Purpose of the Job
Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing & Hounslow Mind deliver services across five sites in West London. Two sites are operated by HFEH Mind and three sites are run by our partners.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Co-ordinator to support the smooth running of our charity's buildings across all five sites. This is an ideal role for someone with some experience in facilities, property services, or office co-ordination who would like to support a large but locally focused mental health charity.
Key Responsibilities
General
With a commitment to providing high-quality and accessible spaces to a diverse community, working knowledge of the health and safety obligations of operating community buildings, and a friendly, non-judgemental attitude, you will be required to:
Day-to-day Site Operations
- Conduct basic site checks; schedule, prioritise and carry out minor repairs (e.g., replacing lightbulbs, replacing camera batteries, reporting larger maintenance issues).
- Escalate any issues to the Business Support Manager when necessary.
- Ensure spaces are tidy, clean and safe in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain guidelines and site handbooks, ensuring all are up to date.
- Ensure supplies checked and well stocked (toiletries, stationery, refreshments, toner).
- Liaise with central services to oversee onsite deliveries.
- Co-ordinate movement of items/ stock between sites.
- Report shared IT and photocopier issues to relevant suppliers.
- Ensure waste disposal at HFEH Mind sites are compliant with local authorities’ guidelines.
Health & Safety Support
- Support with regular fire alarm testing and fire drills.
- Help maintain health and safety records and reports.
- Assist with onboarding staff on building safety (e.g., exits, alarms).
- To be a First Aider and Fire Warden (training will be provided) and ensure training is up to date. Organise other staff to be Fire Wardens.
Security & Access
- Keep track of keys and access fobs; maintain register.
- Ensure security systems are in working order (CCTV, alarms).
- Liaise with external contractors as required.
Coordination & Admin
- Assist Business Support Manager with maintenance schedule and supplier review schedule.
- Maintain records for H&S inspections (fire extinguishers etc) and risk assessments.
- Help gather quotes for minor works or maintenance.
- Ensure all facilities related invoices are provided to finance.
- Check post at registered office(s) regularly and manage facilities email inbox.
- Contribute data for management reports.
Person specification
Essential
- Experience in a facilities or office coordination role, ideally across multiple sites.
- Good understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
- Comfortable handling basic manual tasks (changing lightbulbs, moving boxes, etc).

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.
In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re recruiting four Fundraising Operations Assistants to join our team and help deliver our hugely successful annual charity campaign across our UK and European markets. This is a Fixed Term Contract from September to December 2025.
You will be part of our vibrant and energetic team supporting our fundraising community and the delivery of the Movember campaign across the UK and our key European markets. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work remotely but there will be the expectation to be in the London Office at least three times a week.

- Be the voice of Movember, responding to all email, live chat, SMS and telephone enquiries from our community in a fast and effective manner.

Purpose of the Job
The role is a key part of the HFEH Mind team delivering mental health services across Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing, and Hounslow.
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, supporting, and retaining volunteers across the charity. You will ensure that volunteers have a positive experience, receive appropriate training and guidance, and feel valued for the time and skills they give. You will also work closely with staff to match volunteers to roles.
We currently offer three types of volunteering roles at HFEH Mind:
- Client facing support– Working alongside staff supporting service users
- Events – Supporting outreach & fundraising efforts and promoting our work
- Central Support – Blogging, graphic design, administration, etc.
General/Key Responsibilities
- Interview, recruit, onboard, and induct new volunteers in line with organisational needs, maintaining around 50-60 volunteers across the charity.
- Work with staff to identify new volunteering opportunities and develop volunteer role descriptions.
- Work effectively to ensure volunteers feel a part of HFEH Mind and gain value from their time with us.
- Develop and maintain volunteer policies, role descriptions, and procedures.
- Ensure all volunteering activity adheres to safeguarding, GDPR and health and safety policies.
- Promote volunteering opportunities through social media, local networks, and community partnerships
- Develop and deliver engaging volunteer training, support sessions and recognition initiatives.

