We’re looking for a Fundraising Officer to join Aspire’s small, agile and supportive Fundraising & Communications team. The role
The donor experience & stewardship manager will report to the head of fundraising operations & strategy.
We are seeking a creative and driven donor experience manager to join our team on a permanent basis. Working alongside members of the wider team, you will lead on creating and delivering a gold-standard experience for major donors supporting the Royal Free Charity, showcasing the impact their support has across our hospital sites. Your efforts will play a key role in ensuring continued, uplifted support for the charity.

Responsible for attracting and retaining donors, and delivering an outstanding supporter experience, the fundraising department comprises three teams which work closely together to achieve our shared objectives:
· Our philanthropy & campaigns team builds relationships with individual philanthropists, trusts, foundations, corporate organisations and intermediaries, giving or facilitating donations of £10,000 or more to the charity each year. They lead major appeal activity for the charity, currently focused on our cancer campaign, and special events to support these activities.
· Our public fundraising team harnesses the support and energy of individuals and groups, helping them to give back in the way that works for them. This includes committed giving, in memory support, gifts in wills, and fundraising events and challenges.
· Our fundraising operations team provides operational support for our fundraising and the wider charity through the provision of data and systems support, prospect research, stewardship, gift processing, reporting and governance. We underpin the work of the entire department.

As an Organiser, you’ll represent members across the rail and transport sector, both individually and collectively — providing advice, managing cases, and leading negotiations with employers to secure strong, meaningful outcomes.
You’ll play a central role in resolving workplace issues, upholding members’ rights, and delivering results through effective representation.
Alongside this, you’ll lead recruitment, organising and campaigning activity that grows membership, builds collective strength, and supports lay reps and activists to develop confident, self-sustaining workplace organisation. You’ll also work with community partners to deliver visible campaigns that promote TSSA’s vision for public transport — affordable, safe, and designed around the needs of local communities. We are looking for a Communications Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering communications and marketing activity across supporter and corporate audiences.
We are based in London and support young people via our direct delivery programmes. We take what we learn from our work and use it to inspire businesses across the UK to do more to improve social mobility (making sure people from all backgrounds get fair opportunities).
We do this by:
· Running large events like The UK Social Mobility Awards to celebrate companies doing it well.
· Organising Social Mobility Day to raise awareness.
· Publishing The Social Mobility Podcast and Social Mobility List to share ideas and highlight role models.
This role sits within the Marketing Communications team and supports the Head of Communications to deliver audience-centred communications and marketing that increases visibility, engagement and impact.
You will lead day-to-day marketing and communications activity, developing audience journeys and delivering targeted, campaigns, with a strong focus on email, digital content and social media.
You will work closely with colleagues across the charity to ensure marketing effectively supports organisational priorities.
You will contribute to several key priorities, including the 10th UK Social Mobility Awards, the development of our email marketing, and a strengthened storytelling approach centred on impact.

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Fundraising Manager with broad experience across all income streams but may consider either trusts or corporate fundraising as a speciality.
