YMCA England & Wales is entering one of the most exciting chapters in its fundraising history, launching our ambition to create 10,000 new homes for young people. Working alongside local YMCAs, we will support the development of new accommodation across the federation, helping young people move towards independence.

This role sits at the heart of that ambition.

You will lead the fundraising behind two critical components of the 10,000 Homes programme:
• Securing income from the public to build and sustain a central Centre of Expertise (mobilisation team), supporting local YMCAs to develop and deliver housing projects.
• Raising capital from individual supporters, mid-level donors and major donors to grow a replenishing national fund that provides upfront investment to unlock housing developments across the federation.

At the centre of this is the 10,000 Homes Fund: a bold, housing-focused proposition that offers the public a clear and tangible way to support young people into safe, stable accommodation. You will be responsible for growing this proposition, ensuring it resonates strongly with supporters and inspires giving at all levels.

You will lead an integrated public fundraising approach, bringing together individual giving, mid-level and major donors into one compelling, housing-led narrative. A key part of the role will be translating a complex, federated model into a simple, emotional and compelling case for support that connects with people’s motivations to give.

We’ve established strong early foundations and are now ready to scale. This role offers the opportunity to take a high-potential public fundraising proposition to the next level -expanding its reach, deepening supporter engagement, and unlocking significant new income.

The role

As Assistant Head of Fundraising (Public Fundraising), you will lead and inspire a team of talented fundraisers, deputising for the Head of Fundraising and taking ownership of our most ambitious programmes:

The 10,000 Homes Fund driving forward our flagship proposition across individual giving, cash appeals and mid-level audiences.

Major Donors shaping the strategy for high-net-worth relationships, new giving circles and development boards.

RoomSponsor, YMCA’s flagship regular giving product, now in its third year of an ambitious growth strategy. You will oversee a unique partnership model across 45 local YMCAs, support the income distribution process, and see first-hand the impact of your work through a programme that directly supports young people with safe accommodation.

Legacies working with the Senior Fundraising Manager and Head of Fundraising to define and grow what is set to become a landmark legacy programme.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you will set direction, manage budgets, develop your team, while also being prepared to step into delivery when it matters most. You will balance strategic oversight with practical execution, ensuring programmes are both ambitious and deliverable.

Variety is looking for a PR and Communications Manager to join our successful fundraising and communications team for FTC maternity cover. This role includes management of internal and external communication channels at Variety including the website, supporter newsletters, social media and PR.  Leading on brand and design, you will oversee freelance support during busy periods including photographers and filmmakers. This role leads and manages brand design on Canva, short film editing and works with the Director of Communications on PR. 

The PR and Communications Manager is key to achieving Variety’s mission to fund life-changing practical support to disabled and disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. You will be joining the charity at an exciting time as Variety is launching a new three-year strategy and you will play a key role in our collaborative and high-performing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Lead the planning, creation and delivery of engaging content across Variety's communications channels.

● Manage the website content, ensuring information remains accurate, accessible and on brand.

● Work with the website developers to deliver improvements and SEO optimisation.

● Manage Variety’s social media content and calendar to ensure children’s voices are at the heart of our storytelling.

MAIN BENEFITS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to serve as Coordinator, leading the mission of Street Pastors in Kingston. The ideal candidate for this role will be a person of integrity who is able to demonstrate experience and potential in leadership of Christian outreach and mission. They should have experience leading and managing volunteers in a relevant context. They should possess effective organisational and communication skills and demonstrate a passion for building and sustaining partnerships around community outreach.

Context

Kingston Street Pastors is a churches initiative which has been operating since 2006 deploying Christian volunteers in the town centre in the night time to Care, Listen and Help. We enjoy excellent relationships with key stakeholders in Kingston’s night time economy including our local council, police and businesses. Within the wider Street Pastors movement we have made significant contributions over the years to develop policy and practice and have worked closely with neighbouring Street Pastors initiatives and with the Ascension Trust. For governance purposes Kingston Street Pastors operates as an affiliated project of Oxygen, a Kingston based youth work charity.

Our key strategic priorities are to maintain and build on the positive relationships we have with our local council, the police and businesses in the night time economy, taking advantage of opportunities for collaboration, accessing funding and other forms of support. We are perennially focused on the recruitment of new volunteers to serve as Street Pastors and Prayer Pastors to sustain and grow our capacity to deploy teams to the streets.