About the Youth Endowment Fund
We exist to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. We do this by finding out what works and building a movement to put this knowledge into practice.
Last year, 244 people in England and Wales tragically died after being assaulted with a knife. Of these, 32 were children. Every child captured in these numbers is an important member of our community and society has a duty to protect them. Even when violence doesn’t strike directly, we know that the fear of violence has a terrible effect on children’s lives.
At the Youth Endowment Fund, we are working to create lasting change. To succeed, we must build a world-leading body of knowledge on the violence that affects young people and how it can be stopped. This means producing rigorous, relevant evidence — through synthesis, data analysis and in-depth research into young people’s lives. But knowledge alone isn’t enough. We must make it accessible and actionable: showing what works, how services need to change, and how the systems around them must adapt. And we must partner with the people who can make change happen — across policy, practice and local systems — to turn evidence into impact.
About the role
The Research Lead will lead the development of YEF’s research, resources and recommendations in our neighbourhood focus sector.
We focus our efforts on seven essential sectors: education, policing, youth justice, youth sector, children’s services, health, and neighbourhood. “Neighbourhood” refers to our work supporting local partnerships – such as Violence Reduction Units (VRUs), community safety partnerships or the new Prevention Partnerships - and hyper-local approaches like our neighbourhood fund.
Their primary responsibility will be to develop a series of actionable and evidence-informed guidance and resources for use by local violence prevention partnerships. This will include self-assessment tools for partnerships to assess their effectiveness, tools for understanding the nature of local violence problems and how they could be solved, and resources to support partnerships to identify and safeguard vulnerable children. Creating these resources will require the Research Lead to collect insights and evidence from across YEF’s work and develop YEF positions on fundamental questions about violence prevention. If successful, the Research Lead could have an outsized impact on YEF’s strategy and mission.
These resources will support YEF colleagues to deliver our new ‘Area Leaders Programme’ (ALP). This is a new programme which you will help form. It helps local multi-agency partnerships to find and implement the best ways to prevent violence. YEF is working directly with partnerships, providing high-quality professional development, tailored advice and support, system mapping, and a national community of practice. The ALP focuses on strengthening five key elements of effective violence reduction:
- Building strong and accountable partnerships
- Understanding local patterns of violence
- Identifying and supporting children most at risk
- Improving safety in high-risk places
- Sharing best practice across agencies
Following a pilot in four areas in 2024/25, the programme will expand to 20 more areas over the next two years. This will lay the groundwork for wider national initiatives, such as the Young Futures Prevention Partnerships, and support implementation of the Serious Violence Duty. The Research Lead will develop resources and guidance for the ALP. As the programme is delivered iteratively, they will work closely with YEF programme leads and local partnerships to test, refine, and improve materials before wider rollout.
The Research Lead will be part of YEF’s Research team. The Research team is at the heart of our efforts to learn what works and put it into practice. We do this by developing the YEF’s funding strategy and creating free, highly accessible research summaries and actionable recommendations for policy makers, commissioners and practitioners. We’re a high-performing team which values intellectual rigour and getting to the truth, compassion for children, ambition about what we can achieve and humility about what we know. We love to discuss the latest developments in research methods, but we’re not just interested in research for its own sake. We want research to lead to actual changes in outcomes for children.
Key responsibilities
The Research Lead will develop a portfolio of impactful projects.
· You’ll lead the research team’s work in our local neighbourhoods and partnerships priority sector. You’ll become the YEF’s expert in this area. You’ll make sure we understand the key issues, stay on top of the latest research and are connected to the right people.
· You’ll ensure we produce accessible, evidence-based resources and guidance that local partnerships can use to develop more effective strategies. You’ll work with YEF colleagues to test, refine, and improve materials before wider rollout
· You’ll set the YEF’s research agenda for your sector. You’ll make sure we invest in research that fills important gaps in knowledge and leads to important changes. You’ll ensure that our strategy and decision-making are informed by the best available research. This is a great opportunity to influence large amounts of funding and direct it towards the most impactful projects.
· You’ll develop great relationships with experts and represent YEF in external meetings and events. You’ll promote evidence-based policy and practice by speaking at conferences and events.
· You’ll lead the development of evidence-based recommendations in your focus area. You’ll draw on research and expert insight to identify potential changes to policy and practice. You’ll design and develop innovative and impactful resources which support the application of your recommendations.

