JOB SUMMARY:
To assist the Finance team with the day-to-day financial activities of International Medical Corps UK in ensuring appropriate finance management, accounting, control and reporting. The UK finance team, work in close collaboration with the finance team of our affiliate International Medical Corps based in LA and Split.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Appropriate and timely processing of accounts payable function;
• Responding to payment requests using BACS and international transfers as appropriate
• Timely disbursement of staff expenses;
• Set-up payments in the bank account in relation to UK suppliers and employees;
• Prepare vouchers for Foreign exchange transfers;
• Tracing foreign exchange settlements and flag outstanding settlements;
• Ensure uploading documents on Onbase Scanning and filing of bank statements, bank reconciliation, monthly folders for transactions during the month, third party documents and correspondence.
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Typically, Bachelor's Degree in finance, Accounting Accounting. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
- Working towards a recognized accountancy qualification
- AAT qualified, ACCA, CIMA entry level;
- Proficient in using data analysis tools in excel for reports etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Package;
- Prior experience of using ERM or accounting packages;
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and formulate messages in an engaging way.
- The ability to effectively analyse complex problems and suggest solution that would have positive impact on International Medical Corps needs
- Proficiency in English
- Additional language skills a plus

We have a vacancy for a Hospital Mental Health Outreach Worker to join our team. This is a full-time position.
About the Project
Herts Mind Network (HMN) has formed a partnership with Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust (HPFT) to deliver a one-to-one outreach service for people who are in hospitals across Hertfordshire.
We have two existing arms of the project – one based at Kingfisher Court and Albany Lodge facilitating discharge to the community from inpatient settings, and the other based at Watford General Hospital & Lister Hospital supporting those who have attended A&E in mental health crisis and have a dual diagnosis.
This is a new arm of the project focused on serious violence, with one worker based at Watford General Hospital and one worker based at Lister Hospital working in A&E departments and wards facilitating discharge for people aged 16 - 25 who have been admitted to hospital due to being a victim of serious violence.
About the Role:
The aims of the Bounce Back service are: to provide up to 16 sessions of emotional and practical support, advice and information to patients. We will visit patients on the ward and continue the sessions in the local community and in patients homes once discharged. We will facilitate a smooth and timely hospital discharge and focus on re-integration back into the local community.
The Bounce Back Worker will work with the HMN Community Outreach Teams and the hospital staff to ensure patients are offered advice, information, and holistic support. The Bounce Back worker will use a recovery orientated approach working with patients on the ward, and in the local community, including in people’s homes.
The recovery approach includes empathy, warmth, acceptance, authenticity, compassion and humanity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical and emotional support to encourage patients to develop their independence within their local community.
- Facilitate a smooth discharge from hospital back to the community.
- Have a solid understanding on the impact of serious violence on an individual’s mental health.
- Have a working knowledge on the areas of serious violence including knife crime, cuckooing and county lines.
- Monitor outcomes and evaluate the service.
- Ensure that the safety and wellbeing of patients using the service is monitored and reviewed regularly.
- Embed a person centred and recovery orientated approach in all aspects of the roles and responsibilities.

About the role
We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Bid Manager who can actively craft commercial tender submissions and work with the team to ensure we submit high-quality, winning bids within UK government procurement rules.

Summary of role: Our Green Doctors deliver home visits and telephone consultations across Slough, Maidenhead & Windsor & the surrounding areas. Consultations are a mix of advice, installation of small practical energy-saving measures such as low energy light bulbs and draft proofing and referring on to other health and wellbeing services. We aim to reduce our client’s energy bills and save them money in a variety of ways including providing a bill switching service.
You will be a practical, people-person with a passion for helping vulnerable people. You must have either knowledge or experience in energy efficiency to provide tailored energy saving advice, and the ability to adapt your approach to suit our client’s varying needs.
You must be comfortable with lone working and in managing your own workload.
A qualification as Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), NVQ Level 3 (6049-03) Provide Energy Efficiency Services, or City and Guilds Energy Awareness (6281-01) is desirable, but relevant experience within the field or a willingness to take the qualification will be considered. (20 paid study hours).

What you'll do:
As a key senior leader in Look Ahead, the Head of Service for Housing Related Support will work in alignment with the Director of Housing Related Support, and the wider Senior Management Team to drive performance, quality, business, and financial efficiencies. The role will provide expertise and capacity to support the organisation to deliver is vision and strategic objectives.
The Head of Service will the registered Manager for Ofsted, the strategic and operational lead for Young People services and will ensure delivery of consistent and high-quality performance across the Housing Related Support directorate.
The successful candidate will ensure that all Services are meeting Ofsted regulatory requirements, run effectively, well managed financially and employees are performing at high levels. As part of wider management team, support new business opportunities across directorate.

Undertake investigations as required.
Lead on ensuring all services are audit ready, striving for outstanding performance and deliver and adhering to compliance with policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Housing and Landlord is met across all services.
Matrix Lead Responsibilities:
Be the Registered Manager for Ofsted.
Lead on developing effective working relationships with each young person's accommodating authority.
Lead on overseeing a workforce plan that ensures employees have the experience, qualifications, and skills appropriate for the work that they perform.
Keep up to date with knowledge of Ofsted and relevant regulatory requirements.

Over two years Management experience and knowledge of working with children and young people in the Supported accommodation/ children's homes sector.
Expertise and passion for children and young people.

About the role
We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager with a passion for relationship building and service sales. Someone who can actively engage and work with our existing client portfolio and win new business through formal tendering opportunities to ensure VoiceAbility remains a provider of choice.
In this new role, you will sit in the Business and Strategy directorate working proactively with external stakeholders and colleagues from across the organisation to ensure that we grow our portfolio of contracts, re-win existing business and advise clients of new services. You will be doing a mixture of new business sales and account management of existing services.
This position is a full-time, 35 hours a week, permanent contract with a starting salary between £39,000 - £46,500 per annum depending on skills and experience. About the role
We seek a Head of Operations who will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our London Higher’s operations, including human resources, governance and compliance, IT, finance, and administrative functions. Who are we looking for?
We seek someone experienced in a broad operational role, ideally from a similar-sized small organisation. Whilst you don’t have to be an HR professional/expert or be HR qualified, we require a proven track record in managing HR functions. Equally, you don’t have to be a qualified finance professional, but we do need someone with strong financial acumen. We need someone who can demonstrate the ability to oversee IT needs in conjunction with IT support consultants, and someone who can do board meetings and other administrative tasks, such as preparing agendas and minutes.
You will be experienced in coordinating small-scale events and managing operational logistics, such as venue booking, catering arrangements, and attendee management. You will come with flexibility and adaptability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities faced by a small organisation, being able to roll up your sleeves, whilst also being able to think strategically and contribute to the organisation's short-term and long-term planning processes.

Our client, a leading London University are currently looking to recruit a temporary Exams Support Assistant on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). The post will be looking to start as soon as possible and will run until the 24th of May.
This post will take on a variety of tasks associated with script delivery, including printing, and packing of scripts/materials and tracking them on the delivery logs. There may also be light invigilation/admin duties to undertake if working from ExCel.
Candidates must be willing to travel to ExCel as required or may need to travel to ExCel in the morning and then to another site depending on the deliveries.
To be considered for this post you will have:
- Admin experience, particularly MS Excel, Teams, and SharePoint as all the systems and procedures run on this.
- A flexible way of working, who can muck in with a variety of tasks as this is an exceptionally busy time for them
