This is a key leadership role responsible for the safe, high-quality delivery of our respite breaks, wellbeing programmes and outreach services, alongside building strong relationships that help grow our reach and referral base.
You’ll lead a flexible workforce and oversee day-to-day operations, while also working externally with schools, local authorities and partner agencies to strengthen referral pathways and increase access to our services, particularly across Glasgow, Edinburgh and North/East Ayrshire.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll make sure services are deliverable, sustainable and aligned with future growth. A big part of the role is understanding local need and helping shape how and where our services are delivered.

About the Service and the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to work with the Operational Services Manager (Blended Teams) to manage the daily operations of our Blended Teams functions.
This includes managing a core team of workers in a diverse range of projects and services often in partnership with the NHS and other VCSE and community groups. The role will involve multi-agency working and ensuring the continuous development of our services to ensure that they meet the needs of the community and blended team outcomes.
Ideally, you will be required to have knowledge of managing remote teams who may be imbedded in NHS services and the ideal candidate would have the skills to support staff with the complex challenges that come with blended working as well as maintaining and building relationships with key stakeholders. You will also be required to hold your own caseload, supporting the teams with more complex service users and cover gaps in services.
Key Responsibilities and Service Delivery
The successful candidate will have experience of managing diverse staff resources, multi-agency working, 2 years’ experience working with people with mental health and managing remote teams. Level 3 Social Care (or equivalent) and Management and Leadership qualifications are desirable.

About the Role
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join Coram Voice as our new Children’s Rights Services Manager for the West Midlands.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the operational management of advocacy, independent visitor and other children’s rights services delivered across the region. You will ensure that services are child-led, rights-based and delivered in accordance with the National Standards
You will provide leadership and support to service delivery teams, oversee contract performance and compliance, manage service budgets, develop partnerships with local authorities and other stakeholders, and contribute to service innovation and growth.
As Designated Safeguarding Person for the region, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young people accessing our services.
