About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects within our technology portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Technology: Delivery & Production, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing critical IT infrastructure initiatives that underpin our organisation’s digital transformation.

About You

We are looking for a confident and adaptable leader with a proven track record in delivering IT infrastructure projects. You will combine technical understanding with strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at all levels.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Significant experience delivering infrastructure projects (e.g. network upgrades, cloud adoption, hardware refresh).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms).
• Demonstrable experience in budget creation and financial control.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, or PMP.
• Experience in process development and governance frameworks.

About the Role

As an Undercover Investigator with the Animal Welfare Investigations Project (AWIP), you will work as part of a dedicated and highly skilled investigations team committed to disrupting organised animal cruelty and protecting animals worldwide.

You’ll be tasked with carrying out covert, intelligence-led operations aligned with AWIP’s Strategic Plan — targeting organised, serious, and complex cruelty within industries that use animals for human consumption.

Assignments will vary from short-term deployments to multi-month undercover placements within agricultural or associated sectors. You may also support other high-priority investigations, such as deploying covert surveillance equipment to assist ongoing animal fighting, wildlife crime, or puppy farming cases.

This work demands resilience, adaptability, and absolute discretion. You’ll operate in challenging environments, often under cover, gathering high-quality intelligence and evidence to support enforcement action and criminal prosecutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct covert investigations and gather evidential material in line with AWIP’s operational protocols and evidentiary standards.

• Undertake long-term employment-based assignments in industries using animals for human consumption.

• Deploy covert and technical surveillance equipment to support intelligence-led investigations.

About The Role
We are recruiting for a Direct Response Marketing Officer to join on a full-time, permanent contract, working 35 hours per week.

As Direct Response Marketing Officer you will manage and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, driving participation for our sports, challenge, and mass event program. By working with different teams across the organisation and our media agency and external stakeholders, you will brief, optimise and evaluate marketing campaigns.

You will monitor the results of communications, make recommendations to help inform and improve future campaigns and provide timely and accurate updates on key campaign metrics to senior stakeholders.

Every day will be different, for example, the role can include writing compelling marketing copy for a campaign, working with internal and external designers to develop creative ideas, or producing a post-campaign report.

About you
Joining us, you’ll have experience of planning, developing and delivering paid, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Crucially for this role, you’ll be able to stay organised and prioritise effectively while juggling multiple tasks or conflicting deadlines. - Planning, developing and executing event marketing campaigns for Alzheimer’s Society fundraising events.

- Overseeing part of the events budget, including monitoring spend and monthly reporting.

As a Scheme Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of Oswestry Road, a leasehold Retirement Living Scheme for over 55s comprising of 26 bungalows residing in the picturesque town of Ellesmere, Shropshire.

As a Scheme Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering an excellent housing management service by ensuring that repairs, grounds maintenance and environmental services are coordinated effectively and delivered to a high standard.
• Ensuring the scheme is safe for residents by completing regular compliance checks including health & safety, building safety & fire safety, in line with regulatory requirements.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with our residents, interacting with them regularly to ensure their needs are understood and key messages are delivered.

This is a mission critical role that helps us build seamless, smart, and compliant operations for our organisation. The overall remit of this role is to:

1. Support on key aspects of financial management across budget development and forecasting, monthly reporting, and managing our external finance partners.

2. Managing domestic and international payroll via our employment partners, and managing vendors and contracting. 

3. Support on general operations across systems and software administration, and compliance practices.

Financial Management + Forecasting

• Support work on annual and multi-year budget forecasts, based on programming needs and organizational trajectory 

• Develop and maintain budget forecasting tools for departments to manage their annual budgets, to help inform strategic decision-making

• Manage organization’s cash flow to ensure financial stability across restricted and unrestricted funding

• Allocate staff, program, and operational costs to appropriate grants and work with finance partners to create budget systems to assign and track that spend

• Oversee work of our external bookkeeping and accounting partner–Jitasa–and serve as their main point person

• Develop cost types and appropriate coding for all expenses, and manage correct use of them

• Ensure all expense policies and internal controls are in line with best practices, up to date, clear and accessible to staff, and consistently referenced

Payroll + Vendor Payment

• Oversee and execute payroll cycles for all employees and contractors, through our domestic and international PEO, and vendor management platform

• Oversee  relevant local and state taxes and reporting, in line with US PEO requirements

• Responsible for payroll administration such as new hire documentation and processing standard payroll on a monthly basis and any payroll changes

• Manage contracting process, liaising with outside legal counsel when required

• Get vendors, contractors and new contracts set up in our contract management system

• Run due diligence processes in accordance with our due diligence policy

• Ensure and execute reimbursements for all employees in line with expense policies

• Prepare and issue any relevant tax documents for vendors and contractors

Funder Engagement + Reporting

• Work with the fundraising team to develop programme budgets for proposals 

• Manage financial reporting requirements during and at the end of each grant cycle

• Review draft donor agreements prior to legal, and set up grants in Climate Catalyst systems to allocate staff time and expenses accordingly

Annual Reporting + Compliance

• Support the Board Treasurer, CEO, and Jitasa in coordination of annual reporting to relevant authorities 

• Support annual audit preparation by serving as the internal coordinator for all requirements and documents as requested by auditors

Business Operations + Additional Support

• Manage all software and team systems, including access, permissions, and renewals

• Ensure all systems and data are managed in compliance with GDPR and other data protection legislation

• Ensure team data protection policies are up to date, relevant and adhered to

• Serve as the main point of contact to Climate Catalyst’s insurance broker and manage insurance policies – ensuring all policies are clearly accessible and paid in a timely fashion.

