About the Role
We are looking for someone to lead the Fund’s Strategic Partnerships function, developing and delivering a commercially minded, Social Value-driven partnership strategy across Defence, aerospace, engineering, technology and other aligned sectors. The postholder will secure and grow high-value, multi-year partnerships including commercial, sponsorship and Social Value opportunities that generate significant financial and organisational benefit for the RAF Family.

This role offers a rare opportunity to operate in one of the least competitive and highest-value partnership markets in UK fundraising. With Defence primes and major engineering and aerospace companies actively seeking Social Value and wellbeing partners, RAFBF is uniquely positioned to secure six- and seven-figure partnerships not typically accessible to other charities.

Corporate Partnerships Manager

City Year UK is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Partnerships Manager to drive new business and nurture existing corporate relationships.

Join a youth and education charity which empowers diverse 18 to 25-year-olds to tackle educational inequality through a year of full-time volunteering in schools. As mentors, tutors and role models in schools, our volunteers support children who are furthest away from opportunity in the UK.

The Role

This role is central to building a strong, sustainable income pipeline and increasing support for our programmes.

You will:

· Identify, cultivate, and secure new corporate partnerships to grow income and impact.

· Working with senior stakeholders, including trustees, CEOs, or senior executives.

· Managing a portfolio of corporate partners to maximise financial and in-kind support.

The Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Associate Director of Philanthropy, UK, the Philanthropy Manager will support the implementation of the UK Philanthropy team’s strategy, with a focus to identify, establish and develop new and existing high value relationships with individuals who have the capacity to support IRC at a five and six figure level. This is an exciting role working with senior stakeholders across IRC, in the UK and internationally, to cultivate and steward relationships with philanthropists to effectively solicit multi-year gifts to fund high-impact programmes that will deliver transformative change for IRC clients across the world.

As part of this, the Philanthropy Manager will:

· Develop and implement initiatives to identify, cultivate and solicit gifts from donors in the major gift range of £10,000 and above, both in partnership with the Director of Philanthropy and through account management of a discreet prospect portfolio

· Work closely with the Director of Philanthropy and the research function to identify and cultivate positive relationships with existing donors and new prospects to significantly grow our major donor pipeline

· Manage a portfolio of major donors through various personalised approaches, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, events and written and verbal communications

· Develop personalised donor stewardship plans with the aim of increasing their engagement and uplifting their support to achieve the revenue target for the UK Philanthropy team and the overall revenue target for the International Philanthropy team

· Lead on gift management, reporting and proposal development for new prospects and existing donors, ensuring timely and accurate communications that match the individual’s requirements

· Identify and deliver unique stewardship and cultivation opportunities for donors

· Maintain thorough and up to date files and records relating to major donors

The Museum is now seeking an exceptional Director of Development to lead a transformative capital campaign ahead of the 2030 opening. Based at the JW3 office and reporting to the CEO, the role will shape and deliver a multi-year fundraising strategy to meet a campaign target of just under £20 million, including £15 million capital costs. As a key member of the Leadership Team, the Director will represent the Museum publicly, build high-value donor relationships, lead major gift and capital fundraising activity, and work closely with Trustees and senior staff to drive philanthropic engagement across trusts, foundations, corporates and individuals.

Candidates will bring significant experience of developing and delivering successful fundraising strategies for large-scale or capital projects, with a strong personal track record of securing high level gifts. Your purpose

To support our CEO, Director of Strategic Development and other members of the Senior Leadership Team to engage partners in our strategic planning, including to influence the implementation of the new national curriculum and guidance on oracy and establish a new advisory board to inform our strategy. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our partnerships strategy using email communications, providing administration and leading on planning for a series of meetings, round table discussions and partnership events. This will include working closely with the events team organising the flagship Voice 21 events, the Speaking Summit in March 2026 and Great Oracy Exhibition in October 2026. 

This is a newly created role in the team and the post holder will play a significant part in shaping it in order to deliver its core purpose. The role may evolve based on the needs of our growing organisation.

Your responsibilities

Partner relationships & communications 

• Ensure that communications to partners are sent in a clear and timely manner, using either automation or other systems e.g. mail merge. 

• Coordinate processes for partnership meetings and roundtables, e.g. the booking process for participants and arrangements relating to special adjustments etc.

• Use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SalesForce, to create records and collect and update partner data. 

Meeting coordination & delivery 

• Arrange all key activities for events you are responsible for. This could include Advisory Board meetings (online and in person), visits to schools or roundtable and briefing meetings. Manage invites and book venues, reminder/follow up communications, and ensure feedback is captured and collated. 

• Find solutions to problems e.g. technical issues in an online course; booking an additional venue due to increased demand. 

