experience within a supportive team. Whilst the role is home-based you must live in the South West to ensure easy access for in-person meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

What the job involves
Be part of shaping a vital new service supporting men affected by the sexual wellbeing challenges associated with prostate cancer and its treatment.
Working as part of our Specialist Nurse team, and alongside our new Sexual Wellbeing Service Manager, you’ll provide personalised, compassionate support to men and their partners, helping them navigate their sexual health and wellbeing including treatment side effects such as erectile dysfunction.
You’ll deliver this support across our helpline channels; phone, webchat, WhatsApp and email, offering expert, unbiased information that empowers people to make informed judgements. You’ll also work with men referred from NHS partners as part of our new Movember funded service, focusing on those who need timely, specialist intervention.
You’ll help shape how this service grows. That includes:
· supporting the development of targeted sexual wellbeing resources
· contributing clinical insight to service improvements and new projects
· helping to deliver online group support, patient classes and webinars
· working with colleagues across Prostate Cancer UK so that the latest clinical knowledge informs our wider activities, from education sessions for clinicians to our written health information

This role blends hands on support with the chance to influence a pioneering new approach to sexual wellbeing for men affected by prostate cancer. You’ll be part of a supportive, expert clinical team and will have ongoing opportunities to develop your practice.
What we want from you
You’ll be a registered nurse with experience working at NHS Band 6 or equivalent, and you’ll bring a real passion for improving outcomes for men living with and beyond prostate cancer. You’ll already have experience supporting patients with sexual wellbeing needs, whether through erectile dysfunction clinics, sexual health services, oncology or urology pathways, and feel at ease talking openly and sensitively about issues like erectile dysfunction, intimacy and treatment related changes.
You’ll be an excellent communicator who can explain complex clinical information clearly, whether you’re on the phone, responding to a WhatsApp message or delivering a webinar. You’ll be comfortable working unsupervised, while also being a supportive, collaborative team member.

About Working Well Trust

We are now recruiting an IPS Employment Advisor to join our Connect to Work service across Enfield. This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, following the principles of the IPS model to support people into paid employment.
What you’ll be doing
If you were working with us, your days would be varied and people-centred. You would manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs, people experiencing homelessness, and people with offending histories, offering one-to-one support to help them secure and sustain employment that matches their preferences.
You would provide person-centred guidance using the IPS approach (training is provided), helping clients build confidence, prepare for work, and navigate challenges that may arise. A key part of the role involves engaging employers, promoting the value of our service, and identifying suitable job opportunities.
You would work closely with NHS clinical teams, contributing to an integrated approach to recovery through employment. This includes attending team meetings, coordinating support, and maintaining clear, client-led communication. About the role
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to play a central role in driving effective, efficient, and impactful global operations at one of the world’s leading environmental and human rights organisations.
As Deputy Chief Operating Officer, you will report directly to the COO and support the smooth, efficient, and ethical running of EJF’s international operations across 16 countries on four continents. You will work at the heart of the organisation, supporting critical priorities such as donor relations, recruitment and retention, financial controls and development, safeguarding, risk and security, cybersecurity, and ensuring the efficient operation of offices around the world.

