Reporting to the Head of Resource Mobilisation, the Partnerships Manager will be a pivotal role within the organisation's fundraising function; leading a team of three, managing a portfolio of high-value private donors while co-leading the development and delivery of a new business strategy to significantly grow income from trusts & foundations and corporate funders. You'll help shape and deliver ambitious 7 - 8 figure funding opportunities, working closely with senior leaders to develop compelling plans, proposals and strategic engagement approaches for major global donors. The post also plays a key leadership role across priority moments in the calendar, supporting strategic engagement around key global events (including Climate Week activity in London and New York), and ensuring donor visibility and requirements are effectively reflected across cross-organisational projects and communications.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in partnerships fundraising and donor stewardship, with a demonstrable track record of securing and managing significant trust/foundation and/or corporate support. You'll be confident leading new business strategy, high-quality prospecting, and complex relationship management, able to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate activity across teams to deliver ambitious outcomes. You'll also have the credibility to oversee robust budgeting and proposal development for large-scale bids, and the leadership skills to line manage and develop a team in a fast-moving, values-led organisation committed to inclusive and ethical practice.

The role

Additional information

All approved business travel expenses are reimbursed.

About the role

The role of the Senior Manager, High Value Events is to lead the planning and execution of high value fundraising and engagement events. • Proactively identify, develop, and implement new event opportunities to secure long-term, committed engagement and maximise funding.

An experienced Events Manager is required to join the Corporate Affairs and Brand team on a 6-month contract. This role will be responsible for the planning and delivery of high-profile corporate and stakeholder events, ensuring exceptional experiences that enhance reputation, strengthen relationships, and support strategic business objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Brand, Communications, External Affairs and wider business teams, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of events ranging from executive roundtables to large-scale receptions and industry engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of events, ensuring a consistently high standard of execution.
• Manage events ranging from intimate executive roundtables through to large-scale receptions of up to 400 attendees, including Executive Roundtables, Industry and stakeholder engagement events, corporate receptions, strategic business events and partner forums as well as government and policy-focused events.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, audiences and success measures.
• Develop event proposals and recommendations that support business priorities and stakeholder engagement goals.
• Source and manage venues, suppliers, agencies and production partners, negotiating costs and ensuring value for money.
• Oversee invitation management, registrations, attendee communications and RSVP processes.
• Coordinate all event logistics including venue management, catering, production, AV, security and accessibility requirements.
• Ensure events align with brand guidelines, organisational values and reputation standards.
• Manage event budgets and maintain accurate financial tracking.
• Produce post-event reporting, including attendee feedback, ROI measurement and recommendations for future improvements.

Freedom for Animals is one of the UK's longest-running animal rights organisations. About the role

• The Head of Funding and Programme Development will shape Saferworld’s income profile in alignment with our organisational strategy and change process. The post-holder will lead the development and implementation of Saferworld’s funding strategy, ensuring it supports our strategic, programmatic and operational priorities.
• The role will focus on strengthening the quality, flexibility and diversity of Saferworld’s funding base, nurturing relationships with strategic institutional donors, growing philanthropic funding, and identifying new income opportunities.
• This is an exciting opportunity to influence Saferworld’s fundraising and programme development approach during a pivotal period for the organisation. The role will line-manage a small team across programme development, philanthropy and funding.

Key responsibilities

• As part of Saferworld’s senior leadership, you will support organisation-wide initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making. You will monitor funding trends, identify emerging issues relevant to Saferworld’s work and partnership approaches, and develop appropriate strategies to respond.
• Working closely with the Senior Operations Team, you will ensure funding plans are developed across business units and thematic/regional areas, and that income pipelines are maintained while quality assurance and active cost recovery are proactively pursued. You will oversee the funding and prospects pipeline, produce data and analysis to support decision-making, and provide regular reporting to senior leaders and the Board.

This will include securing quality funding against agreed targets and supporting income diversification through trusts and foundations, commercial funding, and other sources.

• You will have strong experience of leading complex participatory programme design, including developing budgets, monitoring frameworks and proposals. You will be confident coordinating programme development processes with multiple teams and partners to ensure a collaborative and inclusive approach.
• You will have a proven track record of motivating, mentoring and managing a team, and supporting that team to think creatively about fundraising. You will also be confident developing networks, building alliances, and nurturing relationships with individuals, collaborators and funders.
• You will bring a strong understanding of key political, development and humanitarian trends and debates, particularly linked to peacebuilding, development, human rights, governance, and security and justice. Our client is a mission-driven programme dedicated to supporting community-led change and place-based development. Working in close partnership with local communities, funders and stakeholders, they help people take control of their town's future - connecting local energy and ideas, and ensuring long-term funding flows to what matters most, as decided by the people who live there. In Grimsby, this includes the Growing Together Fund, a new, independent community fund being developed. Their approach is rooted in local knowledge, relationships and trust.

As the programme moves into a critical delivery phase, Prospectus is delighted to be working them to recruit and experienced Fund Coordinator to help ensure its work runs smoothly and effectively. This role is offered on a 6 month contract, working remotely with regular travel to Grimsby and London.

The Role
As Fund Coordinator, you will play a central role in holding together the operational delivery of several grant programmes. You will coordinate day-to-day activity, making sure design sessions are progressed efficiently and key programme milestones are met. You will support the preparation of clear and accessible application materials, manage incoming queries from applicants and community decision-makers, and help coordinate assessment panels and forums.

Alongside delivery, you will take responsibility for events coordination, including liaising with fund decision makers and helping to prepare in advance for future rounds. The Person

You will have strong events and programme support experience and will be confident keeping complex, demanding workstreams on track and to tight deadlines. Your written communication will be clear and concise, allowing you to produce accurate and compelling summaries, guidance materials and correspondence.

You will be numerate and comfortable keeping budget trackers up to date. You will be proactive and solutions driven in your approach, able to identify what needs to be done and to take ownership of making it happen. You will also be confident in exercising sound judgement and diplomacy when escalating issues at appropriate times.

You will have experience of working collaboratively and remotely within a small, busy team and will be able to step up and represent the organisation when the Fund Lead is not available.
