About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fundraising CRM Manager to lead the development and management of our fundraising CRM and donor engagement systems. This is a pivotal role at an exciting moment of growth, ensuring our CRM is used strategically to strengthen donor relationships, improve fundraising performance, and support income growth across our international network.
Working closely with the Fundraising Director, you will oversee day‑to‑day CRM management, donor stewardship (up to £5,000), prospect research, reporting, and support for campaigns and events. You will also provide insight and data that underpin high‑value fundraising.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management & Development
- Lead the daily administration and development of the fundraising CRM (Salesforce or Beacon).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and compliance with data protection standards.
- Build donor segmentation, pipelines and automated journeys to improve retention and engagement.
- Produce regular insight reports, dashboards and monthly financial tracking.

Donor Growth & Global Engagement

Person Specification
Essential
- At least 3 years’ experience in fundraising, CRM management or donor development.
- Proven experience managing a fundraising CRM (Salesforce, Beacon or similar).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into insight.
- Understanding of donor care and stewardship principles.
- Experience cultivating and securing gifts from individual donors.

About the Role
The Director of Finance, Data and Systems leads the delivery of high‑quality financial stewardship and strategy, providing expert oversight of finance, data and systems across all Sadler’s Wells venues to support organisational performance and decision‑making.
Working as part of Sadler’s Wells’ senior leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Co-Chief Executives and the Board, ensuring robust organisational financial planning, risk management, and ensuring resources are effectively aligned to deliver impact for audiences and wider stakeholders.
Key duties will include:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Co-Chief Executives, trustees and other key stakeholders on all financial matters.

- Responsible for the governance of the three corporate charities, subsidiary company and board subcommittees through maintenance and development of a risk management framework, financial systems and internal controls.
About You
You will be a CCAB qualified (or equivalent) accountant, with experience operating at Director of Finance, Chief Financial Officer level or within an equivalent senior finance leadership role. Applicants seeking a step up are encouraged to apply but must strongly demonstrate relevant prior experience of leading finance teams operationally and strategically.
You will have experience of reporting into Boards and sub-committees with the ability to translate and present complex financial data to non-finance audiences.

The post-holder will be based at GMRC but work alongside TRC and MASH women’s services and Greater Manchester Pathfinder partnership, with service users who have experienced sexual trauma but who present with additional complex mental health needs.

GMRC is a registered charity working with adult women who are victims and survivors of sexual violence and child sexual abuse, providing independent, specialist support and promoting and representing their rights and needs.

Key responsibilities:
- Work within the Pathfinder partnership consultation model to identify potential survivors who might benefit from a low intensity psychological intervention.
- Undertake client-centred conversations and assessments which identifies areas where the person wishes to see change and or recovery and makes an accurate assessment of risk to self and others.
- Provide a range of information and support for evidence based, low intensity psychological interventions whilst working within a flexible and person-centred model of care.

About African Rainbow Family
African Rainbow Family (ARF) is a UK-based, lived-experience-led grassroots organisation working with and for LGBTIQ+ refugees and people seeking asylum of African heritage and the Global Majority.
ARF was founded in 2014 in response to the criminalisation and persecution of LGBTIQ+ people across parts of Africa and the Commonwealth. The organisation provides advocacy, peer support, advice, training and counselling, while campaigning locally, nationally and internationally to challenge injustice and promote equality and human rights.
ARF operates from its head office in Manchester and has centres in Leeds, Birmingham, London and Swansea.
About the Role
The Operations Manager role is a new and senior position within African Rainbow Family and will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s strategic and operational development.
The postholder will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the organisation, managing staff and volunteers, ensuring effective service delivery and leading on income generation and funding applications.
The role works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Trustees, staff, volunteers and external stakeholders to ensure ARF operates effectively, sustainably and in line with its values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The postholder will be responsible for:

Managing the day-to-day operations of African Rainbow Family, ensuring efficient and effective organisational delivery

Line managing staff and volunteers, including recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management

Overseeing service delivery across all ARF centres to ensure consistency, quality and compliance with funder requirements

Managing organisational budgets and monitoring expenditure against agreed targets

Leading on income generation, including researching funding opportunities and writing grant and funding applications

Developing, reviewing and implementing organisational policies, procedures and systems

Ensuring compliance with governance, safeguarding, health and safety and regulatory requirements

Person Specification
Essential

Minimum of two years’ experience in an operations, project or organisational management role

Proven experience of managing staff and volunteers

We are seeking a Test & Itchen Programme Manager to join our cause.
The Programme Manager will focus on delivery of the Test & Itchen Recovery Plan; a new strategic pilot hosted by the Test & Itchen Catchment Partnership. Working closely with co-hosts, the Wessex Rivers Trust, this role will support coordination and reporting to a new TICP Strategic Leadership Group and tracking of delivery against the TICP’s Catchment Plans. This role is a critical link between HIWWT, the Catchment Partnership and Southern Water over the AMP 8 period 2025 to 2030, aiming to support Integrated Catchment management between Southern Water and the partnership with a focus on project development. The project has the following key functions:
- Project management & reporting for S20 activities, including supervision of contract delivery and reporting against monitoring plans, mitigation packages, and compensation packages on specified catchments.
- To act as programme lead & to supervise the T&I Projects Officer in enabling the collation and coordination of work between Southern Water and the Catchment Hosts/Catchment Partnership and the creation of a shared priority project pipeline plan.
- To support and help coordinate ongoing partnership projects running with Southern Water and the Catchment Hosts/Catchment Partnership/HIWWT.
About you:
- You’re an experienced and proactive environmental leader with a strong understanding of river catchments, their ecology, and the challenges facing lowland river systems. Confident in managing people, projects, and partnerships, you combine technical expertise with strategic oversight to deliver complex, high-impact programmes.
- You’re adept at building trust and collaboration across diverse stakeholders – from water companies and regulators to landowners and local communities – ensuring shared goals are turned into tangible outcomes for nature. Skilled in planning, coordination, and performance management, you balance attention to detail with a clear vision for long-term environmental recovery.