The Therapeutic Service Co-ordinator & Clinician is a vital member of the DreamArts Core Team. This role combines project co-ordination with direct therapeutic support through our EXPRESS PLUS service and our work with young carers.
EXPRESS PLUS is a free therapy service based in Westminster offering weekly one-to-one or parent-child creative therapeutic support to young people aged 7–18 (or up to 25 with additional needs). It is the only service of its kind in the borough and we provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore issues such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, and suicidal ideation.
Sessions take place at three community venues and are delivered by qualified or qualifying therapists using a wide range of creative tools—arts and crafts, sand play, puppets, games—to help young people express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. With an 80% retention rate after three sessions and two-thirds of clients from global majority backgrounds, the service has a demonstrable impact.
EXPRESS PLUS is proudly user-led. Young people are at the heart of every decision, and the service adapts to meet their needs—typically offering up to 18 weekly sessions, with flexibility depending on circumstances. We accept self-referrals from young people aged 14+, parents/carers, and statutory and voluntary services.
As part of this role, you will also deliver direct therapeutic support to young people with caring responsibilities. This includes offering weekly 1:1 sessions for three young carers and being part of a team facilitating monthly group therapy spaces.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager, who will be responsible for the financial management and reporting of the organisation. Key Responsibilities

- Be a positive change champion for the organisation, identifying key impact areas and priorities and supporting change programmes and strategies in both finance and across the Union as a whole.
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns with reconciliations and reporting. Line management, objective setting and performance reviews for direct report.
- Establish and maintain a robust internal controls environment that is fit for purpose but uses a risk-based approach to the establishment of processes and procedures.
Personal Specification

Head of Fundraising
Salary Scale: Grade PO5/6/7 £50,568 - £58,692, inclusive of London Weighting
Location: Copthall House, Sutton, SM1 1DA
Hours: Full-time 36 hrs per week, hybrid office/home working, standard working pattern is 8.45am – 4.30pm M-Th and 8.45am – 4.15pm F, with 30mins lunch break each day.
OHC&AT is a family of specialist education providers for over 1800 pupils and students from nursery to further education across 14 academies and 9 college centres in London, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire.
Pupils and students within the OHC&AT family have a wide range of learning abilities and additional needs including autistic spectrum disorder; speech, language and communication difficulties; social, emotional and mental health; profound and multiple disabilities; and physical disabilities including multi-sensory impairment and complex health needs. We're looking for a passionate individual to join Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust as our Head of Fundraising. This is a new senior strategic position within Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust (OHC&AT), with overarching responsibility for all Fundraising across the organisation. Reporting to the Executive Director of Development, the Head of Fundraising will be a self-starter, who is target driven and proactive. We are seeking a hands-on, dynamic, and engaging person to take on this role. An outstanding communicator, who will build relationships across our schools and college to fully understand what the funding needs are. A fundraising all-rounder who will be able to identify which route of fundraising could be the most fruitful and have the know-how and ability to pursue these opportunities.
The post-holder is starting with a raft of opportunity. The College and Schools lend themselves to many corporate partnerships with their vocational courses for students ranging from, Catering and Hospitality, to Farming, Hair and Beauty and Retail. There are opportunities for companies to volunteer, mentor, sponsor awards and visit – all the ingredients necessary to attract and engage local companies. In addition, the items and activities that need funding, from sensory play areas and additional therapists to monthly night clubs for young adults with special needs, open up funding opportunities from across the board – individual donors, companies and trusts and foundations.
The Head of Fundraising will manage and support the Trusts and Foundations Manager and be able to expand the portfolio of Trust supporters through experience and knowledge and by supporting and guiding this post holder, who already has much success. Our Head of Fundraising will have excellent emotional intelligence and be able to represent OHC&AT at external meetings in a confident, compelling and informed way.
