The Financial Wellbeing Coach is a new post that will play a key role in strengthening the financial resilience of nursing and midwifery professionals. Working directly with individuals, the post holder will help Nurses, Midwives, Nursing Associates, Healthcare Assistants and Maternity Support Workers to build financial literacy, develop budgeting skills, set realistic financial goals, and improve money management. The role combines one-to-one coaching with group workshops and digital support, helping people to gain confidence in managing day-to-day finances and planning for their future. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Head of Services and Impact and the wider Cavell team to ensure our financial wellbeing support is impactful, accessible and evidence based.

This is a 2-year fixed term post, 15 – 18 hours per week. It can be home based or hybrid, although we would expect visits to our Redditch office at least once a month.

Main Responsibilities

Financial Coaching and Support:

• Deliver one-to-one financial wellbeing coaching to eligible beneficiaries.
• Support individuals to improve financial literacy, budgeting and goal setting.
• Help beneficiaries to develop practical money management strategies.
• Provide non-judgmental advice, education and encouragement to build financial confidence.
• Work with individuals experiencing financial hardship, vulnerability or stress with sensitivity and professionalism.

Workshops and Resources:

• Design and deliver group workshops / webinars on financial wellbeing topics.
• Contribute to the development of tools, guides and digital content to support financial education.
• Tailor materials to the needs of Nurses, Midwives and healthcare support staff across different career stages.

Service Delivery and Impact:

• Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and outcomes using Salesforce.
• Contribute to monitoring, evaluation and reporting to demonstrate impact.
• Work closely with the Head of Services and Impact to refine the service based on insight and data.
• Ensure all support is delivered in line with Cavell policies, safeguarding procedures and best practice.

Partnership and Collaboration:

• Signpost individuals to specialist external services where appropriate (e.g. debt advice, benefits advice).
• Build positive working relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
• Represent Cavell in relevant forums, networks or events as required.

Person Specification

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experience of providing financial wellbeing, money guidance, coaching or advice.
• Strong knowledge of personal finance topics (budgeting, debt, savings, benefits, cost-of-living management).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage empathetically with individuals facing financial difficulty.
• Experience of delivering one-to-one support.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage workload independently on a part-time basis.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for remote delivery and record- keeping.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Relevant qualification in financial coaching, advice, money guidance or similar.
• Experience working within a charity, health, or social care setting.
• Understanding of the challenges faced by Nurses, Midwives and Healthcare Support Workers.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating service outcomes.
• Experience of using Salesforce (CRM).

About the Role 

This is a key role supporting the transformation of communications across the Foundation. You will help shape how we engage, inspire and connect with priority audiences, ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent and impactful. 

As Strategic Communications Lead, you will play a central role in evolving how we communicate - strengthening our organisational narrative and supporting a shift towards more proactive engagement with new audiences, including colleagues across Lloyds Banking Group and wider stakeholders.

About the role
This is a specialist role within income management, focused on accounts that have progressed to legal stages. You will manage cases from court preparation through to enforcement, including eviction where necessary, balancing firm action with a fair and supportive approach.

• Undertaking supplementary analysis of performance, benchmarks and other research that helps enhance our understanding of performance of the portfolio.

Support prospective investments through our investment process across our market systems, including:

• Undertaking detailed investment analysis, including of the market, the prospective investee, and the financial, social impact and systems change cases;

• Assisting in preparing and presenting investment recommendations to our Investment Committee;

• Project management such as ensuring the consistent application of our investment process and the tracking of new investment opportunities in the pipeline; and,

• Helping deal leads and legal team negotiate legal documents and close transactions.

  This will likely involve specialising in one market system for a period of time.

Support management of our existing portfolio investments, including:

• Supporting and co-ordinating fund manager reporting of that helps BSC to assess the contribution of the investments to our systems change, impact and financial goals across our portfolio and in the relevant market system

• Undertaking data gathering, aggregation and detailed analysis to evaluate impact and financial performance across portfolios of investments in our market systems, including working with fund managers on individual investments

Systems change agent

• Supporting delivery of key strategic projects in BSC’s market systems, including through project management

Advice & Wellbeing Specialist - Make a real difference every day.

We’re looking for an Advice & Wellbeing Specialist to provide high-quality, holistic support to residents, helping them sustain tenancies and improve their wellbeing. This is a 12‑month secondment/fixed term contract covering North West London and is a community‑based role. You will need to feel confident and comfortable visiting residents in their homes, with one day per week based in an office.

Your typical day could start by working with residents in their homes and neighbourhoods to understand their immediate needs. Later, you might deliver advice and wellbeing support in a community wellbeing hub before engaging with external stakeholders to build a strong network of support for our residents.

As an Advice & Wellbeing Specialist, you’ll deliver proactive and trauma-informed support tailored to residents’ needs. You’ll work closely with them to understand wellbeing concerns and agree an action plan to enable them to sustain their tenancies and feel connected to their community. You’ll empower residents through positive engagement, helping them develop skills and resilience to lead independent and fulfilled lives.

Your key responsibilities

You’ll deliver personalised, trauma-informed advice and wellbeing support in the community, taking a holistic approach to tenancy, health, and social needs. You’ll manage safeguarding cases with care, build strong relationships with internal teams like Neighbourhood Managers, Financial Inclusion, and Repairs, and collaborate with external partners such as local authorities, mental health services, and advice agencies. Alongside this, you’ll support wellbeing hubs and community events, keep accurate records, manage cases effectively, and use CRM systems to track and report outcomes.

About you

• Experience delivering a range of advice and wellbeing advocacy in outreach, face-to-face settings.
• Extensive experience managing a large and varied caseload.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively.
• Self-motivated, resilient, with a successful track record of engaging and supporting people in vulnerable and complex circumstances.

We are looking for a Housing Night Worker to join our team at Horsham Y Centre. You will respond promptly to any reported incidents, accidents, or concerns, carrying out thorough checks and taking appropriate action to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone on site. You will also take a proactive approach to preventing anti‑social behaviour, working closely with support staff to maintain a positive environment. In addition, you will carry out one‑to‑one interventions with young people who may be experiencing a mental health crisis or who require medical assistance, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate support.

The Centre for Justice Innovation is looking to recruit a creative, pragmatic and committed individual to help the Centre in its work to support the statutory criminal justice agencies (youth justice services, police and youth courts) in improving their practice. 

The Senior Practice Specialist will support the delivery and development of our youth justice practice work, specifically to provide support to youth justice services, the judiciary, court staff and the police in the delivery/implementation of youth diversion and youth courts.

Amongst other responsibilities, the Practice Specialist will undertake a range of tasks including (i) designing and delivering training and practice sharing workshops; (ii) developing briefings and toolkits that support the spread of good practice; and (iii) identifying and convening practitioners and others who are interested in specialist and problem-solving approaches at court.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to support and influence frontline practice, motivate others and solve problems. Operational experience within the criminal justice system is essential.

Flexible hours and home working are available. The postholder is required to have a willingness and ability to travel regularly within the UK.