About the Role

This role has a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post holder to be a practicing Christian (as outlined by 2010 Equality Act, Section 9)

Our new Coordinator will work closely with the Street Pastors Deputy Coordinator, leading the regular operations of Kingston Street Pastors and the deployment of teams while also overseeing the strategic development of the initiative in response to emerging needs and opportunities. 

Applicants should have people skills and demonstrate an ability to solve problems using a range of creative solutions including working with volunteers or using technology in new ways. The ideal candidate will have an ability to work flexibly and manage their time and resource effectively amidst competing priorities.

• A good understanding of the work and ethos of Street Pastors and how this resonates with your approach to Christian mission.

As Supporter Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for people engaging with our three charities: Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity, Evelina London Children’s Charity, and Guy’s Cancer Charity. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service, managing a wide range of enquiries from supporters—whether they’re donating, fundraising, or simply seeking information.

The role requires you to become highly knowledgeable about activities across our three charities, engaging with internal teams and maintaining a positive, helpful presence in all interactions.

You’ll handle supporter enquiries across various communication channels, ensuring timely responses within our service level agreements. From processing donations and managing complaints to maintaining accurate records in the fundraising database (Raiser’s Edge), you’ll help ensure a smooth, efficient experience for every supporter. You’ll also be helping to manage relationships with external suppliers, making sure they deliver on our high standards of supporter care.

The Team
The role is within the Individual Giving, Legacies & Supporter Care team. The team is led by a Head of
Individual Giving who manages these vital areas of public fundraising. This role will be managed by the  Supporter Care Manager.

Key Relationships
Internal: All fundraising teams, Funding Team, Gift Processing, Fundraising Database, Legal and Compliance, Digital, Marketing and Communications.
External: Fundraisers and donors (the public), Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital trust staff, Agencies operating face to face fundraising, fulfilment agencies, events operations agencies

Key Responsibilities

Supporter Enquiries & Communication

• Act as the first point of contact for supporters via email, telephone, voicemail and post, delivering warm, professional and responsive customer service across all our charity brands.
• Triage and respond to a wide variety of enquiries – from donations and event registrations to complaints and requests – within a 48-hour timeframe, in line with our service level agreements.
• Engage with supporters with empathy and kindness, helping to build long-term relationship and positive experiences.
• Handle sensitive requests such as cancelling or amending regular gifts, updating contact preferences, and allocating donations to specific funds.
• Manage and escalate complaints appropriately, ensuring they are logged accurately in Raiser’s Edge and resolved in line with our policies and timelines.
• Liaise with third-party agencies, particularly face-to-face and door-to-door fundraising partners, to ensure prompt resolution of supporter issues and flag delays or concerns to relevant internal teams.

Donation Processing & Database Management

• Process donations received over the phone, ensuring secure handling and accurate entry into the database.
• Update and maintain supporter records in Raiser’s Edge CRM, recording all communications and actions taken.
• Work closely with the Gift Processing team to ensure timely thanking of donors and that all relevant correspondence is correctly documented.
• Respond to specific donation-related requests, such as Gift Aid updates, tribute gifts, or restricted fund allocations, with care and accuracy

Process Management & Operational Support

• Manage and improve core Supporter Care processes, ensuring team documentation, templates, and workflows are regularly reviewed and kept up to date.
• Use mapping tools like Mural and Visio to visually present processes.
• Lead on the upkeep of supporter communication tools, including templated responses, acknowledgement letters, and postal receipts.
• Maintain operational systems such as the franking machine and oversee supplies of stationery, packaging, and materials used across the team.
• Handle briefing documents from fundraising and funding teams, ensuring necessary updates to processes and supporter care materials are implemented.

Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Collect both quantitative (e.g. response times, enquiry volumes) and qualitative (e.g. supporter feedback) data to measure Supporter Care performance and help to identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to quarterly reporting exercises, including complaint analysis and supporter experience metrics.
• Share supporter stories, feedback and ideas with the wider fundraising and supporter experience teams to help shape more meaningful engagement.

