About the role
The Fundraising Strategy and Operations team delivers high quality operations support to the wider Fundraising Directorate including Strategic Liaison with Service teams, Compliance, Supporter Journeys and Communications, and Supporter Care.
The role sits within our friendly and dedicated Supporter Care team. In addition to providing operations support to the Fundraising Directorate, the team provides a high standard of customer service to Centrepoint supporters and members of the public.
The role works alongside two other Officers and the team Manager to help steward and grow our compassionate supporter base, securing Centrepoint’s long term future, and enabling us to reach our strategic goals through helping to maximise fundraised income and increase donor loyalty.
The role involves working independently, collaborating with colleagues and third-party suppliers, and using a variety of technical systems to fulfil a range of supporter-related responsibilities.
These include, but are not limited to, liaising with existing and prospective supporters, managing fundraising complaints, processing donations, processing supporter data; and ensuring all tasks are carried out in compliance with GDPR, Data Protection, and other regulatory requirements.

About the Role
This role is primarily based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, with the expectation of occasional travel to other hospital sites.
This post is within the Fundraising Team at University Hospitals Birmingham Charity, which is the official charity of Heartlands Hospital, Good Hope Hospital, Solihull Hospital and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.
The purpose of the role is to help build relationships with the public and hospital staff within Queen Elizabeth Hospital, as well as with existing supporters.

We are looking for a Partner Delivery and Assurance Manager to help ensure that our partnerships are high-performing, equitable, well-supported and delivering meaningful impact. You will lead the development of effective partnership management and assurance approaches, providing practical support to country programmes throughout the partnership lifecycle, from due diligence and contracting through to performance monitoring, compliance and capacity strengthening.
Working closely with our programme teams, the Contracts Director, and Partnerships Development Advisor, you will help translate strategic partnership opportunities into successful implementation arrangements, ensuring risks are managed, standards are applied consistently and partners are empowered to succeed. About you:
You will be an expert in the design and implementation of programmes, with a strong understanding of key trends in humanitarianism and development and the practical implementation of project delivery within these contexts. You should be an empathetic communicator, with experience creating, developing and implementing high quality policies, procedures and guidelines in a complex, diverse organisation. Experience managing collaborative programme/project activity with local or international partners in relevant contexts is essential, as is experience designing and leading capacity assessment and capacity support initiatives between partners. You should be organised, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously, with a strong attention to detail to produce high quality proposals and reports. Fluency in English is essential, and fluency in a relevant second language would be advantageous.
We’re looking for someone with:

About the Team
The Corporate Partnerships Officer works alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager on the Nationwide partnership and will play a vital role within the Corporate Partnerships Function of the Relationship Fundraising Department. The Partnership Management Team work closely with the Corporate New Business team to on-board partners and provide high quality account management to our corporate partnership portfolio.
About The Role
The Corporate Partnerships Officer will be primarily responsible for supporting on the delivery of Centrepoint’s multi-year, 7-figure strategic partnership with Nationwide Building Society. This partnership is the largest multi-year partnership in Centrepoint’s corporate portfolio to date, and a transformational partnership for Centrepoint and the young people we work with. Funding supports a range of measures to help young people experiencing homelessness across the UK.
Working between our offices in London/ Manchester, as well as from the partner’s head office future, you will work alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager to support successful delivery of all aspects of the partnership, as well as taking ownership of your own projects. This will include supporting with fundraising and volunteering engagement with Nationwide colleagues, as well as administrative support across the partnership. This is a key income-generating role, responsible for the planning, promotion, and delivery of a portfolio of challenge and fundraising events – including third-party, virtual and flagship events.
The postholder will work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver exceptional supporter experiences that inspire participation, encourage fundraising, and maximise income for the charity.
You’ll need solid project management skills, strong supporter stewardship instincts, and a good understanding of how digital channels can be used to recruit, engage, and motivate fundraisers. While you’ll be supported by our Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive marketing and recruitment plan – combining digital campaigns with in-person promotion and outreach at events and through partner networks.
