This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Sister Circle team and lead our contribution to a newly formed partnership to deliver integrated, trauma-informed, culturally attuned support to minoritised women survivors of domestic abuse who are accessing or have accessed safe accommodation across London.

The Role

As the Project Manager, you will lead Sister Circle’s Healing Conversations Programme contribution to the SafeRoots DASA Partnership. The role has three deliverables: Providing trauma counselling, peer support for pregnancy/baby loss and birth trauma and our Women’s Conversation Cafe sessions, as part of a wider support offer through our SafeRoots Partnership (funded by MOPAC/DASA).

Purpose of the post

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will support the Associate Director of Finance to provide insightful analysis of financial trends and oversee the recoverability of funds.

They will coordinate the month-end process and work with Finance Business Partners to coordinate the quarterly forecast and the 2026/27 budget.

• Coordination of month-end process: overseeing the month-end checklist and coordination of FBPs; production of monthly management accounts using JET reports

• Coordination of long-term (high level) forecasting across all cost centres and funds to end of current Core Funding cycle

We are recruiting for a dedicated Legacy Officer to join our Finance team and be responsible for the administration of the legacy income process. Reporting to our Finance Business Partner, you will take ownership of the recording of our legacy income, an important area of growth for Mary's Meals.

Key responsibilities

• Set up records and create case files on Salesforce for all legacy bequests received from solicitors and from notifications of bequests on the Smee and Ford website.
• Record the details of all legacy bequests in the case file on Salesforce.
• Set up a SharePoint folder for the notified legacy bequests.
• Upload all legacy documentation received into the legacy case files on salesforce and into the SharePoint folder.
• Respond to the solicitor or personal executor acknowledging the legacy bequest, thanking the next of kin on behalf of major giving and requesting any further documentation.
• Raise tasks on the salesforce legacy case files as a reminder to follow up with the solicitor or the personal executor as to the progress of the legacy administration.
• Correspond in a timely manner with solicitors and personal executors to enquire into progress of the legacy administration.
• Throughout the legacy administration process update the legacy case files with notes of the correspondence with the solicitor or personal executor.
• On receipt of the legacy income complete the documentation requested by the solicitor and close the legacy case file on Salesforce.
• Escalate any issues identified to the Finance Business Partner Income.
• Review the open legacy case files with the Finance Business Partner Income and follow up on actions raised.
• Highlight any improvements/enhancements to the legacy process to the Finance Business Partner Income.

We are a fast-moving nonprofit that makes donations to high-impact nature and climate charities simple – and we don’t take any fees. We’ve already mobilised nearly £2 million for top environmental solutions and are working to unlock at least £30 million annually by the end of the decade.

What we are looking for:

Job Title: Philanthropy Lead

We’re looking for a confident, experienced fundraiser to lead major-gift fundraising — securing transformational gifts from high-net-worth individuals. This individual will also assist with building wealth-adviser relationships that generate referral leads. You’ll own the full pipeline: prospecting, cultivation, making direct asks, closing and stewardship.

The ideal candidate will be excited to cultivate networks of wealth managers, private-client teams and other advisers to HNWIs, and to convert adviser introductions into committed support. Importantly, you’ll also prospect independently for major gifts outside those referral streams.

To succeed you’ll master three distinct fundraising pitches: a business case for advisers; an impact case to persuade donors to support our portfolio charities; and a systems-change case to win backing for GRP’s operating costs (salaries, office costs, etc) to keep the charity running fee-free.

You’ll be comfortable making direct asks for funding, with evidence of having closed high-value gifts or multi-year commitments. You’ll be willing to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with everyday cultivation tasks. You’ll thrive in a small team, taking initiative and juggling priorities. Crucially, you’ll care deeply about climate and nature.

Experience required:

Substantial experience in frontline major gifts fundraising (as a guide, likely 5+ years), or an exceptional track record in adjacent fields (private client advisory, philanthropy advisory, etc).
