Support Worker

Our client is looking for exceptional Support Worker’s. Are you passionate about providing care and emotional support to help others achieve their personal goals and ambitions? 

Due to the increased demand for specialist complex nursing services our client is looking for a number of experienced full-time Support Workers.

Position: Health Support Worker

Location: Bottisham, Cambridge

Hours: Full-time, permanent (days and night shifts available), part-time and bank hours available

Salary: £8.48 per hour – overtime available

About the role: 

Our client’s Nursing home in Bottisham, Cambridge is rated as "Good” by the CQC for the nursing and personal care they provide for residents who are living with a wide range of physical disabilities and complex nursing needs that can make independent living challenging. 

They have 10 beds and a very homely friendly comfortable environment. Their primary goal is to support specific individuals with nursing needs, by creating a supportive environment in which they can lead a positive and fulfilling life and achieve their personal goals and ambitions.

About you:

As Support Worker you will have a background in nursing and health care or learning difficulties and preferably be qualified at least to NVQ2, although the Care Certificate Course is available for successful applicants without the NVQ2 and full support is provided. 

Applicants who would like to begin a career in the health care sector who do not have experience will be also considered, as full training is provided for this role for suitable candidates.

Our client provides free enhanced DBS clearance, free training and career development opportunities.

We very much welcome previous experience working as Health Worker, Home Carer, Care Worker, Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, Nurses, Social Care Worker, Care Assistant, Mental Health Care Worker, Voluntary Worker.
