We are recruiting a Marketing Lead (Maternity Cover) who will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans and delivering campaigns and activity that engages the public through music, art, gaming, sport and other creative industries (including film, fashion and TV) for campaigns including BRITS Week, Secret 7”, Sound and Vision, Jingle Jam, War Child Record releases and other exciting arts, music, gaming and partnership opportunities.

You will activate these campaigns with the goal of generating funds and increasing our brand presence. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Campaigns, your role will include line managing three members of the Communications and Campaigns Team, as well as project managing external agencies, to deliver high performing integrated communications and marketing activity across digital channels, PR, digital marketing, design, content and narrative creation.

You will be the marketing expert for the organisation, working side by side with creative teams across the organisation to design marketing and communications plans, ensuring that the creative, content and narrative elements add significant value, and most importantly provide a WOW factor to our work. This role is offered as an 11-month maternity cover contract, ideally starting in mid-April.

Summary of the role:

The Community Fundraising Assistant (Ramadan Campaign) plays a crucial role during Ramadan. The role provides critical support in fundraising collections and events.  The role will involve working occasional unsociable hours (weekends and evenings) and national travel, sometimes at short notice, during the Ramadan period to maximise our income generating opportunities.

About the Role:

1. The main responsibilities of the role are lister below.  Other tasks may be assigned on an ad hoc basis in support of our Ramadan fundraising activities.
2. Attend mosques and Islamic institutions to collect donations and pledges in response to Muslim Aid’s appeals, supporting mosque collections through fundraising, data capture, and donor engagement.
3. Set up and break down fundraising events, assisting with event setup, registration, and coordination across multiple venues.
4. Provide administrative and logistical assistance before, during, and after events to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
5. Assist in the logistical coordination of Muslim Aid’s Live Appeals, helping to ensure all operational and support activities run effectively.
6. Support and assist volunteers in running and managing fundraising activities, providing guidance and ensuring a positive experience for supporters.

We are looking for a Partnerships Engagement Officer to join us at this exciting stage in Settle’s development. Supporter care, stewardship and engagement

• Recruit, manage and support guests attending Back Up’s high-profile special events, delivering a seamless and memorable experience from invitation to follow-up.

Join Dementia UK as a Policy Officer where you will play a crucial role in driving our long-term policy and influencing strategy in alignment with our 2025-30 strategic plan. In the past, High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) have been managed reactively by the CEO and other Fundraising staff as opportunities have arisen. About Access

Access - The Foundation for Social Investment works to ensure that charities and social enterprises can access the finance they need to sustain or grow their impact. Access is currently implementing a new CRM and Grant Management System (Salesforce-based, delivered by implementation partner Vera) to support its programmes, partner relationships, and reporting needs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the system is delivered well and that Access is ready to operate it confidently at go-live.

Position Overview

Access is seeking a Salesforce Implementation & Delivery Manager on a fixed-term basis to support the delivery of its Salesforce-based CRM and Grant Management System.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will combine:

• strong project coordination and delivery management,
• hands-on Salesforce CRM expertise, and
• practical change management capability to help staff adapt to new systems and ways of working.

As Access does not have Salesforce expertise in-house, this role will act as a key internal point of reference, helping to review and sense-check design decisions, manage delivery risks, and ensure that the system being built is usable, well understood, and ready for go-live.

This is not a developer or Salesforce Administrator role, but it does require strong Salesforce CRM experience, alongside proven ability to support users through change, structure complex projects, and keep delivery on track. The role will continue through early post–go live to support transition into business-as-usual and handover to the incoming System Administrator.

This is a Fixed-Term Contract of 6 months minimum. Full-time hours are preferred but we are also open to 4 days per week. Ideally we would like one day per week in our office (Tuesday), which is situated in Old Street, London.

As a member of the Legal Office Advisory Team, you will be providing legal services to the National Institutions of the Church of England, focused on giving legal advice across a diverse and interesting range of subjects which bear on the operations of the Church Commissioners and other parts of the national Church of England.

