Role Purpose
The Camden Food Mission is a new service designed to deliver advice in food settings across Camden. This service is a direct response to local food insecurity across the council. It will deliver a floating advice service embedded primarily within food support locations, aiming to reach people who would not otherwise access advice services. The service will focus on stabilising income, managing debt, and reducing reliance on crisis provision.
The project will be delivered through a mix of face-to-face, telephone, and digital channels. Face-to-face appointments will be held in community food locations, with an emphasis on a flexible, visible presence to maximise reach.
We are recruiting a full-time debt adviser to join this project, to work alongside an established and experienced generalist adviser.
Ideally, you will be an experienced money adviser, and able to deliver high quality debt advice and on-going casework to clients. You will be an approved DRO intermediary or be willing to work towards becoming a DRO Intermediary by completing the relevant training. You should also hold the IMA Certificate of Money Advice Practice (CertMAP) or be willing to work towards obtaining this. The CertMAP and DRO Intermediary status are prerequisites to be considered at Senior Level.

Job description
We are looking for an Advice and Wellbeing Administrator to provide high quality administrative support to the Advice & Wellbeing team. This role will play a key part in the day-to-day operation of the Students' Union UCL Advice Service, including administering enquiry and appointment management processes, supporting the administration of our financial support funds, maintaining electronic case records and supervising student staff.
The role may also provide support to our expanding prevention and intervention programmes such as our Active Bystander Programme, including overseeing the enquiries, scheduling, and workshop administration.
The role is a full time and permanent contract. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 20/80 basis (80% working from the office). We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible, and job share basis wherever possible.

You will facilitate in reach services predominantly with a health and harm minimisation focus and develop positive partnerships with external agencies. Through compassionate and proactive management, you will help build a high performing, well organised and creative team who are passionate about supporting very vulnerable women away from the streets.

Senior Student Activities Coordinator

We're looking for a Senior Project Worker to share responsibility for the effective daily operation of Catching Lives’ services, in the day centre and in the community. Catching Lives is a community charity, currently staffed by a team of 10. We’re in the process of expanding with current recruitment, so that we can introduce community-based support alongside strengthening our core day centre offer.
The successful candidate will complete a structured induction that includes shadowing colleagues and visiting local services. Staff typically attend weekly team meetings on Wednesday afternoons, as well as having regular 1-1s with their line manager, and there is confidential access to an employee assistance scheme. The day centre offers free tea and coffee throughout the working day. As well as core training for new starters, there are ongoing training and development opportunities.

Purpose of Role
This position entails offering advice and support on an individual basis through email, phone, or in-person meetings. What you'll do:
- Building supportive, trusting relationships with customers and creating a positive atmosphere
