We are looking for an Individual Giving Manager to lead the individual giving programme and deliver key activities aimed at building the charitys profile, donor base and unrestricted income.

This post would be suitable for someone looking to take the next step in their fundraising career with experience across a range of
individual giving income streams, preferably including cash appeals, regular giving, face-to-face and lottery.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the South West London office.

The Role

Lead on the production of legacy marketing campaigns and materials.

The Candidate
An excellent understanding of direct and digital marketing principles, strategies and best practices, including the delivery of effective donor or customer journeys.

Experience leading individuals and/or teams, motivating them to achieve goals and perform at their best.

Demonstrable experience of delivering a successful multi-channel marketing campaign.

Experience setting and managing fundraising income and expenditure budgets.

About the role

The Director of Fundraising will play a pivotal role in driving income growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of King's Trust International. The Corporate Volunteering Manager plays a central role in this by managing our successful and impactful Corporate Volunteering Programme. Each year through this programme, we train hundreds of volunteers from our corporate partners to visit primary schools and share examples of how maths has helped them as adults, both in their careers and personal lives.

This crucial work helps change us to the inter-generational narrative about numeracy in the UK. Maths is not just something you ‘have to do at school’, but is a valuable skill that helps us get on at work, and manage our time and our money. The programme has been running for three years now, and this year’s activity looks set to have meaningful impact on at least 17,000 children across the UK.

You will be responsible for ensuring that volunteers are adequately trained, for recruiting appropriate schools for them to visit, and all the admin and reporting that supports the programme.

The Individual Giving Manager will drive and deliver the Charity's ambitious fundraising strategy across all individual giving streams. You'll create, test, monitor and evaluate multi-channel appeals and campaigns; lead on Legacy and In-Memory programmes; and manage lottery, raffle, and associated products; building strong pipelines, journeys and propositions that inspire support for their mission.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and working closely with Income Generation and Marketing colleagues, you will champion an excellent donor experience; maximising retention and lifetime value while acquiring new supporters at sustainable ROI. You'll use data-led insights, segmentation and test-and-learn methods to optimise performance, ensure compliance and best practice, and embed robust reporting across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrable experience of delivering and growing individual giving, with a track record in audience segmentation, copy and creative development, journey mapping, and campaign evaluation. The Deputy Director of Strategic Evidence and Learning (Deputy Director of SEL) leads and shapes Malaria Consortium’s global evidence and learning agenda, ensuring that high-quality, policy- and practice-relevant evidence is generated, translated, and used to improve health outcomes and influence disease control/elimination strategies. It has a particular focus on the systematic use of evidence in decision-making for results and impact in malaria programmes and into adjacent extensions from malaria control/elimination into other health conditions. The role provides strategic direction, and oversight of research, surveillance, monitoring, evaluation, and learning across the organisation and facilitates implementation science methodologies.

The successful candidate will have:

• Substantial experience in the systematic use of evidence to support decision-making for impactful health programmes
• Substantial experience in global health with a focus on evidence generation activities and knowledge translation in malaria, vector borne diseases, child health and other communicable diseases

Head of Programmes is a key role with significant scope to grow as the charity evolves. You’ll lead on the day-to-day delivery of our programmes, including our largest single programme, Maths Circles: a small-group-based maths enrichment programme engaging talented young mathematicians nationwide. We are Neuroendocrine Cancer UK. We exist to address the unmet needs voiced by the neuroendocrine cancer community, supporting patients and their loved ones with the physical and psychological burden of neuroendocrine cancers. Through awareness, research, better funding and support, we can give our community the attention it deserves

Key Responsibilities 

1. Operational Oversight and Delivery 

• Lead and manage a small in-house operations team (2 staff members) and oversee the work of external consultants as required to deliver operational plans aligned with strategic goals. 
   
• Drive the successful delivery of existing services, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard while supporting the implementation of new initiatives and improvements. 

• Ensure systems and processes are fit for purpose and support delivery of strategic goals. 
   
• Management and maintenance of the Salesforce system.
   
• Maintain oversight of service development, ensuring it reflects user feedback and sector innovation (with Directors/Managers). 

• Lead audits and evaluations to ensure service effectiveness and continuous improvement. 

2. Governance and Compliance (working with CEO) 

• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, including safeguarding, data protection, and health & safety. 

• Develop and oversee policies and procedures that uphold good governance, safeguarding, GDPR, digital governance, and ethical standards. 

• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Data Protection Officer (DPO). 

• Provide assurance to the CEO and Board on compliance and operational risk. 

3. Financial Stewardship and Operational Management 

• Support the CEO in ensuring financial sustainability. 

• Oversee day-to-day budgeting, financial reporting, and grant management. 

• Ensure timely processing of payments, payroll, and contracts. 

• Support income generation through sound financial planning and operational oversight. 
   
• Review all processes, procedures & delegations and suggest updates as necessary.

4. People and Organisational Development 

• Support the CEO to recruit and induct staff.

• Work with CEO to oversee HR matters including performance management (with HR support). 

• Prioritise staff wellbeing, engagement, and professional development. 

• Support the CEO in succession planning and building organisational resilience. 

5. Service Quality and Improvement 

• Work with relevant management team to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with user needs and feedback. 

• Monitor performance and report on impact to CEO and trustees. 

• Drive operational improvements and support the development of new initiatives. 

6. Insight, Data, and Continuous Improvement 

• Collect, analyse, and report operational data to support decision-making. 

• Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and audits to ensure accountability and learning.

Jangala is seeking an organised, enthusiastic Programme Associate to support the delivery of our connectivity programmes across the UK and internationally. This role will be part of the core team working to ensure that our projects reach the communities who need them most, supporting partners, improving programme processes, and contributing to Jangala’s organisational learning as we aim to deliver socially impactful internet to 4 million people by 2030.

This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who is comfortable with an outward facing role, seeking new opportunities for Jangala to support the connectivity needs of organisations in the UK and across the world and supporting our community of more than 300 existing partners who are using Jangala’s connectivity solutions to connect underserved communities and people without access to the internet.

You will work directly with nonprofit partners, communities, and internal teams to ensure our technology is deployed effectively, challenges are resolved quickly, and programme outcomes are captured and communicated. You will have an eye for detail and can bring a systematic approach to coordinating core Jangala processes and systems.

Details of the role
You will play a key role in supporting the management  and scaling of Jangala’s programmes in the UK and internationally. Reporting to the Head of Programmes, you will be part of Jangala’s programmes department, which leads the delivery of our donor-funded work, deploying Jangala’s award-winning technology and developing and nurturing partnerships with grassroots organisations, charities, local authorities, and international agencies.

Supporting Jangala’s community of existing partners who are using Big Box and Get Box technology to connect communities will also be an important part of what you do. The role will also involve building new partnerships, research, coordination and working with data-driven systems, ensuring that our connectivity solutions reach the people and communities who need them most. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research about and doing outreach to prospective partner organisations

• Onboarding new partner organisations in line with Jangala’s due diligence processes

• Organising and running  check in calls with partners

• Monitoring and replying to queries which come through Jangala enquiry and partner support email accounts, including for routine partner management and troubleshooting

• Inputting administrative data to Jangala’s partner management and monitoring and evaluation platforms

• Information gathering for funder reports and proposals

• General monitoring of equipment usage on the field on our telemetry systems

• Organising events and partner visits

• Writing content for social media and website

• Delegated project management tasks

• Deputising for the Programme Manager when required

This is a 6 month Fixed term contract with the opportunity to extend.

Jangala’s office is based in London and operates a remote-first working policy. Travel to our London office will be required for collaborative work at least once a week.

Summary of the role:

The Income Generation Support Officer will provide day-to-day administrative departmental support and support to the department Director to ensure the successful delivery of the organisation’s operations in an efficient manner. This role will focus on generating reports, tracking progress, and ensuring all the necessary processes relating to compliance, finance and HR are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

About the Role:

1. Maintain and improve departmental filing systems to achieve maximum efficiency.
2. Prepare purchase orders and document payments according to Muslim Aid’s financial procedure and in conjunction with the Finance team to ensure speedy payment of invoices for internal / external stakeholders.
3. Undertake small-scale project work including researching, analysing and recommending next steps.
4. Provide support to the IGM management team in responding to correspondence, booking meetings, minute-taking, planning and supporting events, organising travel and preparing travel itineraries and relevant tasks as required.
5. Track Managers delivery of action points to ensure timeframes and outcomes are met, escalating to Head or Director of IGM for further action as appropriate.
6. Undertake full inbox and extensive diary management, ensuring an effective use of time and preparation of information in advance. Sort, redirect and action emails and review an effective ‘bring up’ system to brief and prepare the Director Income Generation and Marketing for meetings / events.
