You will be the main person responsible for our UK phone line and be the first point of contact
for our many supporters. You will be working closely with the rest of the Supporter Care Team to ensure every interaction supporters have with our charity is a positive one and that they understand how integral they are to our mission.

You will communicate with supporters on our progress and ensure we utilise every opportunity for positive engagement. You’ll work with a wide range of people, efficiently gathering and providing information as well responding to whatever queries or situations may arise.

As a Supporter Services Executive, you will be working closely with our external fulfilment partners, ensuring that they deliver the high standard of service that we and our supporters expect. With them, you will provide a seamless, first-class end-to-end donor experience.

You’ll be well-organised, self-motivated and display a high level of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail and be comfortable working with supporters and colleagues across all of our markets and teams.

Supporter Care and Communications

• Work collaboratively across a global Supporter Experience team to ensure supporter enquiries are handled to the highest standard, providing prompt, efficient, accurate responses in line with the charity’s messaging and service level expectations
• Keep up to date with programme activities and news from across the organisation to ensure you can provide informed supporter communications and deal with supporter enquiries confidently, efficiently and consistently
• Handle difficult or distressed supporters in a sensitive and skilled manner, displaying empathy and establishing rapport whilst balancing the needs of Animals Asia
• Use agreed letter templates and produce bespoke responses as required
• Coach and co-ordinate with external colleagues to deliver the Animals Asia magic through their work for us

Gift Processing & fulfilment coordination

• Work closely and coordinate with colleagues in the Gift Processing team to ensure that donations are processed in a timely and efficient manner
• Liaise with external partners to ensure that our gift processing is delivered to the highest and most efficient standards
• Work with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure supporter queries are managed effectively and requests for materials to be mailed are fulfilled promptly
• Generate ad hoc acknowledgements and receipts for all offline payment channels, including annual statements to regular donors
• Process donations, online and offline, across all fundraising products
• Administer the end-to-end recurring gift process
• Ensure donations are processed on time and with accurate coding to track the source of fundraising income
• Assist where required in the review and implementation of new payment channels to ensure smooth and accurate gift processing
• Develop and maintain a good understanding of local payment channels and processes

Administration and financials

• Ensure procedure manuals are updated in line with changes
• Occasionally help to organise postal mailings
• Proactively liaise with supporters to capture missing / incomplete donation and supporter information

Legal and compliance

• Keep abreast of GDPR (UK and EU)
• Ensure full participation in training when provided
• Ensure that all processes are carried out in line with the mandatory regulations relevant to each country that we operate in and in line with training protocols

Database Management

• Help to maintain donor records & data integrity
• Accurately enter new data and amend existing data on the fundraising database following contact from supporters, and in line with Animals Asia’s policies and procedures
• Ensure supporter interactions are recorded accurately and consistently
• Ensure recurring gifts records are clear and neat on the fundraising database

Fundraising Support and Supporter Journey

• Assist with the delivery of fundraising materials to supporters
• Assist in acquiring and managing UK Gift Aid declaration from the donors to maximise income from Gift Aid
• Train & supervise volunteers as required

Miscellaneous

• Promote and advocate AAF to the general public
• Actively participate in team meetings
• Always keep the supporters and interests of Animals Asia at heart when dealing with supporters so as to develop and maintain positive long-lasting relationships

Person Specification
 

Qualifications, knowledge & skills required:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with extensive experience communicating with a broad range of people
• Demonstrable experience in a customer service role responding to a high level of enquiries via telephone and email with excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
• Experience of working on a customer relationship database (experience with Blackbaud CRM - a NFP database - is highly valuable, but not essential)
• Ability to understand and streamline processes and procedures
• Proven high level organisational and time management skills, including ability to manage workflows and balance competing priorities
• Understanding of working in a fundraising environment
• Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrable ability to respond effectively to challenges, to work effectively in a small, diverse and busy cross-functional team environment with minimal supervision

Main Responsibilities 

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to coordinate our accreditation scheme. The role will work with our network of employers, and support new organisations through the accreditation process. 

The Programme Officer will support our work across the South East and support our managers to grow and deepen engagement with Living Wage Employers through our associated schemes. You will help to ensure our resources and publicity materials are well written and up-to-date, and to coordinate events to grow our employer network. 

Working as the Programme Officer for Citizens UK, reporting to a Programme Manager, your main responsibilities will include: 

Contribute towards the achievement of CUK and LWF’s strategic objectives

Understand how the role contributes to LWF’s purpose and the core mission of CUK

Reliably implement CUK’s and LWF’s policies, procedures, and values in own work

Work with CUK community organisers and leaders to promote civic engagement with and ownership of the Living Wage campaign 

Feed into the LWF strategy and objectives development 

Living Wage Accreditation 

• Support key contacts at potential LW Employers through the accreditation process, from dealing with initial enquiries to guiding them through the employer journey, to checking and processing their accreditation 

• Develop rewarding relationships with key employers, industry, and campaign partners within our networks to build interest in the Living Wage and deliver a high-quality experience to our accredited employers 

• With support from the wider team, develop plans and strategies to grow the number of accreditations in specific regions or industries 

• Collate and disseminate Living Wage criteria and policy issues through both internal and external facing guidance, whilst reviewing and monitoring its suitability 

• Support the development and implementation of projects to promote and grow Living Wage accreditations and develop the quality of service offered 

Build and manage projects and achieve work targets effectively

• Respond to telephone and web-based enquiries by providing advice and support to employers and supporters

PWSA UK is looking for an individual who is experienced in individual supporter fundraising, capable of growing our income from our community network, individual givers including seasonal and capital campaigns. You will have the drive to make a difference for our stakeholders, be able to build strong supporter relationships at a distance and create compelling proposals that connect donors with PWSA UK’s mission and will enjoy working independently in a small team. 

