The postholder will join the academy’s Global Strategy, Policy & Engagement Team at an exciting time for its international policy and engagement work. Reporting to the Head of Global Strategy, Policy & Engagement, this role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the academy’s international engagement strategy, strengthening relationships with key international partners, and contributing to the academy’s growing influence across global policy debates. A key aspect of the role will be helping to develop and deliver the academy’s international policy activities in a rapidly evolving geopolitical environment. This will include identifying emerging opportunities and challenges, coordinating evidence-based policy outputs, convening expertise from across the humanities and social sciences, and ensuring the academy's work informs and influences decision-making at national and international levels. The role will involve fostering relationships with researchers, policymakers, governments, multilateral organisations, funders, think tanks and international partners to ensure the academy remains an influential voice within global policy discussions. The role includes the management of two Senior International Policy Advisers and candidates will be working with colleagues in the wider team in a matrix fashion requiring adaptability and flexibility.
The successful candidate will bring strong policy development and delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to operate confidently across complex international environments. Experience of international engagement, diplomacy, multilateral organisations, international research policy or government relations would be particularly valuable. The academy is open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including research funding organisations, government, think tanks, international bodies, academia or the wider policy sector, who can demonstrate the ability to work across multiple policy areas and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trusts and grants fundraiser to lead the Charity's trusts, grants and foundations strategy. The role aims to secure multi-year four, five and six-figure grants and build a reliable, sustainable income stream. Reporting to the Fundraising Lead, you'll develop and manage a robust pipeline end-to-end (research, cultivation, application, reporting and renewal), write compelling cases for support and tailored proposals, and work closely with service delivery and finance colleagues to shape fundable projects with clear, measurable outcomes. You'll also steward existing funders through high-quality communications and reporting, keep accurate records and insight on income trends, and act as the internal specialist point of reference on the UK grant funding landscape.
The successful candidate will bring significant experience of securing and managing substantial trust/foundation and/or statutory income, with a demonstrable track record of delivering against annual targets and building a healthy pipeline. Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Community Lead to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of
fundraising and communications, working across both teams to leverage our community to generate

We're looking for an experienced Senior Data and Impact Officer to join our Data and Impact team. This is a pivotal role for someone who is passionate about the power of data and evaluation to improve services, inform strategic decision-making and demonstrate meaningful outcomes.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help ensure that HENRY has robust, reliable and accessible data systems that support excellent service delivery and enable us to evidence the difference we make. You'll combine hands-on operational delivery with continuous improvement, helping to strengthen our monitoring, evaluation and learning approach while embedding a culture of evidence-led decision making throughout the charity.

You'll be a highly organised and analytical professional with experience of managing, analysing and reporting data to support organisational performance or impact measurement. Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative information, you'll be able to translate complex findings into clear, compelling insights for a range of audiences.
Most importantly, you'll share our passion for improving outcomes for children and families and be motivated by the opportunity to use data and evidence to drive positive change.
Location: Primarily remote, with one day per month at our National Support Office in Eynsham, Oxfordshire, plus occasional travel.
Hours: Full-time (4 days per week may be considered).
Salary: £31,305.22
