We are seeking three diligent cleaners to clean our offices, toilets, kitchen/break rooms, residential and all general areas in our premises at Clapham Junction.

The hours of work are 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday either

• 4:00am to 8:00am or
• 9.00am to 1.00pm and 1.00pm to 5.00pm on alternate weeks

As well as having proven experience of cleaning in an office or industrial environment, you will be familiar with Health and Safety procedures relating to cleaning, including COSHH regulations and manual handling. Basic literacy and computer skills are essential in this cleaner role, to complete timesheets, report maintenance and similar communications.

Successful applicants for the Cleaner post will be required to wear personal protective equipment as supplied and to undertake a DBS check.

Salary and Location

• Band CLG, London Spine points 46-44
• Starting salary: £31,639 p.a. rising to £33,334 p.a. pro rata in annual increments (equivalent to £17.95 per hour)

Main duties and responsibilities

1. Cleaning toilets, washrooms and showers

• Empty and clean waste bins and renew bin liners
• Clean and disinfect toilet seats both sides
• Clean and disinfect toilet pans, urinals and hand basins
• Clean and disinfect all fixtures and fittings
• Clean and disinfect floors
• Clean and disinfect shower
• Polish mirrors
• Damp wipe windowsills, skirting boards and ledges
• Damp wipe walls, panels and doors
• Clean and disinfect worktops
• Replenish toilet rolls, hand towels and soap liquid
• Fill out cleaning checklist when completed.

About the role 

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to help deliver key strategic projects that support our mission and improve outcomes for the people and animals we support.

Brief role description:

At parkrun, we’re working to transform our tech stack to make it fit for the future. The Junior Software Engineer will be a key team member, supporting this transformation.

The Junior Software Engineer will work on a wide range of systems and technologies, including C#, PHP, JavaScript, AWS, Azure. Working independently and collaboratively, you will help to build and maintain our websites, apps and backend systems.

This is an opportunity to shape how Animal Free Research UK is represented across national, sector and digital media. Purpose of role

As the Program Manager, Media and Communications, you will support the Program Director on the design, development and implementation of communication strategies and plans to advance Humane World for Animals UK’s strategic priorities with regard to campaigns, brand-building and fundraising. You will lead on producing and delivering a content strategy for a broad range of channels to increase audience engagement. The position will support campaigns and fundraising stewardship and give strategic advice regarding social media market insights and trends in the UK digital sphere and emerging channels. This will be vital to achieve successful brand building in the UK market through impactful storytelling, campaign activations, fundraising recruitment and stewardship through compelling content on the earned channels and holistic management of thematic work.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Membership and Events Officer to join the Magistrates’ Association on a 12-month maternity cover basis.

This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting our membership, events and branch network. You will play a key part in ensuring our members receive a high-quality service, while also helping to strengthen and grow our local branch activity across England and Wales.  This role sits within our small staff team.

Alongside managing membership processes with our third party support organisation, you will take a lead role in delivering small national events and supporting our network of volunteer-led branches. The governance and policy manager is a senior strategic and operational role responsible for leading, coordinating, and strengthening all governance-related functions across World Physiotherapy. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role ensures the organisation consistently meets the highest standards of governance, compliance, transparency, and accountability, in line with its global mission and constitutional framework.

The postholder serves as a key advisor to the CEO, board, and leadership structures, ensuring governance systems are robust, efficient, and appropriate for an international membership organisation.
