Asylum Justice is the only charity in Wales - and one of very few in the UK - providing free legal advice and representation to people seeking asylum, refugees, and other migrants who are excluded from legal aid. About the role

This is a hands-on, varied role that combines fundraising, relationship management, and impact storytelling. You’ll work closely with our Legal Director and wider team to:

• Research and identify funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, and statutory sources
• Write compelling funding bids and reports that reflect our impact and values
• Maintain excellent relationships with funders and support project coordination with delivery partners
• Coordinate grant reporting and keep accurate records of income, spend, and deadlines
• Support internal monitoring and evaluation to strengthen our evidence base
• Help develop our approach to individual giving, fundraising events, and donor communications

Job Purpose  

The Clinical Audit Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of BSR’s national clinical audit, the National Early Inflammatory Autoimmune Diseases Audit (NEIAA). Working within the Practice and Quality directorate, this role supports effective project coordination, data management, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery of audit outputs.

The Examinations Department at the Royal College of Pathologists is responsible for the planning, delivery, and quality assurance of all College examinations, including the Fellowship (FRCPath), Diploma, Certificate, and BMS examinations, as well as the Fellowship by Published Works.
Our dedicated team manages every stage of the examination process - from question setting and quality control to candidate communication, examiner support, and regulatory compliance. Working collaboratively, we ensure that all examinations are delivered efficiently, securely, and to the highest standard of integrity.

• Delivering weekly Spear Career sessions (including running workshops with past Trainees), maintaining records and reporting on statistics, and creatively developing ongoing relationships with Spear Trainees.

Training the Asssistant Coach [10%]

• Contributing towards the training and developing of the Assistant Coach by modelling excellent coaching and giving regular feedback.

Trainee recruitment [10%]

• Developing relationships with Job Centres and local referral agencies to ensure that the maximum number of Spear Trainees are enrolled on each programme. This involves liaising with referral agencies, active face-to-face recruitment and monitoring recruitment statistics.

Continuous professional development

• Continually engaging in professional development, including being part of Resurgo’s wider coaching programmes and supporting the Church Partnerships Managers with overall team training and development.

• You have demonstrable experience as a coach, or a background in youth work or teaching, and are keen to develop these skills further

We have an exciting opportunity to join a super friendly, motivated, and supportive Finance and Administration Team.

The role is conveniently located near Liverpool Street and hybrid working is available working Monday to Wednesday in the office.

You will be an effective team member working alongside the Finance Manager to ensure that income and expenditure are appropriately processed in accordance with The Sick Children’s Trust's procedures, and that coding and costing are accurate and appropriate. You will work with the Finance Manager to support a range of financial procedures from banking to preparation of budgets and forecasts.

You will be the first point of contact for finance queries. Therefore, strong numeracy skills, previous experience in a finance role and good communications skills are essential.

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Trusts & Foundations Officer to join our passionate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownerships of a strong portfolio of charitable trusts and foundations, developing long-term relationships and securing multi-year funding to sustain and grow our services.

You’ll have the opportunity, skills and talent to write compelling, tailored funding proposals, deliver excellent stewardship, and work directly with funders to demonstrate the impact of our work.

The Role:

You’ll be managing and growing a portfolio of key trusts and foundations, delivering exceptional stewardship.

You will be researching and working to secure new income opportunities focusing on five figure grants and writing powerful funding applications and reports to inspire and engage new funders.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to develop cases for support and play a key role in achieving ambitious income targets to fund our ‘Homes from Home’.

What we’re looking for:

· A proven track record in personally securing significant trust and foundation funding at the level of five-figure gifts in a single year.

· Excellent written skills with the ability to create clear, compelling proposals.

· Strong relationship-building skills with experience of working with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