Collaboration & Cross-Team Working

• Build strong, effective relationships with internal teams including Gift Processing, Data, Public Fundraising and Funding & Impact to align supporter care practices and ensure a seamless supporter journey.
• Support teams across the organisation by offering advice, collecting requirements for process improvement, and helping them meet supporter response timeframes.
• Provide stewardship support to teams as required, such as posting in Facebook groups, doing thanking calls, writing thank you cards or helping with other new campaigns/appeals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key external suppliers to ensure supporter care standards are upheld across all third-party touchpoints.

Charity Representation & Team Culture

• Contribute actively and preparedly to team meetings, share insights, support colleagues with ad hoc tasks and cover when needed.

About the role

The Senior Individual Giving Executive (Digital Acquisition) will play a key part in the delivery of the Individual Giving programme, producing sector-leading comms and campaigns to recruit and retain supporters. You will work closely with the rest of the IG team and the Fundraising and Communications Department to deliver high-quality, data-led campaigns across a range of marketing channels. The role will include campaign delivery, budgeting, strategy and planning, managing relationships with key suppliers and driving continuous campaign improvement.

This role will focus predominantly on digital acquisition activity, with a particular focus on paid search and paid social, though there is flexibility for this to change in the future.

About you

We are looking for a passionate fundraiser with keen interest in the charity sector, particularly in humanitarian work. The ideal candidate will have a range of cross-channel experience, ideally in the charity sector and in an Individual Giving team, with a particular focus on digital acquisition. We are looking for someone with the passion to drive and improve our digital acquisition campaigns, to critically review campaigns and implement improvements, and to put their own stamp on the role.

In conjunction with the Director of Finance you will manage the efficient operation of the finance function though management and statutory accounting, internal control and cash management.

You will manage the accounting system covering processes for nominal ledger, purchase and sales ledger, stipends and payroll.

Through the work of the department you will contribute to the effective stewardship of resources and the transparent accountability that is the hallmark of the Diocese of Southwark.

Main Responsibilities

Working alongside the Director of Finance you will produce the annual financial statements and work with him on managing the annual audit process.

You will produce monthly management accounts on a timely basis as key financial information for the efficient management of the Diocese and for the information of Trustees. The Diocese uses XLedger and you will become the primary contact and knowledge base for the system, developing its reporting and functionality.

You will be responsible for the financial systems and processes of the finance department, and manage part of the finance team.  You will oversee the team members responsible for payroll, stipends, purchase ledger and banking.  

You will work with a wide range of people throughout the organisation, and have key relationships with those working on generous giving and vocations.

The Ideal Candidate

You must be a qualified accountant.

We are looking for someone is a qualified accountant, with charity accounting experience, and:

• a high degree of ability with accounting software packages, managing data flows into and out of such systems.  
• experience of staff management and supervision, and who also enjoys building relationships outside the finance team.

The Learning Programmes Manager fulfils a key role in the busy Education and Training team at SPAB. They have responsibility to coordinate and deliver our two annual learning programmes: the SPAB Scholarship and the SPAB Fellowship. Using their high-level administrative or project management experience and excellent interpersonal skills, the Learning Programmes Manager leads in development, delivery and review of these flagship programmes.

The Learning Programmes Manager works in consultation with the Senior Education and Training Manager and Director of Engagement, and closely with SPAB colleagues, to promote the learning programmes, maximise their outcomes, collaborate on funding opportunities and reporting, and deliver core strategic objectives.

Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing specialised nursing care and support for young people aged 13–24 with cancer. Every day, seven young people in the UK hear the words “you have cancer”, and Teenage Cancer Trust ensures they do not face it alone.

The charity funds specialist nurses and youth support teams in hospitals across the UK and provides vital emotional, practical and psychological support for young people and their families during and after treatment.

Regional fundraising is a core income stream for Teenage Cancer Trust, generating income through a combination of community and corporate fundraising. Supporters are often personally connected to the cause, including young people, families and communities directly impacted by cancer, making this a highly rewarding fundraising environment.

Teenage Cancer Trust is now seeking a Senior Relationship Manager (West Scotland) to grow and develop income across the West of Scotland. With an individual income target of c.£130k and a combined Scotland regional target of c.£260k across East and West Scotland, this role will play a key part in strengthening existing relationships while identifying and developing new fundraising opportunities across a region with significant growth potential.

Reporting to the Regional Fundraising Area Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term supporter relationships and developing strategic area plans to maximise fundraising opportunities. You will also work closely with frontline nursing teams, volunteers and colleagues across the organisation, ensuring supporters experience the impact of their fundraising while helping identify new opportunities across both community and corporate audiences.