• Attend events, either in person or online, to provide support to members of the team leading them. 

Partnership Strategy Planning

• Track key progress with our partnership strategy and analyse this to support decision-making. 

• Take ownership of partnership engagement and experience, finding opportunities for improvement and implementing these.

• Work closely with the members of the Whole Leadership Team to establish a ‘Relationship Manager’ lead system to maximise the benefits of partnerships.

We have established strong foundations, including secured funding from the Big Lottery Community Fund over three years, a full Board of Trustees, and a growing programme of 8 events each week, including Walk & Talks and Sports Hubs. We are seeking an inspiring leader to drive our ambitious strategy to engage 7,000 men and provide 330 Personal Wellbeing Plans over the next three years.

Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, this crucial role is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational delivery of the charity. JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

· Lead the day-to-day running and strategic direction of the charity in line with the Board’s vision.

· Develop, manage, and oversee the charity's resources and workstreams.

· Ensure governance, compliance, and policies/procedures remain in good shape.

· Support the Board with fundraising strategy and financial accountability, including financial forecasting and reporting to funders.

2. Programme Management & Delivery

· Directly manage the Programme & Projects Manager and the Regional Event Leaders, and assist in the recruitment process for the newly established Volunteering Co-ordinator and the Wellbeing Coach/Coordinator roles. 

· Drive the delivery and expansion of our core programmes, including the Physical Activities (Walk & Talks, Sports Hubs), Volunteer Engagement, Community Partnerships and the Personal Wellbeing Plans (PWP)18.

· Develop and implement the Marauders Pathway Programme to establish a culture of good citizenship and peer support.

3. People & Volunteer Management

· Provide leadership, support, and development for staff, managing issues such as payroll, sickness, and holidays.

· Oversee the Volunteer Co-ordinator to develop a comprehensive volunteer management process, including recruitment, training, and 'Reward & Recognition’.

· Help inspire 100 men to give back to the community through volunteering.

4. Partnerships & IT Development

· Maintain and forge new community partnerships (e.g. with voluntary organisations, NGO’s, other charities and social enterprises) to enhance volunteering, education, and wellbeing services.

· Spearhead the development of our IT Platform, focusing on a robust website and a Beneficiary Management System (CRM) for efficient reporting, data capture, and engagement.

· Oversee digital marketing and communications, including newsletters and social media content.

Racket Cubed is a charity with momentum, purpose and heart. What began as a small local initiative has grown into a national charity supporting children and families in communities that need it most.

Founded in 2016, Rackets Cubed has grown steadily and purposefully. Today, it supports over 1,000 children every week, working across schools, community hubs and partnerships in multiple cities. About the role

Rackets Cubed is now seeking a Charity Director to lead the next stage of its journey. This is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership with real-world impact, working closely with an engaged Chair and Board, an experienced team and a wide network of partners.

You will help shape how Rackets Cubed consolidates its growth, strengthens financial sustainability and deepens impact, while staying true to what makes it distinctive: a practical, evidence-led approach and a belief in the potential of every child.

Who we are looking for

Rackets Cubed is looking for a values-driven leader who brings warmth, clarity and confidence — someone who enjoys building relationships as much as shaping strategy.

You will bring:

• Senior leadership experience (CEO, Director or similar)
• Experience working with a Board and supporting good governance
• Financial understanding and experience of income generation
• The ability to lead teams through growth, change or consolidation
• Strong communication skills and a natural, credible presence
• A genuine commitment to equity, inclusion and social impact

Experience in education, youth development, sport, health or food poverty is welcome but above all, you will share the charity’s belief in what children can achieve when given the right support.

They are now seeking a Director of Finance and IT to join the senior leadership team at an exciting point in the organisation’s evolution.

This is a rare opportunity for a senior finance leader who enjoys combining strategic leadership while also being able to provide hands on support. You will work closely with the CEO, Board and senior colleagues to shape future strategy, while also getting into the detail to understand how things work today and where they can be improved tomorrow.

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy making your mark: strengthening systems, improving automation, streamlining processes and building robust, proportionate controls that suit a small, international organisation. This is not a role where you sit at arm’s length from the detail – you will be curious, practical and comfortable rolling up your sleeves, whether that’s reviewing processes, posting journals, improving reporting or driving smarter use of technology.

Alongside financial leadership, you will oversee IT, risk, compliance and governance across the Thomson Group, working with outsourced providers and internal colleagues to ensure systems are secure, efficient and fit for purpose. You will play a key role in delivering the Finance and Technology Transformation Plan, helping the organisation operate more effectively and sustainably as it continues to grow and adapt.
