In recent years violent crime has risen significantly. Homicides, assaults, robberies and offences involving weapons have all seen sustained growth. We have also seen large increases in violent crime involving children and young people. This is a tragedy. Every child captured in these numbers is an important member of our community and society has a duty to protect them.

The Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) is a charity with a £200m endowment and a mission that matters. We exist to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. We do this by funding great initiatives, finding what works and working for change - scaling and spreading the practices that make a difference.

One of the most important things we do is ensure that our funding and commissioning processes run smoothly and deliver maximum impact. We manage significant grants and complex commissioning arrangements that support projects designed to make a lasting difference. To do this well, we need robust systems, clear governance and strong relationships with partners. This role is critical to making that happen. As our Senior Grants & Commissioning Manager, you’ll lead on optimising our grant management system Salesforce, oversee risk and compliance and drive improvements in commissioning and procurement across the organisation. You’ll be the go-to person for contracts, grant agreements, policy guidance and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and enabling confident decision-making. By keeping everything organised and efficient, you will be helping us achieve our strategic goals and deliver on our mission.

Key Responsibilities

Your role would be to ensure our funding and commissioning processes run efficiently, compliantly and strategically. You’ll lead improvements in systems, governance and risk management, act as the organisation’s Salesforce and grant management expert, and provide strong leadership to the team which will enable confident decisions and maximising impact. A detailed list of your key responsibilities on how you’ll do this is given below:

• Grant management and system optimisation:
• Manage the organisation’s grant management system (Salesforce), ensuring functionality, accuracy and integrity of data.
• Configure and update forms, fields and workflows to support new applications and evolving business needs.
• Develop and deliver custom reports and dashboard for internal teams to enable effective monitoring and decision-making.
• Act as the primary liaison for system enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement, and day-to-day troubleshooting.
• Commissioning and procurement:
• Support the Assistant Director of Finance and Operations in delivering improvements to commissioning and procurement processes across the Programmes, Evaluation, Change and Evidence directorates.
• Ensure commissioning activities align with organisational priorities and compliance requirements.
• When required, provide support and additional resource to the Delivery Operations Manager on the execution of agreements for all teams.
• Risk management and compliance:
• Lead on negotiating terms and conditions with grantees, evaluators and researchers, escalating complex issues where necessary.
• Conduct due diligence for funded projects, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and risk mitigation.
• Maintain and control master versions of all templates, including Grant Agreements and Variations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Governance and policy development:
• Develop, maintain and disseminate non-HR policies and guidance documents related to commissioning and procurement.
• Ensure governance frameworks are robust, up-to-date and embedded across the organisation.
• Training and capacity building:
• Design and deliver training sessions to build staff competency in policies, guidance and system procedures.
• Act as the organisational expert on Salesforce and grant management processes, providing ongoing support and advice.
• Leadership and team management:
• Provide direct line management, mentorship and professional development for the Delivery Operations Manager. When required during periods of peak activity, provide support and resource for their responsibilities.

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. For more than 40 years, we have been delivering essential health and medical care to those most affected by conflict, displacement and occupation in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) and Lebanon.

About the role

This is an important opportunity for somebody passionate about MAP’s work with an interest in system design, strong data skills and an eye for detail to play a key role in shaping and maintaining MAP’s Dynamics 365 CRM system. With Dynamics 365 introduced in 2024, the Senior Supporter Database Officer will play a vital role in meeting the charity’s data import needs and enhancing its infrastructure. The postholder will be involved in system design and data quality management associated with a wide variety of data types with varied requirements including, but not limited to individuals, corporates, trusts, foundations, volunteers, campaigners, institutional donors, community groups, and challenge event participants. To enable this, they will work closely with the Supporter Care Team, Finance Team, wider Fundraising team and other internal stakeholders at MAP.

The management of financial data will feature prominently in the day-to-day responsibilities of the postholder. Collaborating with MAP’s Finance team, third party payment providers and external suppliers, the postholder will deliver the secure and efficient processing of payments data. The postholder is responsible for completing complex data imports, applying accurate coding, and supporting financial reconciliation to monthly deadlines.

The Senior Supporter Database Officer will closely support the work of the Supporter Database Officer and will deputise for the Supporter Database Manager when required. In addition, they will support the work of the Performance & Insights team within the Fundraising team and the technical CRM lead in the Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Supporter Database Officer is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy and effective use of MAP’s Dynamics 365 CRM system. The role leads on complex data imports from payment providers, agencies and internal teams, ensuring robust processes, strong data quality controls and clear documentation. The postholder oversees secure data handling and conducts regular quality checks to maintain system accuracy.

A key aspect of the role is income processing and financial reconciliation. Working closely with Finance, the postholder ensures accurate coding of income, supports daily and monthly reconciliations, investigates discrepancies and maintains appropriate audit trails and financial controls.

The role also contributes to CRM development by gathering requirements from Fundraising colleagues, supporting system improvements and assisting with testing and implementation. The postholder ensures compliance with data protection regulations, maintains consent records and supports reporting and data insight needs across Fundraising.

As a senior team member, they provide guidance to the Supporter Database Officer, deliver user training and deputise for the Supporter Database Manager when required.

About You

You will have strong experience working with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, alongside advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL. You will be confident managing large datasets, complex imports and income reconciliation processes.

You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions. Experience working with supporter or customer data, alongside knowledge of GDPR and financial controls, is essential.

You will be an effective communicator, comfortable working across teams and with external suppliers, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience within a charity CRM function and familiarity with tools such as Power BI would be advantageous.

The British Academy – the UK’s national body for the humanities and social sciences - is seeking a Regional Manager to join our friendly and collaborative team in the Research Directorate, providing key support in the delivery of the Early Career Researcher Network.

The ECRN Regional Manager will work closely with the Head of ECRN to oversee the day-to-day operations and logistics of the Network. This includes line management of three Regional Coordinators, as well as supporting budget oversight and financial management across all regional activities.

About the Role

The team care deeply about providing good, safe, specialist services to the community and to clients by providing inclusive, equitable support to all survivors of sexual violence in Sheffield.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to keep things running day to day and to strengthen the infrastructure that make this life-changing work possible. You’ll lead across areas like finance, HR, governance, quality, facilities/IT, risk and data protection, and provide empowering and supportive line management to the Business Team and Counselling Team.

Purpose of Role

The Portfolio Manager will play a key role in the success of the team responsible for Comic Relief’s funding programme focused on tackling the effects of poverty. This role is focused on forced migration (in a team that also works in areas such as food insecurity, homelessness in the UK, and maternal and child health internationally),

The Portfolio Manager will hold direct responsibility for new Comic Relief grant making and ongoing grant management both in the UK and internationally, ensuring excellent grant making practice.

Grant making and ongoing grant management

You will lead the strategy, planning, delivery and evaluation of acquisition campaigns, including the onboarding process, with full accountability for managing significant budgets, agency partnerships and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Leadership

• Develop and implement the multi-channel acquisition strategy, aligned with income targets and supporter growth objectives.
