The Role

We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Corporate & Commercial Partnerships Manager to help turn our Income Generation Strategy into action.

You'll play a key role in:

• Securing corporate donations and sponsorships
• Developing strategic partnerships
• Growing commercial income opportunities
• Packaging Colostomy UK's expertise, content or services into viable commercial offers
• Identifying and testing new opportunities
• Building lasting relationships that deliver long-term value

Working closely with our CEO and colleagues across the charity, you'll have the freedom to bring forward ideas, develop new income streams and help shape our future approach to corporate and commercial partnerships.

What Success Will Look Like

During the first 12 months, you'll:

• Build a strong and prioritised pipeline of corporate and commercial opportunities
• Secure new income-generating partnerships
• Develop and test commercially viable propositions based on Colostomy UK's assets and expertise
• Strengthen relationships with existing partners
• Put in place the systems, insight and approach needed to support sustainable growth beyond the initial contract

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

• Proactive, commercially astute and confident making things happen
• Experienced in corporate partnerships, business development or commercial income generation
• Skilled at identifying opportunities and converting them into successful partnerships or commercial activity
• Comfortable approaching new contacts and engaging senior decision-makers
• Confident negotiating agreements and working towards income targets

Charity sector experience is not essential. We're equally interested in candidates who can bring commercial experience, fresh thinking and a genuine commitment to our purpose.

What We Offer

• £42,000 FTE (£25,200 actual salary)
• 21 hours per week with flexible working
• Hybrid working from our Winnersh office
• 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)
