At Bipolar UK, we believe that no one should face bipolar alone. Every day, we work to ensure that people affected by bipolar can access the understanding, support and information they need to live well. As the UK's only national charity dedicated to bipolar, we reach around 10,000 people each month through our peer support services, online community, information resources, research partnerships and campaigns to improve diagnosis and access to care. 

We're entering an exciting period of growth and are looking for a passionate Senior Partnership Officer to help us build the partnerships and funding needed to expand our impact. Could you help us create a future where everyone affected by bipolar has access to timely support and specialist services? 

As Senior Partnership Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and managing high-value relationships with corporate partners, major donors and strategic supporters. You'll identify and secure new partnership opportunities, create compelling funding propositions and steward supporters to deepen their engagement with Bipolar UK. Your work will directly help us reach more people affected by bipolar and deliver life-changing support across the UK. 

Key Details

Location: Flexible, home-based with occasional travel to events and team meetings. 

Hours: 35 hours per week. 

Salary: £35,000 depending on experience. 

Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank Holidays (with an additional day accrued per each year of service)

Reporting to: Strategic Partnerships Manager. 

What You'll Be Working On

• Building and securing new corporate fundraising and strategic partnership opportunities. 
• Developing tailored partnership proposals and delivering engaging pitches to prospective supporters. 
• Managing and growing relationships with corporate partners, major donors and strategic allies. 
• Working with colleagues across services, fundraising and communications to develop innovative partnership opportunities. 
• Providing excellent stewardship through meetings, events, impact reporting and regular supporter engagement.
• Recording and tracking partnership activity through Salesforce and supporting effective monitoring and evaluation.

We are seeking a motivated and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our growing and welcoming organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a wide range of activity across Wales’ political, public and academic life. The role also includes support for meetings, communications, and other areas within LSW as they develop. As such, it offers a great all-round experience, whether for an experienced administrator or someone looking to develop their career.

This flexible, part-time role is fixed term for one year in the first instance and will provide essential support to our small and friendly team – enabling us to deliver our ambitious five-year strategy to benefit Wales.We are looking for someone who is adaptable, supportive and organised. For an Assistant-level role we do not expect you to have substantial previous work experience, but we are looking for a self-starter with a keenness to learn, and a proactive attitude to assisting others and finding solutions is essential.

LSW is a bilingual organisation that supports active Welsh speakers and learners at all levels. Fluency in Welsh is not a requirement of this post, but the ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable, and a willingness to learn is essential. 

The Services and Programmes Coordinator is a new fixed-term role, October 2026 to April 2027, created to support Theatres Trust through a period of organisational transition.

The Coordinator will play a central role in coordinating our grants, planning and advice services, ensuring enquiries, statutory consultations and other outward-facing work are managed efficiently and progress through our systems in a timely and accurate manner.

This is a practical, organised role for someone who enjoys bringing order to busy workflows, using systems effectively, and making sure colleagues and our users receive responsive, high-quality administrative support.

Our mission as a charity is to create brighter todays and better tomorrow for the children and families of Noah’s Ark. The wellbeing team, comprising of the Programme Manager, Senior Ward Counsellor, Sparkle Co-ordinators and Music Therapist, work collaboratively to provide emotional and practical support to children, young people and families within the hospital. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate professional to join us as a ward counsellor. Working closely with colleagues across the charity and NHS teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality emotional support and will have the opportunity to see the direct impact of their work on the children and families we support. They will provide emotional and therapeutic support to children, young people and families during their time in hospital. This includes delivering counselling sessions, emotional first aid, wellbeing check-ins and Art for Wellbeing sessions on the oncology ward. The role focuses on supporting those experiencing the emotional impact of hospital admission, treatment and diagnosis, particularly children and families facing long or repeated admissions, medical trauma, complex care needs or significant emotional distress. Working closely with colleagues across the hospital and the charity the ward counsellor will help ensure children and families receive timeline, compassionate and coordinated wellbeing support throughout their hospital journey.
