Product Marketing Coordinator
This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.
You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.
This is a varied, hands‑on role combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, and desk‑based work with regular visits to properties. You’ll be supported in role by our senior marketing coordinator and head of marketing and business development.
The fundamentals of the role
Marketing and sales enablement
- Develop property messaging, value propositions, and supporting materials.
- Ensure each property has strong visual assets, including photography, video, and written content.
- Create and maintain property information sheets for internal and external use.
- Coordinate property‑related communications, including Mailchimp viewing emails and location‑based social media content.
- Work with the Marketing team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and go‑to‑market activity.
Viewings organisation and coordination
- Plan, schedule, and continuously improve the property viewings process.
- Supervise and support a small team of property viewing assistants (PVAs), including training, quality oversight, and timesheet approval.
- Ensure PVAs have accurate, up‑to‑date product information, sales guidance, and customer engagement support.
- Occasionally attend viewings to assess quality and gather feedback.
Go-to-market planning and execution
- Visit properties to understand condition, local context, and customer appeal.
- Support property launch planning, including pricing, audience targeting, and marketing tactics.
- Coordinate with Marketing to implement campaigns that attract high‑quality guardians.
- Track and report on the performance of property launches and viewings.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and service standards.
Product vision and positioning
- Support the definition and development of clear, compelling property value propositions.

Role purpose
The Senior Delivery Manager plays a key role in leading high-quality operational delivery across WorldSkills UK’s workforce development products and services. The postholder will be responsible for contract, project and performance management, ensuring all programmes are delivered efficiently, consistently and to a high standard. Key tasks and responsibilities

Summary of terms and conditions

· The salary for this role is £50,000.
· WorldSkills UK offers a maximum employer’s contribution to your pension of 6% of your basic salary, on the condition that you make an employee contribution to your pension of at least 3%. You may choose to contribute a higher percentage of your salary to your pension, subject to statutory limits.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with the wider WVS team to produce engaging and informative content for social media, including producing day to day content plans and supporting on campaigns.

ShelterBox is seeking an experienced, motivated and proactive communications professional with excellent attention to detail and line-management experience.

Legacy giving is a critical part of our long-term sustainability, and this role is central to embedding a culture of legacies across the organisation. We’re at the early stages of our legacy programme, so this role presents a real opportunity for someone to grow and develop a successful income stream, as well as ensuring our supporters have meaningful opportunities to make a lasting impact.
About the role
The Senior Legacy Manager will lead the development and delivery of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s legacy programme, ensuring legacy giving is embedded across fundraising and marketing activity and is front of mind across the organisation.
This role is responsible for managing our legacy marketing programme, working closely with the marketing team to deliver compelling, sensitive and effective activity. The postholder will also oversee our outsourced legacy administration partner, ensuring legacy gifts are processed efficiently, compliantly and in line with best practice, through regular performance monitoring and review.
Working across the Fundraising and Marketing Directorate, the Senior Legacy Manager will champion legacies as a vital form of support, collaborating closely with all teams in the directorate. This will include working with the major donor team to identify and develop high-value legacy opportunities and supporting the community engagement team to integrate in-memory and legacy messaging into the community talks programme and engagement activity within the community.
The role also plays a key part in connecting our legacy and in-memory programmes, working with the community engagement team and the Deputy Director to develop a joined up in-memory strategy that ensures a coherent and compassionate supporter experience.
About the person
You’ll be an experienced and confident legacy fundraising professional with a passion for building long-term impact. You’ll be a strong collaborator who can influence across teams and seniority levels, and a persuasive advocate for the importance of legacy giving. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands on delivery, ensuring legacy activity is well planned, insight led and supporter centred. Comfortable working across disciplines and a self-starter, you’ll play a key role in embedding a culture of legacies across London’s Air Ambulance Charity.

Job Purpose
At Waverley Abbey, we seek to extend and build the kingdom of God through encounter with Him, through education, engagement and enterprise, for the spiritual and cultural renewal of this generation and generations to come. As Fundraising Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission by strengthening activities to raise finances from Trusts and Foundations, individual givers, mid–net-worth donors and partners. You help will shape compelling cases for support and build meaningful long-term relationships with funders, that grow our supporter base through proactive outreach, relationship management and strategic bid-writing. Working collaboratively with the Chief Development Officer and Head of Marketing & Communications, you will ensure our supporters and funders feel deeply connected to our work and inspired to invest in Waverley Abbey’s vision and mission.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign support
> Support the Senior Marketing Manager, and wider marketing department, to align fundraising campaigns and activity with the wider organisational marketing calendar.
> Support the planning, development and delivery of fundraising activities and campaigns across email, web, social media, print, events and direct mail.
> Support the marketing department as they produce high quality fundraising assets, including videos, graphics, impact stories and supporter communications.
> Support Head of Marketing in evaluating campaign performance (income, engagement, ROI), report insights and advise accordingly for continual improvement.
2. Trusts and Foundations
> Support compelling funding applications to Trusts and Foundations aligned with organisational priorities, with research, writing and submission.
> Support the development of strong relationships with grant managers and trustees through regular updates, meetings and stewardship.
> Support the preparation of excellent reports demonstrating impact and financial accountability.
> Support the maintenance of a dynamic pipeline of prospective funders, ensuring timely submissions and follow-up.
3. Individual supporter & mid-net-worth donor engagement
> Identify, cultivate and steward mid-level relationships.
> Develop personalised proposals, updates and communications.
> Organise one-to-one meetings, tailored briefings and engagement opportunities to deepen donor relationships.
> Support the Chief Development Officer and wider Exec in managing relationships with regular supporters and mid-net worth prospects.
4. Fundraising events
> Support the planning and delivery of fundraising events, including donor gatherings, cultivation events, supporter briefings and online prayer gatherings.
> Ensure events reflect brand values and the organisation’s mission, and are executed with excellence.
5. CRM, data and supporter segmentation
> Work with the CRM and data assistant to maintain accurate donor records, giving histories and communication preferences.
> Ensure all fundraising activity is tracked, measurable and informed by data-driven insights.
> Develop supporter journeys that enhance retention, reactivation and long-term relationship building.
6. Collaboration across teams
> Partner with colleagues across the organisation to gather information needed to create compelling fundraising messages.
> Support the Chief Development Officer and Head of Marketing and communications in developing the overall fundraising strategy.
7. Administration, reporting and compliance
> Support the maintenance of accurate records of deadlines, reports, donation history and grant requirements.
> Prepare timely reporting on income, pipeline forecasts, donor engagement and fundraising performance.
> Support budget planning and tracking for fundraising projections, costs and events.
> Ensure adherence to Data Protection, GDPR, Fundraising Regulator guidelines and ethical practices.