• Fill out and maintain all relevant lobbying documentation for the US, Europe, and any other relevant jurisdictions

Philanthropy Manager

The Philanthropy Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of dedicated major donors, developing inspiring, personalised supporter journeys that deepen engagement and secure repeat and increased gifts. Working within a committed and supportive team, you'll raise awareness of the Charity's services, build mutually beneficial relationships, and deliver sustainable long-term support through thoughtful cultivation, compelling proposals, and excellent stewardship.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and working closely with the Individual Giving Manager and wider fundraising colleagues, you will proactively identify and research prospects, plan targeted approaches, and lead solicitations. The role will also engage with senior church contacts (e.g. Archbishops and diocesan representatives) who have a history of support; while the Charity is non-religious and non-political, you'll bring sensitivity and confidence operating within these settings to advance shared philanthropic goals.

The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of securing four- and five-figure gifts, crafting persuasive cases for support, and managing high-value pipelines from identification to stewardship. You'll be a collaborative relationship-builder with excellent written and verbal communication, rigorous research skills, and the ability to tailor engagement for diverse audiences while upholding the Charity's values and client-centred ethos.

The Corporate Volunteering Manager plays a central role in this by managing our successful and impactful Corporate Volunteering Programme. Each year through this programme, we train hundreds of volunteers from our corporate partners to visit primary schools and share examples of how maths has helped them as adults, both in their careers and personal lives.

This crucial work helps change us to the inter-generational narrative about numeracy in the UK. Maths is not just something you ‘have to do at school’, but is a valuable skill that helps us get on at work, and manage our time and our money. The programme has been running for three years now, and this year’s activity looks set to have meaningful impact on at least 17,000 children across the UK.

You will be responsible for ensuring that volunteers are adequately trained, for recruiting appropriate schools for them to visit, and all the admin and reporting that supports the programme.

We are looking for someone who can ‘own the programme’, is committed to improving our processes and the efficiency of delivery, with strong line management skills, and a commitment to the professional development for the Corporate Volunteering Programmes Assistant.

The Individual Giving Manager will drive and deliver the Charity's ambitious fundraising strategy across all individual giving streams. You'll use data-led insights, segmentation and test-and-learn methods to optimise performance, ensure compliance and best practice, and embed robust reporting across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrable experience of delivering and growing individual giving, with a track record in audience segmentation, copy and creative development, journey mapping, and campaign evaluation. You'll be collaborative, values-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver against income targets while safeguarding supporter care and brand integrity.

About this exciting opportunity

Our successful candidate will provide operational management and effective leadership to a team of Financial Wellbeing Coaches (FWCs) and Peer Advisor volunteers employed in the delivery of one or more contracts awarded by the HMPPS to deliver Finance, Benefit and Debt (FBD) services in Wales.

We will count on you to set performance objectives and monitor progress – ensuring compliance with contractual performance indicators and quality improvement, and to monitor and manage all aspects of delivery and performance.

This key role will also involve managing partnerships, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, and managing and coordinating allocated resources, including volunteers and spot purchase funds.  Ensuring there is a safe and trusting working environment for staff and working closely with other St Giles Wise Managers to ensure consistency of approach and sharing of best practice are also key duties.

What we are looking for 

• Experience of working in, or managing, services supporting challenging people

• Experience working in or managing multi-agency partnerships working towards common objectives 

• Hold a relevant qualification, or be able to provide evidence of training at specialist level in money and/or welfare benefits advice 

• Sound understanding of the requirements of managing a caseload 

• Familiarity with relevant legislation, regulations, guidance codes of practice and industry standards

• Ability to coach and mentor staff to motivate and facilitate optimum performance Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.

We are currently looking for an exceptional candidate to provide research support to help drive forward our strategic policy advocacy at a critical time for the climate movement in the UK and globally. Uplift is an impact-oriented research and campaigning organisation that supports a rapid and fair transition away from oil and gas in the UK, with a goal of making the UK a global first-mover on phasing out oil and gas production in line with climate limits and a just settlement for the workforce.

The role
In this role you will support our team to ensure that Uplift’s and its partners’ work uses research, insight, and intelligence to maximise our impact. From ensuring our campaigns are informed by the latest data and analysis to conducting research to inform decision-makers, partners, and the broader movement, this is a diverse role at the heart of our work supporting a just transition away from oil and gas extraction. The successful candidate will have exceptional quantitative research skills and a keen interest in climate and energy-related campaigns. A strong commitment to Uplift's mission and core values is also required.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the delivery of Uplift’s research agenda, contributing to our organisational strategy and campaignsSupport Uplift’s data initiatives by enhancing our rapid-response analytical capacity and conducting high-impact analysis.
• Create and maintain resources for various audiences, including journalists, policymakers, and the climate movement.
• Collaborate with key contacts across the Research, Policy and Legal team to address strategic research questions and support the execution of research projects.
• Contribute to the wider work of the Research, Policy and Legal team, including supporting knowledge management and maintaining high-quality standards in outputs.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar or related research role.
• Strong knowledge of UK climate, energy or environmental policy (direct expertise in just transition, fossil fuels or renewables would be an advantage, but is not essential).
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information quickly and accurately.
• A specialised set of quantitative research skills, demonstrating strong data proficiency and experience using, for example, coding languages (such as R or Python).
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