About the role

This is a new role and you will manage and maintain a regular giving programme for new and existing supporters, developing tailored communications, proposals and engagement opportunities for the community that connect donors’ interests with PWSA UK’s mission. Working with colleagues, trustees and volunteers, you will support community fundraising, establish an effective individual giving programme using the CRM and increase the number of legacy pledges achieved over time

The International Project Manager - Agroecology will manage key international initiatives in Low and Middle Income Countries (LMICs), focusing on partner collaboration in Benin and Ethiopia. You will oversee project delivery, build impact-monitoring data systems, and provide technical guidance on sustainable crop and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices.

PAN UK is the only charity in Britain dedicated solely to raising awareness of the problems caused by pesticides and working for better solutions. It is an independent, non-profit organisation, which works nationally and internationally to eliminate the use of hazardous pesticides and to support the adoption of sustainable alternatives. PAN UK operates as part of a global network of partner organisations. Its work reaches directly to partners and smallholder farmers in Ethiopia, Benin and elsewhere as well as national policy makers and global actors, such as UNEP and UNFAO.

Our work includes generating evidence by working with farmers and researchers on both the impacts of pesticides and on the viability of safer and more sustainable alternatives. We use this evidence to advocate for wider change in policy and practice.

The successful candidate will join PAN UK's International Team at an important time. With our partners, we have recently secured a five-year grant from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) for a UNEP-led project to support the mainstreaming of organic cotton in Benin. PAN UK’s role will be to develop data reporting systems that measure impact and support the needs of donors, supply chain actors and national authorities.

The International Project Manager (Agroecology) will also support our projects with our partner, PAN Ethiopia, to support smallholder cotton and vegetable growers. This work enables us to co-create innovative tools and approaches that can be disseminated more widely.

Our community of over 55 practitioners work together to enhance the development of the service and the inter-relationships within the organization, through regular business meetings, process groups and reflective groups. Purpose of Job:  To work with the Operations Director in the Co-Leadership of Phoenix Therapy Practice in its provision of services and its strategic consolidation and development. Overall job purpose

The Estate Officer will ensure the delivery of the regional maintenance programme, comprising routine, periodic, planned and urgent works, and the delivery of time limited maintenance consultancy and estate management projects. Working alongside the Conservation Projects Manager, the post holder will ensure regional estate compliance with CCT policies.

· Prior experience of working in education, public health or youth services, with a detailed understanding of children and young people’s services

The Air Cadet Charity is an independent organisation dedicated to supporting the RAF Air Cadets. We provide essential grants for activities, cutting-edge equipment, and life-changing experiences that go beyond standard provision. From funding flight simulators and drone technology to enabling international expeditions, STEM projects, and leadership training, we give young people the tools to excel. Operating primarily on voluntary contributions made via cadet subscriptions from across the RAF Air Cadet organisation, we are now strategically expanding our fundraising focus toward corporate support.

This is an exciting role where you will take the lead on building upon our existing corporate foundations and establishing our dedicated corporate supporter network from the ground up. We are a close-knit, collaborative team offering a supportive workplace where your vision and contributions will directly shape our growth.

Please note this role is primarily home-based with travel across the UK for supporter engagement, meetings, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Corporate giving: Identify, cultivate, and secure valuable philanthropic donations and financial support from businesses aligned with our mission, driving the primary focus of the role to grow our corporate donor base.
• Income generation & strategy: Drive income growth by developing and delivering against agreed corporate fundraising targets, building a sustainable pipeline of new supporters, and actively monitoring and reporting on financial progress.
• Diversified fundraising & income generation: Oversee and manage our broader fundraising streams—including individual donors and digital/website giving channels—alongside  handling occasional applications, stewardship, and reporting for existing trusts, foundations, and major donors as required.
• Stewardship & relationship management: Deliver exceptional, high-touch stewardship to build long-lasting, meaningful relationships with our corporate donors, individual supporters, and stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work alongside our team to co-create inspiring case studies, impact reports, and marketing materials highlighting how philanthropic donations directly benefit cadets.
• Representation: Act as an enthusiastic ambassador for our charity at networking functions, corporate meetings, and cadet showcases.

This role reports to the Charity Director and works closely with the Marketing and Engagement Officer, collaborating across income generation and marketing to support our mission.

Person specification

• Essential experience: Proven track record in corporate fundraising within the charity sector, with a strong emphasis on securing corporate donations and an ability to manage multiple income streams as a sole fundraiser.
• Relationship building: Exceptional networking, negotiation, and communication skills with a natural talent for inspiring supporters to invest in our grant-making cause.
• Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) objectives and philanthropic giving.
• Working style: Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently in a remote/hybrid environment while contributing to a friendly team culture.
• Travel requirements: A willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK—including to London and various regional locations—for corporate meetings, relationship building, and charity events.
• General Support: A willingness to undertake other reasonable duties to support our team and wider charity goals.

Desirable skills:

• Familiarity with CRM systems or donor databases.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver corporate engagement events.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media to support fundraising campaigns.
• Understanding of the youth sector or uniformed organisations.
• Familiarity with the Armed Forces, defence sector, or military-charity networks, bringing a helpful understanding of defence contacts and sector terminology.
• Background in managing trusts, foundations, individual donors, or major donors and building face-to-face relationships.
• Experience writing compelling applications and stewardship reports for trusts, foundations, and major donors.
