Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Community and Events Fundraiser to develop their experience, to work within the community to increase and diversify our income stream and strengthen our charity’s profile.
The Community and Events Fundraiser is responsible for planning and delivering a varied range and scale of fundraising and events in the community.
You will proactively manage projects and build strong relationships with individuals, businesses and community groups, while also supporting and developing volunteers and their involvement.
As part of our Income Generation Team, you will work closely with the Head of Fundraising, Sponsorship & Legacies Officer and Trusts and Foundations Officer to help deliver an annual income target of £400k+.

About the role
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead our corporate partnerships and drive the income that powers our work. This is more than a corporate partnerships role—it's your opportunity to lead income generation for a growing national charity. In this role, you’ll lead a team of paid colleagues and volunteers, offering clear guidance, encouragement, and development. Using your experience and management skills, you’ll help grow sales while making sure every customer and donor enjoys a welcoming and inclusive shop experience. In this role you will:
• Ensure shop sales performance is maximised, actively seeking ways to improve the shop’s performance on a continuous basis.

About you
We’re looking for someone who has:
• Previous experience as either a Retail Shop Manager, Assistant Manager, or a Supervisor looking to step up, ideally in retail or charity shops.

About the role
We're looking for a Senior Supporter Acquisition Officer to help lead MAP's supporter recruitment programme at a pivotal moment for our work. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Supporter Engagement Manager position is a pivotal role in the Public Fundraising team, comprising seven specialist Fundraisers. The post-holder is responsible for driving growth in our Individual Giving programme through a mix of acquisition and retention campaigns.
Key internal relationships include the Head of Supporter Engagement and the Fundraising Management team.
The post-holder will work closely with the Fundraising Data Manager and the Community Engagement Manager on collaborative income generation and Supporter Engagement activities.
The post-holder will be instrumental in shaping the Individual Giving and Supporter cultivation strategies geared towards increasing our Cash and Regular Giving Supporter base.
The Individual Giving programme includes Cash Appeals, Regular Giving (including Door-to-Door recruitment), Hospice Lottery, Challenge Events, Legacies and Supporter Care. There is a strong focus on digital fundraising.
ABOUT YOU
You will be a dedicated, organised and experienced Individual Giving specialist, with proven expertise in Supporter stewardship.
You are by nature a proactive, hands-on, team player. You thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
The Public Fundraising team is part of the wider Income Generation and Communications team based in our hospice, at The Ark. We are a close-knit, highly supportive, high-performing team of 19.
