Role Summary
The Outreach Manager is responsible for driving the expansion of the Schools Consent Project’s reach, engagement, and impact across London and the South East. Acting as the organisation’s lead “sales” and business development professional, you will contribute to and manage our strong pipeline of partner schools and organisations, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and maximise long-term engagement.
You will own the end-to-end outreach and partnership journey: from prospecting and lead generation, through relationship development and negotiation, to repeat engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute a proactive outreach and growth strategy to increase workshop bookings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing schools; ensure SCP’s workshop content remains responsive and reactive to the emerging concerns of young people when it comes to sex, consent and the online world.
- Generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, events, and campaigns.
- Contribute to and maintain a pipeline of new schools and educational settings.
- Reinvigorate historic relationships with schools.
Account Management
- Convert enquiries and prospects into confirmed programme partners.
- Present the charity’s offer and impact to senior school leaders, safeguarding leads, and decision-makers.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and retention.
- Promote additional workshops and programmes where appropriate (eg. teacher training; parent workshops).
- Track booking trends eg. seasonal vs. reactive bookings; develop a communication strategy around each ‘type’ of school, involving timely booking reminders.
Pipeline, Targets & Performance
- Manage outreach targets for bookings, partnerships, and regional coverage.
- Monitor conversion rates, pipeline value, and performance metrics.
- Produce regular forecasts and performance reports.
- Use data and insight to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes.
Marketing & Promotion
- Help develop compelling outreach materials and campaigns.
- Deliver presentations, webinars, and pitches to prospective educational partners.
- Represent the organisation at conferences, networks, and sector events.
- Help gather case studies, testimonials, and impact data to support outreach and fundraising.
Delivery Coordination
- Work closely with our Volunteer Manager and Operations Manager to match supply with demand.
- Ensure smooth handover from booking to delivery.

Team Leadership & Development
- Contribute to the development of outreach systems, processes, and tools.
- Share insights and learning across the organisation.

We are looking for someone to join St Mungo’s as Assistant Director of Client Experience. This new post brings together a range of services that deliver added value to our service offer for clients.
From leading the work on client involvement, to developing and delivering learning, training and employment interventions, to providing advice and improving our practice on welfare rights and complex health and wellbeing needs, this role is central to delivering our work to support clients to rebuild their lives.
As Assistant Director of Client Experience, you will work closely with client services and fundraising colleagues, bringing these areas together to ensure we deliver compelling services that enhance our client experience, attract funders, and clearly demonstrate their impact and value.
You will embed a culture of collaboration, strengthening partnerships with different organisations so that, across the system, we work towards providing the services our clients need and that achieve the greatest impact.
In this role you will:
- Oversee client involvement, resident engagement and lived experience apprenticeship schemes.
- Lead the coordination of our volunteers and the assessment of social work student placements.
- Oversee services offering clients learning, training and employment support.

About you
We are looking for an experienced operational leader with a background in leading teams delivering services to groups of vulnerable adult clients. You will be an excellent problem solver with strong communication and influencing skills, able to engage colleagues at all levels and build effective partnerships across the sector. You will also have experience of managing budgets and using complex data to inform decisions and improve performance.

Flexible working
This post is offered on a full time basis (37.5 hours per week), or part time hours can be considered (minimum 22.5 hours per week). We are open to discussions about different working patterns, for example condensed hours.
We support flexible and agile working. This role is London-based, with an expectation of working from our Central Office or one of our services at least 2 days per week to support collaboration, leadership, training and relationship-building. Due to the nature of the role, you will also work across different London and regional services and be expected to spend a significant part of your time our engaging with colleagues and clients in our services.
Our Central Office is currently located in Tower Hill, with a plan to relocate to a new space in Farringdon in summer 2026.

