We are seeking an engaging and collaborative lead to design and deliver a sector-leading national capacity building programme while supporting the development of regional/ place-based ecosystems able to advance and grow equality impact investing.

You will work directly with investors and grant makers to embed EII in strategy, policy and practice and help pioneer a new generation of collaborative place-based initiatives that connect frontline equality organisations needs and ideas with investors and philanthropists.

Key to this role will be both generating, and capturing, cutting edge ideas and practical approaches, ensuring different parts of the equality impact investing movement share, and benefit from, others learning.

You will be skilled in training, facilitation and capability building, with the ability to translate systems thinking into practical guidance others can use. Excellent relationship-building skills, the ability to co-create and co-deliver with a wide range of stakeholders, and an understanding of equality and social justice will be essential.

EIIP believes that tackling inequality requires transforming how capital flows through society. We are now entering a critical phase of growth, with a focus on delivering systemic change at scale.

That means changing not only where money goes, but also who shapes decisions, whose voices are heard and what outcomes are prioritised. You will play a central role in building the capacity of investors and grant givers – and creating delivery systems to effect this change.

About The Role

As a Content Executive, you will help turn complex information into clear, practical content that people can trust. You will work in our Strategic Content Team and help shape content for people affected by dementia and to engage wider audiences to support Alzheimer’s Society’s cause.
This is a role for someone who cares about words and their impact. You will help make sure our content is accurate, easy to understand, inclusive and useful. People may read it on a phone at night, in a clinic, or with family.
People come into content roles from many paths. You might come from charity, agency, journalism, in-house communications, or another route. What matters most is your ability to create clear, helpful content.

What you will do
You will create content that helps people affected by dementia by turning complex information into clear and practical guidance.
This could include editing dementia support resources, writing copy for a campaign, improving webpages, or scripting short videos and audio.
You will help ensure content meets high editorial standards, including Patient Information Forum (PIF) standards for health information. You will use feedback and insight to improve content, and you will also support work across fundraising, campaigns and wider projects.
 In your day-to-day work, you will:

- support dementia health information so it meets PIF standards

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Senior Press Officer to work as part of the national PR team for the Woodland Trust to shape and create stories, quotes and press releases.

The Role:
•    This role will focus particularly on policy and political influencing work, and public facing campaigns, creating media exposure for the Trust’s expertise on woods and trees.

Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team. You will assist the Facilities Manager in ensuring we remain compliant with relevant Health & Safety legislation; and will be involved in various duties that contribute to the wider success of the Centre and London Youth. 

What you will be doing 

The Facilities Assistant provides logistical and maintenance support for the Woodrow estate and holds the following core responsibilities. This is not intended as an exhaustive list, and the job may change over time to reflect the changing needs of our centre, as well as the personal development needs of the post holder. 

Grounds upkeep: 

• General upkeep of the 26-acre estate grounds e.g. pruning, mowing, planting, tidying gardens. 
• Keeping grounds, paths and hard surfaces safe and free of ice, snow, leaves, weeds, etc. 
• Maintaining the 3G astro pitch, cycle circuit and outdoor activity areas.

Building maintenance: 

• Undertake day-to-day minor repairs, e.g. patching, painting, leaky taps, hinges, caulking, etc. 
• Undertake cyclical / seasonal jobs e.g. clearing gutters, drains, drain gratings, etc. 
• Support with biomass boiler maintenance and receive woodchip deliveries. 
• Support with basic utilities issues as they arise, e.g. heating, plumbing, electrical, etc. 

Health and safety: 

• Undertake routine safety/compliance checks of all facilities including, among other things, legionella temperature aduits, emergency equipment inspections and tests, etc. 
• Support the FM with risk assessments and work procedures relevant to the role. 
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out using systems in place for auditing. 

General duties: 

• Basic joinery, carpentry and build projects done in house, under direction of the FM. 
• Supervise outside contractors to ensure all jobs are carried out to agreed standards. 
• Supervise corporate volunteer groups who support us with gardening or build projects. 
• Support with setup and occasional on-the-day attendance at various events. 
• Undertake other duties as reasonably requested by London Youth's management that ensure the ongoing success of the charity and delivery of excellent customer experiences. 

What you bring to the role 

Experience, Knowledge & Skills 

We do not expect candidates to have expertise in all areas, but at a minimum experience of minor buildings repairs and maintenance and groundskeeping work is essential to this role. Training will be provided to address some gaps where necessary and relevant. 

• Experience with grounds maintenance including tree and lawn care, gardening, etc. 
• Experience of maintenance in heating, plumbing, electrical systems. 
• Demonstrable good practical DIY skills, including decorating, joinery, carpentry, repairs, etc. 
• Experience using power and maintenance tools, including small tractor with mower, jigsaws, strimmers, etc. 
• Demonstrable understanding of Health & Safety regulations relevant to this type of role; the importance of compliance, evidencing and contributing to this. 
• Hold a good level of fitness and able to work outside in variable weather conditions. 
• Experience of conducting regular compliance checks, recording and reporting on them. 
• Able to use digital systems for record keeping, including Microsoft Office and various apps. 
• A current driving licence (tractor experience is also desirable).

Qualifications in the use of a chainsaw, power tools, tractor driving, pool plant are desirable.

We are recruiting a Van Peer Coordinator to support our Hepatitis C peer project in the Oxford & Thames Valley area. This role involves driving a van across the region and working with people affected by substance use and hepatitis C. 

Peers use their lived experience to raise awareness of hepatitis C, reduce stigma, and help people access testing and treatment. 

About you 
You will: 

• Be confident driving a van and travelling long distances 

• Have experience working with people affected by substance misuse 

• Have lived experience of hepatitis C, or experience supporting someone who has
