About the opportunity
You will help drive the quality and impact of our key stage 2 (KS2), key stage 3 (KS3) and key stage 4 (KS4) English tutoring programmes through improving our English resources. You will create training materials and provide advice and support to our volunteers and our (mostly) non-teaching staff members who manage these volunteer tutors day to day. Working as a Shop Supervisor, you will sort, price and present stock, keep our store tidy and well presented, help to create a welcome environment for customers and potential donors, support shop volunteers with daily tasks, provide excellent customer service while striving to maximise store profits. As Shop Supervisor you will also deputise for the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in their absence.
No day is the same, and you will be joining a friendly and supportive team of colleagues and volunteers. If you want to help us to help others, this might be the job for you!
The successful applicant will be required to work 13 hours per week including every Sunday. Each Sunday you will be responsible for managing the store, ensuring it showcases our wonderful donations and taking pride in maintaining a tidy and accessible space for all.

Working closely with colleagues across the charity, you will use insight, analysis and creativity to deliver excellent supporter experiences and maximise campaign performance. You'll also provide leadership to a small team, manage external suppliers and agencies, and help shape the future development of individual giving and legacy fundraising at Tŷ Hafan.
Tŷ Hafan operates a hybrid working model, and the post holder will be required to work on site a minimum of 2 days per week, with occasional evening and weekend work to support fundraising activities/events.

You are a confident and proactive project manager who can balance multiple priorities, manage budgets and suppliers, and keep complex campaigns on track. About Beyond the Streets
We are an established charity with over twenty years’ experience of journeying alongside women who sell sex in the East End of London. We are embedded within Tower Hamlets and are a key-player within the landscape of the support services within the Borough.
Door of Hope provides a safe and confidential space for women who currently, or in the past, have sold sex and who want support or to exit prostitution. We work with women to initially ensure their safety from violence or coercion, then to address the underlying issues that lead them to sell sex. We work within women-centred model and adopt a trauma-informed approach.
We take the well-being of our staff seriously, and actively encourage our team to take time to reflect and to continuously develop their skills and knowledge. We offer regular clinical supervision, a development and training budget, as well as regular team training and reflection events.

Interim Executive Director (0.8 FTE, 6 to 12 months)

Role description
· Partner with the Board, to develop and deliver JustMoney Movement’s strategy and objectives, rooted in our movement-building theory of change, and our Christian identity, culture and values. This may include identifying and implementing change, as needed.
· Lead on the creation and delivery of our fundraising strategy to ensure JustMoney Movement’s financial viability for the long-term. This will build on our current mix of grant funding, alongside our small but long-standing and loyal donor base of individuals and organisational supporters. We need to explore and grow alternative opportunities such as paid services and corporate funding.
· Oversight of operations and finance management, delivered by the Head of Operations.
· Support and empower the JustMoney Movement staff team in the delivery and monitoring of the 26-27 action plan for our education, campaigning and influencing activities.
· Alongside the Director of Movement Building, represent the organisation externally, seeking opportunities to raise the profile and demonstrate the impact of the organisation, positioning JustMoney Movement as a leading voice on issues of faith and finance.
· Work with the Director of Movement Building to identify and lead on strategic relationships and collaborations with stakeholders, including funders and key partners, in order to achieve our objectives.
· With the support of the Head of Operations, oversee a strong governance framework to ensure we meet external, legal and regulatory requirements and guidance (including the Charity Governance Code).
Person Specification
Experience:
· Management at board or management level of a charity, and the understanding of the governance requirements this brings