Join Our Legal Office

The Legal Office is the in-house provider of legal services to the national policy-making and governance institutions of the Church of England (the National Church Institutions, "NCIs"), which are some of the largest charities in the UK (including statutory corporations and a Royal Charter corporation), the largest of which are the Archbishops' Council, a national policy and strategic decision-making body, the Church Commissioners, a substantial endowment fund with assets valued at £11.1bn (2024) which has positioned itself at the forefront of Responsible Investment and which supports the mission of the Church, and the Church of England Pensions Board which stewards a £3.4bn fund. The Legal Office also advises the General Synod, which is a legislative assembly which makes primary and secondary legislation subject to the approval of Parliament.

We are a small, inclusive team which will comprise 17 legally qualified staff, with three paralegals and two support staff. Our professional backgrounds are diverse, with members coming to us from private practice in law firms, the Bar, from government, and from regulators.

About the role

As a member of the Legal Office Advisory Team, you will be providing legal services to the National Institutions of the Church of England, focused on giving legal advice across a diverse and interesting range of subjects which bear on the operations of the Church Commissioners and other parts of the national Church of England.

You will be joining us at an exciting time for the organisation and the role will offer you the opportunity for genuine career growth and development in a supportive environment, including interaction with some of the most senior stakeholders in the organisation. You will be able to take a leading and meaningful role in existing and new projects.

You will also be a member of the Legal Office's advisory team, undertaking as appropriate a wider range of duties as a legal adviser within the National Church Institutions.

In this role, you will:

• Working with senior colleagues and stakeholders to provide advice to the Church Commissioners, Archbishops' Council, and Church of England Pensions Board, their committees and departments on legal and procedural issues including constitutional and governance matters, legal powers, and statutory interpretation.
• Working with colleagues to support the work of the Church of England's legislative and deliberative assembly, the General Synod, including the passage of legislation.
• Supporting senior colleagues and stakeholders to support the work of a national board level committee which adjudicates on proposals for the re-organisation of the Church of England and the future of its historic and unique buildings (similar in nature to a planning committee), including advising on legal questions, drafting statements of reasons, and appeals.
• Supporting senior colleagues and stakeholders to support the Church Commissioners' co-regulation of cathedrals along with the Charity Commission.
• Working with stakeholders and senior colleagues to support several national change management programmes including the establishment of a national redress scheme
• Supporting the development and roll out of training and knowledge management across the national Church of England.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Fundraising and Events Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of physical fundraising events. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and delivering a range of challenges and events, from local charity walks to international treks and marathons. This hands-on role will help you build valuable experience in events fundraising, logistics, supporter care, and campaign delivery while working across teams to ensure each event achieves its fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities: 

Events & Challenge Coordination

Assist in the planning and delivery of Charity Right’s physical fundraising events, including but not limited to:

• Local charity walks and runs
• UK marathons and half-marathons
• International treks (e.g., Everest Base Camp, Kilimanjaro)
• International marathons and endurance challenges
• Support logistics such as registration, travel coordination, permits, supplies, safety planning, and postevent wrap-ups
• Liaise with event partners, tour operators, venues, and sponsors where relevant
• Ensure all events are aligned with Charity Right's values and fundraising stand Participant Support
• Provide first-class support to event participants from sign-up to post-event follow-up
• Help supporters set up and optimise their fundraising pages
• Motivate and encourage participants to reach their fundraising targets
• Maintain regular communication with participants throughout their journey

Marketing and Promotion

• Work with the Marketing team to create engaging promotional content for each event/challenge 
• Support email campaigns, social media content, and digital materials to drive sign-ups 
• Assist in creating fundraising packs, challenge guides, and event-day materials Data and Reporting
• Maintain accurate data on participants and donors using the CRM system
• Contribute to event impact reporting, including feedback collection and case studies
• Track fundraising progress against targets and report on key metrics

Volunteer Engagement

• Help recruit and brief volunteers for relevant events and activities
• Ensure volunteers are well-supported and represent Charity Right's values
• Coordinate volunteer schedules and responsibilities for event days

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with participants, volunteers, and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new digital tools
• High attention to detail, particularly when managing data and logistics
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the UK for events and occasional work on evenings or weekends
