As Senior Development Executive, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 80–100 donors and prospective donors, developing thoughtful cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies that build lasting philanthropic relationships.
Working closely with senior academics, University leaders and development colleagues, you will translate ambitious scientific priorities into compelling opportunities for philanthropy. You will build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and other prospective funders, with opportunities to personally solicit gifts at the six- and seven-figure level.

Job Title: Partnership Events Coordinator (Inspiring the Future)

Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Head of Partnership Delivery and working closely with colleagues in the Partnerships Team, the Partnership Events Coordinator is responsible for working closely with volunteers and school staff to support successful delivery of interactive activities aimed at schools and young people under key funded projects for the charity’s Inspiring the Future and Primary Futures programmes. The Finance Manager will operate as a proactive Finance Business Partner, working closely with managers and senior leaders to provide financial insight, constructive challenge and support overcoming difficulties and answering questions. The postholder will help inform decision-making, problem-solve, improve organisational performance and ensure resources are used effectively to achieve the organisation's objectives.
The role provides a compliance function in filing accounts and recording our Executive Committee’s membership correctly with Companies House and The Charity Commission.
The finance team consists of the Finance Manager and a Finance Officer. The Finance Manager reports to the Deputy Chief Executive who is Head of the Business Strategy Team in which the role sits. CPA UK’s annual turnover is around £3M.

Reporting to the Director of People and Organisational Development, the Senior Safeguarding Specialist will provide expert leadership, advice and operational direction for the continuous development and delivery of ActionAid UK's safeguarding strategy, policies, systems and culture.
This is a pivotal role that will drive safeguarding excellence across the organisation, ensuring strong safeguarding standards, effective compliance, and a culture where safeguarding is understood as everyone's responsibility. The postholder will lead the implementation and ongoing development of safeguarding policies, processes and standards, supporting the protection of staff, rights holders, partners and the communities with whom ActionAid works.
