This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the Bishop's office, ensuring first-class administrative and secretarial support. This is an exciting role in a team dedicated to raising the bar of operational excellence at Stewardship. Interim Senior Management Accountant

A national not-for-profit organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to support the Finance team during a period of high activity and organisational change. The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a purposeful and proactive individual to work within a small (but growing), friendly and dynamic team in a varied role.

We are expanding our team and so we are looking for a Research and Impact Manager. This hands-on role would suit an insightful, evidence driven researcher and monitoring and evaluation specialist and who is a strong partnership worker. We are looking for someone who is willing to step up when something is needed and determined to see things through. 

You will need to enjoy working proactively and flexibly in a fast-paced environment, and have a logical, systematic approach, as well as excellent communication and IT skills. Our team works remotely, but there are also opportunities to co-work (depending on location). You’ll be encouraged and supported to grow and develop your research and impact evaluation skills and expertise within this role.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Warm Welcome Operations Director and wider team your primary responsibility will be to lead on research and impact evaluation to ensure that our strategic approach is driven by evidence. You would take ownership of specific tasks as required, including;

Research:

• Developing a research strategy for the Warm Welcome campaign to help to ensure we can meet our overall campaign strategy.

• Leading on the co-design of research projects to meet the needs of the Warm Welcome campaign and our partners. 

• Developing a research and insights hub for the Warm Welcome team where they can easily access the latest statistics on relevant topics such as poverty and loneliness.

• Supporting any individuals or organisations undertaking research on behalf of the Warm Welcome campaign to ensure it is of a high quality and rigorous standard.

• Ensuring high ethical standards and safeguarding are maintained in any research project related to the Warm Welcome campaign.

• Sharing the results of this research in reports and presentations where key evidence and learning is easy for others to understand

• Ensuring we collect data with Warm Welcome spaces at every stage of their journey in joining the network, i.e. when they register to join and at regular intervals once registered to ensure we understand their impact and their support needs. 

• Developing evaluation tools and systems to ensure the Warm Welcome team are easily able to capture evidence related to our impact framework.

• Offering training and support to the Warm Welcome team related to monitoring, evaluation, learning, development and impact assessment

• Leading on partnership work related to monitoring, evaluation, learning, development and impact assessment for the Warm Welcome team

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: 

• Strong track record of carrying out a range of relevant research projects, especially those involving community groups

Summary

We are currently looking to appoint a Home Academy Liaison Officer (HALO) to oversee educational welfare across the academy.

Main Areas of Responsibility

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing Educational Welfare across the academy.
• Managing a caseload of ‘at risk’ students, where attendance falls below 85% and implement strategies to improve attendance
• Monitoring and improving the attendance of most vulnerable students
• Ensuring compliance with statutory duties, including reporting persistent and severe absenteeism
• Conducting home visits to engage families and address barriers to school attendance
• Maintaining accurate attendance records and preparing reports

nia is a professionally approved member of Rape Crisis England and Wales; an umbrella organisation supporting Rape Crisis Centres across the country. Rape Crisis is completely independent of the government and the criminal justice system.

East London Rape Crisis provides free, confidential specialist support for women and girls who have been raped or experienced any other form of sexual violence or abuse at any time in their lives, regardless of whether or not they have reported to the police. We offer confidential and independent support. Services include advocacy, emotional and practical support, one-to-one counselling and group work. The service is provided across Barking & Dagenham, Hackney, Havering, Redbridge, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.

We form part of the London Sexual Violence Alliance. The Alliance brings together 225 years of expertise and experience and represents a bold, visionary and survivor-centred resource. The Alliance consists of eight members. Seven are organisations that have historically, and or currently, provide support for victims/survivors. MOPAC is the eighth member, primarily sitting at the oversight and leadership governance level.  Note: each organisation continues to be an independent charity, so the Alliance is not a legal entity.

About the role

In the role of Sexual Violence Navigator, you will provide the first response which supports survivors to make informed decisions about the next steps on their recovery journey. Navigators work within a trauma-informed approach, which centres survivor’s holistic needs, recognises strengths and survival strategies and responds to crisis.

About You

You will work as part of a growing feminist Rape Crisis service that is developing to meet the needs of women and girls. You will be joining the organisation at an exciting period of change and collaboration amongst providers of the London Sexual Violence Alliance.

We are looking for highly organised and self-motivated women who are passionate about ending violence against women, girls and children. You will have a ‘can-do’ approach and demonstrable commitment to nia’s feminist approach to supporting women and their children to be safer and well.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team starting, ideally, from early 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist, transitioning to managing an HR standalone function. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Mentor to join our team based in RBKC to support our residents who have multiple and complex needs which could include mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You will work within a residential setting, creating a safe and comfortable space which our residents can call their homes during their time within the service. The role includes:

• Supporting residents with daily tasks

• Encourage residents to take part in activities and events

This exciting new project has emerged following consultation and engagement work in 2025 across central government, Local Authorities, regional London-wide partners, Young Camden, Young Brent and Young Westminster Foundations, and the local voluntary sectors.

The result is an innovative, co-funded project, seeking to work in new ways for the benefit of young people at risk of serious youth violence in this part of NW London. This role will coordinate all aspects of the management of this programme, driving high quality delivery and outcomes. 

The focus of this collaboration is to tackle Serious Youth Violence and promote youth safety across the stretch of NW London from Kilburn High Road (Brent & Camden), through Queen’s Park (Brent & Westminster) which covers three boroughs. This part of London has been a hotspot for serious youth violence for many years, for young people both based in these communities and passing through. Tackling the issues in this part of North West London has always been a challenge, as the area is split across Local Authority lines. The area also features high levels of serious violence involving young people, both committing offences and also being victims of them (often interlinked). This is coupled with high levels of poverty and inequality, and also features relatively fewer youth opportunities than elsewhere in these boroughs.

As part of the project, the Local Authorities of each area are contributing funds over the next three years to fund collaborative and cross-borough projects that will support the safety of children and young people in this community. The project is funded by John Lyon’s Charity.

The project recognises that many of the challenges in this part of London are structural, but is motivated by the hope that key partners working together in new and different ways can help to breakdown some of the barriers that interrupt effective intervention and prevention.

The project does not seek to reinvent the wheel, and instead seeks to leverage the existing connections, expertise, partnerships and projects already happening within local areas.
