About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registry Administrator to join the National Institute of Teaching within our Registry Services team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your Registry knowledge and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.

This role plays a crucial part in our student administration service, ensuring an exceptional and efficient service for all students and wider institutional stakeholders. Key areas of responsibility for the role include the administration of student assessment and award progressions, awarding documentation, as well as assisting with enrolment activity, ensuring a seamless student journey for all trainees.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of providing administrative support, ideally in an education setting, who can follow and track different administrative processes. Excellent organisational skills are essential as is being proactive and self-motivated, with a positive approach to work.

The role is based at any of our campus locations, so you should be within commutable distance. The role is predominantly hybrid with the need to be on site at least once a fortnight. The role will, on occasion, be required to travel to other sites across the country and travel expenses will be paid.

About Working Well Trust 

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. 

We are now recruiting an IPS Employment Advisor to join our Connect to Work service across Enfield. This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, following the principles of the IPS model to support people into paid employment. 

This role is specific to being co-located on site with probation services within Enfield. Candidates must be willing to undergo a vetting form including digital ID verification technology, right to work checks, proof of identity, proof of address and a DBS. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate with need to include contact details for prior workplaces and personal references.

Previous experience/understanding of probation services and MAPPA restrictions are essential to the role.

If you were working with us, your days would be varied and people-centred. You would manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs, people experiencing homelessness, and people with offending histories, offering one-to-one support to help them secure and sustain employment that matches their preferences. 

You would provide person-centred guidance using the IPS approach (training is provided), helping clients build confidence, prepare for work, and navigate challenges that may arise. A key part of the role involves engaging employers, promoting the value of our service, and identifying suitable job opportunities.

You would work closely with external teams, contributing to an integrated approach to recovery through employment. This includes attending team meetings, coordinating support, and maintaining clear, client-led communication. The role also involves working to agreed targets while maintaining a high-quality, supportive service.

Background Information and Purpose of Post

Humanity & Inclusion is aiming for a step-change in our private fundraising and visibility in the UK. Securing quality media coverage and strengthening brand recognition are central to this. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Media relations

· Work alongside the Media and Communications Manager to develop and deliver a targeted media and communications strategy that supports fundraising and brand awareness goals.

· Proactively identify and pitch story and interview opportunities to secure coverage.

· Draft and distribute press releases, statements and reactive lines, including during breaking news and emergencies.

As our Café Supervisor, you'll play a key role in helping people take their next steps into work in the hospitality industry. Cloudesley is an independent charitable trust that makes grants to people, organisations and churches in Islington of c. £ 2million per year. Our grants budget is split equally between our Health and Church Grants programmes.

In June 2025, Cloudesley’s total assets were £57 million and the annual gross income was £1.5 million. Currently, around half of Cloudesley's endowment is held in financial market investments managed by Cazenove, and the other half is in c. 90 residential properties on the Cloudesley Estate in Islington. To fund its work, the charity uses income and a prudent element of capital gains generated from both the investments and properties.

This is an interesting time to be joining Cloudesley as it continues to manage its finances to ensure it can support both current and future needs in Islington, implements its property strategy, and helps to respond to the multiple challenges facing people, organisations and churches in Islington.

Finance Manager role

This wide-ranging role includes:

Staffing, governance and history

Cloudesley has a small team of four permanent staff. Staff work on a hybrid basis, with part of each week spent at the charity's office in King's Cross.

DEPARTMENT: Chelsea Foundation

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To lead on all Adapted Sport Programmes at Chelsea FC Foundation. Specifically developing and delivering new strands of adapted sports sessions across a variety of sports that target population of 40 years+, working closely with local and national stakeholders.

• Prepare delivery programmes and sessions plans that support the project outcomes. Ensuring participation forms, recording sheets and registers are completed accurately and entered in CFCF’s monitoring and evaluation systems.
• Support the line management of adapted sports programme staff.
• Work with the Health and Wellbeing team to build external relationships to sustain future programme funding.
• Ensure all CFCF health & safety and safeguarding procedures are implemented prior to any activity starting, including quality assuring sessional staff delivery.

MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:

• To be a positive role model, creating a safe, positive, and fun environment in which to motivate and encourage the community to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
• Build relationships with partner charities, CCO’s, NGB’s and local authorities for the benefit of the Adapted Sports programme.                 
• To lead on the monitoring and evaluation for all Adapted Sports projects in accordance with the needs of each funder, including liaison with the Premier League Charitable Fund as a ‘Salesforce’ user.
• Be responsible for the safeguarding of participants across all Adapted Sports programmes, liaising and reporting into the Safeguarding Lead for Health and Wellbeing and associated partner Safeguarding Team’s to ensure a clear line of reporting to CFC Safeguarding Hub.
• Ensure success stories are captured through working with Chelsea FC Foundation/Chelsea FC media staff.
• Complete and submit project reports at 6-month intervals, or as and when required internally or in accordance with the needs of each funder.

Leading our PR, Communications and Marketing function, you will shape our external voice, reputation and visibility. About the role:

Behind every well run service is someone making sure the details never get missed. As a Housing Administrator, you’ll provide the reliable, responsive support that helps our accommodation services run smoothly and enables frontline teams to focus on supporting people experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges.

Working across three mental health accommodation services in Camden and Barnet, you’ll be a central point of support for managers and colleagues. Although you’ll work behind the scenes, the people living in our services will remain at the heart of what you do; because accurate records, well managed repairs and responsive administration all contribute to residents receiving safe, consistent and high quality support.

Your day to day work will be varied. You’ll keep databases accurate, coordinate meetings and staff rotas, prepare reports and help services stay on top of key deadlines and compliance checks. We are looking for two Deputy Team Managers to join our Ofsted Registered Young Person’s Accommodation Services, with one opportunity in Camden and one in Greenwich. Working alongside the Service Manager, you will help turn our accommodation into places where young people aged 16 and over - including care leavers and young people facing multiple disadvantage - can build trust, discover their strengths and take meaningful steps towards adulthood and independence.

As Overcoming MS enters its next phase of growth, data, digital insight and audience understanding will play an increasingly important role in helping the charity deliver its strategy and maximise its impact.

The Data & Insights Manager will lead the organisation's approach to data, audience insight and digital performance, ensuring that information is transformed into meaningful insight that supports better decision-making, improves supporter engagement and strengthens organisational effectiveness.

Working across Communications, Fundraising and Services, the postholder will oversee website performance, audience segmentation, reporting, data governance and organisational insight. As CRM Lead (Product Owner), you will own the vision, strategy and delivery roadmap for Save the Children's Salesforce CRM ecosystem, ensuring it continually evolves to meet the needs of our fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement teams. • Own and develop the Salesforce CRM vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and supporter needs.
