The role
As a Research & Outcomes Officer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the RCSLT’s research and outcomes work, helping to strengthen research culture, champion evidence-based practice and support the profession to make better use of evidence and data.
You’ll take operational responsibility for a varied portfolio of projects and initiatives, from research priority setting and engagement, to collecting and analysing data, supporting evidence synthesis and monitoring impact. You’ll also help bring this work to life through engaging communications across RCSLT research channels, as well as presentations, webinars, conferences and events.
Working closely with RCSLT members, colleagues and external stakeholders, you’ll provide expert, evidence-based advice on research, outcomes, clinical and professional issues, while responding to enquiries and supporting teams across the organisation to identify, understand and apply research evidence.

You’ll be confident turning complex evidence and data into clear, accessible insights and communicating these effectively to a range of audiences.
You’ll be highly organised, analytical and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. A collaborative approach is essential, as you’ll work with members, colleagues and external stakeholders to provide expert guidance and support. We are expanding our team of IPS Employment Advisors in our IPS service in the London Borough of Enfield. You will be based in one of NHS mental health treatment teams in Enfield Town and Edmonton areas.
This IPS service at Working Well Trust has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment.
This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain and sustain paid employment.
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. What you’ll be doing
You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPSapproach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.
You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach thatalways remainsclient led.

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – Part-Time / Job Share
A leading health-focused membership body is looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join its finance team on a part-time, job-share basis.
This is a senior and influential finance role, leading on financial planning, analysis and business partnering across the organisation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and budget holders, providing the insight and challenge needed to support effective decision-making and long-term financial sustainability.
Key details:
· Salary: £60,535 – £68,962 FTE (pro rata for 17.5 hours)

This involves welcoming new groups to our network and supporting existing ones to develop.
Working closely with colleagues, volunteer consultants and partners, you'll help deliver projects and programmes that strengthens and develops them and creates positive outcomes for people and communities. You'll also contribute to volunteer engagement, partnership development, grant administration and project evaluation, while ensuring accurate records and data are maintained across your area.
