As an Information and Advice Adviser, you will manage your own caseload, providing person-centred support through a variety of channels including face-to-face appointments, home visits, telephone, email and digital platforms. You will work closely with colleagues, volunteers, statutory services and community partners to ensure older people receive accurate information, practical assistance and tailored support to access their rights and entitlements. Community Fundraising Manager
Salary: Outer London Business Support Scale, Grade 5\6 (Spine Points 21.1 – 28), £32,064 - £36,579 per annum inclusive of London Weighting.

As our Befriending and Escorting Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in reducing loneliness and social isolation by matching volunteers with older people who would benefit from companionship and support. We are recruiting for Customer Support Centre Advisors to act as the main point of contact for a wide range of queries from our supporters, members, adopters, customers and members of the public.
What does this role do?
As Customer Support Centre Advisor, you'll:
Please note, this is a hybrid role working from Manchester rehoming centre two days per week, with the rest of the time from home. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a short screening call on Teams, followed by a panel interview at our Manchester rehoming centre.
Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional listening skills, with experience of providing excellent customer service in a high demand environment. You'll be skilled in handling telephone and email conversations sensitively and empathetically, as this role involves communicating with customers who may be distressed, confused or aggressive. You'll be resilient, proactive and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (inc. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with the experience of using web-based resources and electronic systems.

A major change project has taken place at Cranstoun over the last few years to transform our IT systems and support. We have successfully moved to a cloud solution based on Microsoft 365.
We are now looking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable Head of IT to lead Cranstoun’s IT services. You will be motivated to make a difference and build on the successful work that has already been achieved.
The Head of IT will demonstrate visible leadership and provide expert advice to continue the development of IT provision, knowledge and digital capabilities across the organisation. The post holder will work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to maintain our IT systems and support, including all aspects of IT and cyber security. Cranstoun currently holds ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System), Cyber Essentials and completes the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit. You will support our two internal IT roles and effectively manage our managed service provider who are providing ongoing day-to-day support for all our IT users.The role incorporates wider responsibilities that include supplier management and purchasing in relation to IT.