Outline of Role

Job Overview
The Social Value and Community Manager will develop, drive and deliver a strategic programme of social value, community partnership and sustainability initiatives for The Fitzrovia Partnership (a Business Improvement District). Person Specification
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

You will provide pro–active emotional, practical and advocacy support for male and non-binary survivors who have experienced any form of sexual violence and are engaging (or considering engaging) with the criminal justice system.
Our ISVAs work with clients currently residing in any London borough, or if the abuse was committed in any London borough. Some travel to London will be expected.
An ISVA qualification or relevant degree is desirable, but not essential. We consider people from a wide range of educational backgrounds and work experience. What matters is that you are empathetic and will support the specific needs of our clients.

Co‑Design and Co‑Production Worker

Co-Design and Co-Production
BDEF’s Director previously supported Bristol City Council Adult Social Care to create a Co‑production Policy. This policy was developed because there was no clear, fair, or consistent way for the Council to involve people with lived experience of using Adult Social Care services.
The policy:
- Is designed through co-production between Disabled people, Carers, Community and Voluntary Sector workers and council officers.
- Clearly defines consultation, engagement, co‑design and co‑production.
- Sets expectations for inclusive, equitable involvement.
- Has been fully adopted and approved by Adult Social Care.
- Is intended to guide all future Adult Social Care work.
Following feedback, Bristol City Council has now contracted BDEF, a Disabled‑people‑led organisation, to take this work forward. This, as part of this contract, role will focus on supporting, embedding and putting the policy into practice, ensuring that people with lived expertise are meaningfully involved in shaping Adult Social Care services.
The role will work closely with people with lived expertise of Adult Social Care services (Disabled people and carers among others), Bristol City Council Adult Social Care officers, community and voluntary organisations and BDEF colleagues. The role holder will work directly with BDEF Director who will offer advice and support.

Sue Ryder is looking for a Digital Fundraising Manager to lead the planning and delivery of innovative digital fundraising activities that grow our supporter base and maximise income.
In this new role, you will develop and optimise multichannel fundraising campaigns across digital platforms while embedding a culture of test, learn and continuous optimisation. Essential Criteria
• Project and stakeholder management. Experience in managing parallel workstreams, multiple priorities, and complex stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrable experience of developing digital fundraising strategies and implementation plans to meet targets and KPIs in a role with substantial responsibility for driving supporter growth using a variety of digital channels.
• A proven track record of planning and delivering multichannel digital fundraising campaigns within the charity or not-for-profit sector, including but not limited, to activity across paid social media (Meta, TikTok), email, PPC, display and emerging channels. Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, as well as other native platform analytical tools for tracking, reporting and assisting optimisation.
• Proven knowledge and use of digital marketing tools, including email marketing and automation platforms (DotDigital would be advantageous).
• Demonstratable experience of developing paid social media campaign tracking and an understanding of the changing landscape in social media i.e. current Meta restrictions

Product Marketing Coordinator
This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.
You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.
This is a varied, hands‑on role combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, and desk‑based work with regular visits to properties. You’ll be supported in role by our senior marketing coordinator and head of marketing and business development.
The fundamentals of the role
Marketing and sales enablement
- Develop property messaging, value propositions, and supporting materials.
- Ensure each property has strong visual assets, including photography, video, and written content.
- Create and maintain property information sheets for internal and external use.
- Coordinate property‑related communications, including Mailchimp viewing emails and location‑based social media content.
- Work with the Marketing team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and go‑to‑market activity.
Viewings organisation and coordination
- Plan, schedule, and continuously improve the property viewings process.
- Supervise and support a small team of property viewing assistants (PVAs), including training, quality oversight, and timesheet approval.
- Ensure PVAs have accurate, up‑to‑date product information, sales guidance, and customer engagement support.
- Occasionally attend viewings to assess quality and gather feedback.
Go-to-market planning and execution
- Visit properties to understand condition, local context, and customer appeal.
- Support property launch planning, including pricing, audience targeting, and marketing tactics.
- Coordinate with Marketing to implement campaigns that attract high‑quality guardians.
- Track and report on the performance of property launches and viewings.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and service standards.
Product vision and positioning

Market and customer insight
- Research market needs, pricing, locations, and competitor activity.
