BeyondAutism is looking for passionate and dedicated Therapists, Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech & Language Therapists (SaLTs) to join our specialist multidisciplinary team supporting autistic children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy interventions

About us 

The Ben Kinsella Trust is one of the UK’s leading anti-knife crime charities. We were set up following the tragic murder of 16-year-old Ben Kinsella in 2008, and everything we do is guided by his legacy. Our mission is to prevent knife crime through education and campaigning. 

Ben was a kind, creative young person who loved art, music, Arsenal FC, and making people laugh. He had big dreams of becoming a graphic designer. His death was a senseless act of violence, and the outpouring of grief and public support that followed marked the start of a movement. Through immersive workshops in our Choices and Consequences Exhibitions and free online resources, we have reached over 50,000 young people so far. About the Role 

We are looking for an education or youth work professional who can deliver our programmes to a very high standard. You will be a skilled facilitator and communicator who can engage with young people from a diverse range of backgrounds. Additionally, we are seeking someone who shares our values and is passionate about using education as a tool to support and empower young people and to stop knife crime. 

As Youth Programmes Officer you will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of our flagship knife crime prevention workshops to young people, to a high standard. You will work alongside the Programmes team to ensure workshops at our London exhibitions (currently Islington and Barking & Dagenham) operate smoothly and consistently to serve young people through the achievement of quality outcomes and maximised engagement. You will play a key part in the delivery of our Youth Ambassador Programme and contribute to the development of new programmes and opportunities during an exciting period of growth for the charity.

The current programme is not very sophisticated - no AB testing, very little outsourcing, status of data has limited progress but current workarounds drain resource. So - amazing opportunity for an interim to come in and revolutionise the programme pretty easily

You Will Need:

• Proven leadership and relationship-management experience, including delivering through multi-site teams and complex partnerships.
• Strong operational understanding of domestic abuse, safeguarding and homicide-prevention systems, including MARAC, DARDRs and the role of IDVAs.
• Demonstrable ability to analyse complex qualitative and quantitative data to identify systemic risk, learning and missed prevention opportunities.
• Experience translating learning from serious harm or death reviews into credible, practical service improvement.
• Professional confidence and credibility to challenge entrenched practice while maintaining effective working relationships
• A survivor-centred, trauma-informed approach with a strong commitment to equity, access and cultural competence

A Support Worker will help to enable vulnerable people with complex support needs to manage their licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.

The shift pattern of the role consist of: 40 hours 1 x scattered site 2 x Pound Lane Shift pro-rota 7.30-3.30 and 1.30 -9.30 shift pattern with weekends included.

What you'll do:
* Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader / Manager
* Oversee the daily running of the service ensuring all health and safety responsibilities are met
* Raise safeguarding alerts and complete incident reports within specified timeframe
* Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
* Create support/action plans for providing appropriate support based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available
* Support customers to undertake domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of living standards
* Support customers to move on from the service through their identified move on pathway liaising with our Resettlement Officer and Brent Housing team.
* Develop and maintain links with all key agencies and service providers in the local community
* Empower customers to ensure they receive the service and benefits they are entitled to

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and commercially aware Senior Finance Manager to strengthen our finance function and help support the next phase of the organisation’s journey. 

About the role 

This is a pivotal role within the Trust. You will work closely with senior leadership to provide high-quality management information and financial oversight that supports informed decision-making across the organisation. 

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day finance operations of the Trust and play a central role in the production of high-quality management information that supports strategic and operational decision-making. 

The Trust operates across both charitable and commercial income streams, including consultancy and training services, therefore experience across both charity finance and corporate/commercial finance environments is highly desirable. 

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, whilst improving systems and processes that support both, charity-funded and commercial activity. 

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the operational management of the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, effective reporting and efficient day-to-day financial operations across the organisation. 

Reporting to the Director of Finance, HR and Governance, the role has significant responsibility for:

• Cashflow oversight