Key responsibilities
1. Finance and Organisational Integrity:
Work with the finance team to provide time-bound, clear tracking of financial income and expenditure against agreed budgets; insightful financial projections to inform strategic decisions; and recommendations on ethical banking and investment opportunities and changing needs.
Ensure operational systems work effectively when they interface with finance, including ensuring value for money when undertaking procurements.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure strong financial controls and systems are in place across the global offices, robust against fraud and error.
2. Human Resources:
Supporting and enhancing EJF’s HR systems to ensure they are fit for purpose, fair and appropriate across all jurisdictions.
Coordinating and supporting Managers with effective recruitment processes globally.
Ensuring managers have the systems and tools they need to induct, manage, and retain staff, including guidance on management, issue escalation, monitoring performance and reviews.
3. IT and Artificial Intelligence:
Ensuring that the IT, software systems and internal processes that the EJF team depend on are effective, secure and offer value for money.
Contributing to EJF’s approach to tech and innovation, particularly the effective, ethical use of AI.
4. Fundraising Support and Donor Reporting:
Support fundraising, including coordinating complex applications and ensuring proposal budgets and other operational information are accurate and consistent.
Supporting decision-making relating to future fundraising priorities and new income streams.
Ensuring operational developments are accurately reflected in donor reporting.
5. Safeguarding, Risk and Security:
Overseeing the implementation of EJF’s safeguarding, cybersecurity and whistleblowing policies and monitoring, ensuring consistency across countries.
Working with relevant teams, regularly review safety and security protocols in EJF’s global teams, including digital systems and data security.
6. Leadership and Coordination:
Leading the roll-out and periodic review of improved operational processes and systems across the organisation, ensuring buy-in across teams.
Providing clear, detailed updates on operational developments to the COO and, where appropriate, to the Senior Management Team and Directors.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an operations professional who shares EJF’s commitment to environmental justice and is ready to take on real responsibility across a fast-growing global non-profit organisation.
As Operations Officer, you will play a hands-on role in keeping EJF's international operations running smoothly across 16 countries on four continents, with a particular focus on our five European offices.
Your remit will be broad. From ensuring offices function efficiently and IT systems operate safely, to providing HR support to line managers and coordinating across teams in multiple time zones, no two days will look the same. Over time, you will develop a working knowledge of the full operational landscape of an international NGO, building skills and experience across functions that few comparable roles can offer.
You will bring at least three years of experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role, ideally in an international or multi-site environment. You will also have strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Key responsibilities
Operations, Systems & IT Support: This includes user onboarding; troubleshooting technical issues with our hardware or software (calling in external support when needed); managing access and settings; and supporting digital security procedures.
HR & People: This includes implementing recruitment and induction processes; maintaining staff records and ensuring timely staff reports and appraisals; supporting effective transactional HR services across European offices; and answering ad hoc staff queries.
Office management: The role will ensure that offices in the UK, Belgium, France, Germany and Spain run efficiently and provide staff with excellent places to work and collaborate.

One of the nine members of the Coram group, Coram Children’s Legal Centre (CCLC) is the UK’s specialist centre for children’s rights in education, immigration, community care and family law, and provides significant international legal systems consultancy. The centre is located on the Coram Campus in central London with a base in Colchester. We champion access to justice through information and advice, legal practice and representation, policy and strategic litigation. Our Legal Practice Unit provides advice and representation primarily under legal aid contract. Our Policy and Practice Change team promotes practice change through training and capacity building to professionals and secures systems change through research, policy and advocacy.
About the role
This role will coordinate, oversee and supervise the Legal Practice Unit’s legal aid billing operations. Through systematic and efficient management, the post-holder will play an important role in CCLC’s financial and operational sustainability. Working with the Managing Director of Legal Practice, the Heads of Department and Coram’s central finance team, the key objective of the role is to help maximise the unit’s legal aid billing in controlled work, certificated work and inter partes costs. It will also oversee private fees billing. The post-holder will oversee the smooth running of legal aid billing. In this role, the post-holder will work very closely with legal, operations and administrative staff. The role will act as a key point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders including Coram’s central finance team who will support the role with grant fund management and overall accounting functions for CCLC. The post-holder will support the Managing Director of Legal Practice and Children’s Rights and department heads in the successful maintenance of our relationship with the Legal Aid Agency.
The role would suit a legal aid billing professional with significant direct hands on experience of a range of types of civil legal aid billing (including controlled and certificated work) and an understanding of the challenges of legal aid. The ideal candidate will have experience of supervising the work of others but support and training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is interested in developing into management, is a proactive problem solver, is highly organised and able to maintain oversight over different workstreams ensuring progress. In addition to legal aid experience, they will need an aptitude for processing large amounts of data, developing and managing spreadsheets and improving organisational systems. They will be well supported through training, an enthusiastic and competent junior billing team, the central finance team and an outsourced legal cashiering company, as well as a friendly and collaborative management team including the Managing Director and the Heads of practice areas.
This is a largely office-based role in order to fully provide support to the billing team. However, some remote / hybrid working may be possible depending the experience of the candidate after the initial settling in period and there will be flexibility over how the working hours days will be spread across the week (within working hours). The team are mostly based in the London office and with one billing team member in Colchester so the postholder may require some occasional travel.
