As the Property Manager you’ll play a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with landlords and letting agents, as well as proactively managing a portfolio of housing stock. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with our colleagues in Operations, Asset Management and Health and Safety, leading on all aspects of tenancy enforcement in respect of tenancy breaches and complaints of anti-social behaviour. We are recruiting an Investment Manager – Portfolio to take a leading role in the delivery of our existing portfolio including on special situations and exits.
You will take ownership of performance and manager relationships across a broad portfolio of social impact investments. We are looking for an Associate Manager, Data and Digital Transformation (13-month maternity cover) to lead a small data team to incentivise and support ISEAL members to make significant improvements to their data systems, embed data-driven decision-making in their assurance processes, and work towards interoperability in sustainable supply chains.
Data is at the heart of sustainability standards and certification. A key focus of our work at ISEAL is supporting these systems to better leverage the data they collect to create value and drive sustainability impact. We support our members along their digital transformation journey. The goal is to ensure a seamless flow of sustainability and compliance data from producing enterprises to the market and to leverage this data to create incentives and benefits for those at the start of the supply chain. To date, we have focused on building the foundations for robust data governance and management, strengthening their capacity to leverage data for insights, and supporting standardisation of core certificate data. OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Royal Ballet School is a global centre for performance excellence. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As an integral member of the Development Team, the Development Manager will support the growth of our trust and foundation partnerships to fund a number of our core annual programme areas (Student Bursaries, Healthcare, Facilities etc) as well as new projects. The Manager will also lead on research and funding applications to trusts and foundations, while also delivering quality impact reporting across the School’s work.

As National Fundraising Growth Manager, you will provide dedicated growth capability across Alzheimer Scotland’s national fundraising portfolio. What we’re looking for
Essential skills and experience:

About the role:
It’s been a very successful few years for PCR's Events & Community team with good results across the board, increasing income by over £1 million every year since 2023. And we recently won Fundraising Charity of the Year at the National Fundraising Awards 2026!
Now’s an exciting time to join us as we work on a new multi-year strategy and expand the team yet again, bringing in new resource to give the different activity areas space to grow and ensure we can do our best work – contributing to PCR’s lifesaving mission, developing our careers and enjoying work within an ambitious and supportive environment.
This role is new, created to focus on community fundraising which is a growing area with huge potential for PCR. We currently receive significant unsolicited income from our brilliant supporters, but there is a key opportunity to take a more proactive approach to recruiting new community fundraisers, improving their supporter experience and testing new offerings & products. You will work with the team to create and deliver a plan for this new proactive approach and will lead on day-to-day relationship management with fundraisers.
You will also lead the project management and delivery of some community-focused fundraising events. For example,our annual Snowdonia for Science event or testing new PCR-owned products which work for a community fundraising audience. We currently expect the split of time to be roughly 75% on community fundraising and 25% on events, but the two areas will be closely connected, and this split may change over time. We are excited to work with you to develop the direction of this role as the team and portfolio grows.
You will report to the Head of Events & Community and work closely with the whole team, as well as colleagues across PCR. Most of the Events team try to work together once a week when possible at our London office (Chancery Lane) but we have flexible working arrangements, so you can choose to be office based or hybrid. You would be needed to travel to regular supporter events across the UK (many of which are currently in the London/ SE England area) and to some team days in London on an ad-hoc basis.
