Key Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager to manage relationships with existing corporate partners.
• Manage the systems and processes needed for effective partnership management, including CRM use, reporting and tracking.

• Produce compelling communications to support corporate relationships including proposals, presentations, reports and updates.

Person Specification

About the role

The Support & Training Coordinator role involves:

• Managing onboarding processes for new facilitators attending training, ensuring clear communication of expectations and timelines, including safeguarding checks
• Supporting the Support Coaches by coordinating essential ongoing facilitator engagement: including group calls, follow up sessions, communication touchpoints and additional resources
• Coordinating the logistics of monthly facilitator training sessions, including placing orders, liaising with suppliers, monitoring stock levels and order numbers, and overseeing communications and systems

Lead global financial control in an organisation delivering impact worldwide

We're seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to head a global Financial Control function within a large, complex international organisation operating across multiple countries and currencies.

This is an opportunity to shape and strengthen financial governance at a global level, leading a high-performing team responsible for financial controls, donor audits, compliance and continuous improvement.

The role

The role

This is a full-time role that works across all Unlimit Health’s key audiences for funding and communications. The Digital Marketing & Donor Engagement Advisor plays a crucial role in executing the delivery of a digital strategy for the charity which will underpin our strategic objectives and our income generation and awareness raising goals. 

The role sits in the Funding and Communications team.

You’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional online experiences, excited by what’s possible in the digital and social media space and be driven to use analytics to shape what you do across a wide range of marketing channels including social media, websites, email marketing.

With a flair for crafting the right message for the right audience, you will help us build stronger connections with existing supporters, as well as helping us to reach and inspire new donors and supporters.

The person

The Digital Marketing & Donor Engagement Advisor will have proven experience in marketing and fundraising at a professional level, with experience of MailChimp or other email marketing platforms. They will have strong knowledge and experience of content management systems in particular SEO, digital analytics platforms, data capture, monitoring and tracking. 

The successful candidate will have experience of working across teams and managing work with short deadlines without sacrificing quality of work or attention to detail, as well as the ability to organise workload and meet competing priorities.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £55,000- £60,000 full time equivalent. This role sits within Band C on Global Canopy’s remuneration framework.

Nature of contract: Full time or 0.8 FTE. Permanent. This is a hybrid role working from home and our office in Oxford. There is a requirement to attend the office once a week and for other meetings/work as required.

About the Role

This newly established role offers a unique opportunity to shape and strengthen organisational governance, risk and assurance frameworks across a national charity delivering vital services to victims of crime.

Working within a health policy and influencing project, the successful candidate will help coordinate data and insight work, stakeholder engagement, and a structured tender process to support publication planning.
