Job description

Are you a marketing professional who understands data-driven decision making?

We’re looking for a Marketing Strategy Analyst to analyse data to measure our campaign performance, audience engagement and return on investment across our marketing and communications activity, and deliver actionable, tangible insights.

What does this role do?

As a Marketing Strategy Analyst, you will:

  • lead the design, creation, and ongoing maintenance of a measurement framework for all Marketing and Communications activity, defining KPIs across these metrics, working closely with teams across the division to align on objectives and outcomes,
  • manage and optimise the ingestion of multi-channel data feeds into the central data platform, ensuring accurate integration, cleansing, and alignment of data from multiple sources to enable reliable reporting and recommendations,
  • from this data, identify trends, patterns, and insights, which translate into actionable insights and recommendations for the rest of the team based on your findings,
  • deliver econometric modelling to understand the impact of different marketing activities on brand awareness, using statistical methods to measure and quantify impact.

Initial screening calls for this role will take place on week commencing 7th September 2026, followed by panel interviews the next week.

Could this be you?

Our ideal Marketing Strategy Analyst has data and marketing experience in equal measure. On one hand, this means strong data handling skills and experience of creating automated dashboards, with the ability to build accessible, user-friendly tools using data from various channels. Meanwhile, they’ll need experience of defining marketing KPIs (such as brand health, campaign exposure, and trends), understanding performance drivers across channels, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. They’ll partner with colleagues across the division to understand their data and share recommendations, so excellent communication and presentation skills are key.