As Senior Relationship Manager, you will:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of community and corporate supporters across West Scotland
• Deliver an individual income target of c.£130k across community and corporate fundraising
• Develop strategic area plans to drive sustainable income growth
• Build, steward and retain high-value supporter relationships
• Coach and mentor Relationship Managers, supporting their development
• Identify and develop new fundraising opportunities across community and corporate audiences
• Work closely with frontline teams to share powerful supporter stories and demonstrate impact
• Monitor income performance, manage pipelines and proactively mitigate risk

Essential skills and experience:

• Experience of community, corporate or regional fundraising
• Proven ability to build and grow long-term supporter relationships

You’ll need access to a vehicle as there is a requirement to be able to travel across the region to attend meetings, events and training.

Desirable, but not essential:

• Knowledge of managing high-value or complex supporter relationships

• Knowledge of the West Scotland fundraising landscape, ideally Glasgow

Big Tech companies have become so large – gobbling up a huge slice of the global marketplace and an unprecedented treasure hoard of user data – that they’re now more powerful than many states. We’ve launched landmark cases seeking structural changes to big tech’s harmful business models, supported 180+ Facebook content moderators fired for trying to form a union to sue Facebook and their outsourcing company, Sama – winning world-first judgements. We're urging competition regulators worldwide to stop Google’s theft of independent news. We’ve filed the UK’s first legal challenge to a data centre permission decision, forced disclosure of secret contracts between tech giants and the NHS, stopped a racist Home Office visa streaming algorithm, helped make grading fair for UK A-level students and challenged the Department of Work and Pension’s use of an algorithm unfairly flagging disabled people for benefit fraud investigations.

The role

Foxglove is seeking a Digital Campaigner to deliver our digital campaigning, our digital communications, our social media and our website. This role would sit within our advocacy and communications team, which works towards stronger accountability for Big Tech, and an end to states’ misuse of algorithms and AI. 

We want people in power to put an end to tech abuses that negatively impact our lives. But we’re up against an army of Big Tech lobbyists, working to shield their industry – and its vast profits – from any form of restraint. That’s why we need to ensure that the public, and our representatives in government and politics, are armed with the facts and knowledge they need to stand up to Big Tech billionaires.

We’re looking for someone with significant experience in digital campaigning. The Digital Campaigner will not only identify these areas but act to implement the strategy they help devise – taking a hands-on and energetic approach. 

As part of a small and flexible team, you will also be expected to contribute to our wider areas of work as needed, across communications, advocacy and supporter campaigns. 

Job Description

Digital campaigns

• Develop and lead digital campaign strategies that support Foxglove’s litigation and advocacy work, translating our cases and work into compelling public-facing campaigns.
• Design and deliver end-to-end digital campaign activations – including email campaigns, petitions, actions, donation drives and supporter journeys – using Foxglove’s CRM and campaign tools.
• Identify campaign moments and news hooks and move quickly to mobilise supporters and generate public pressure at critical points in Foxglove’s cases.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data and analytics to learn and improve tactics over time.
• Work closely with Foxglove’s legal and advocacy teams to ensure digital campaigns are timely, accurate, and strategically aligned.
• Contribute to the development of Foxglove’s overall digital strategy, bringing expertise in best practice in digital campaigning.

Supporter engagement

• Grow and steward Foxglove’s supporter base, reaching new audiences and fostering relationships with existing supporters.
• Support Foxglove in the development and delivery of our supporter growth strategy.
• Develop and deliver supporter communications – including coordinating a supporter communications grid, drafting and delivering regular email updates, newsletters, and action alerts – that inform and drive engagement.
• Segment and manage supporter lists to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time, maximising open rates, click-throughs, and conversion.
• Create pathways for supporters to deepen their involvement with Foxglove’s work, from signing a petition to becoming a supporter or donor.
• Work with colleagues to identify stories and voices from within Foxglove’s community that can strengthen campaigns and broaden public reach.

Social media

• Manage and grow Foxglove’s presence across relevant social media platforms (including LinkedIn, BlueSky, and others as appropriate), maintaining a consistent and distinctive voice.
• Plan and publish engaging content that explains Foxglove’s work, amplifies campaign moments, and drives traffic to key actions and resources.
• Develop and manage a social media content calendar, working across the team to ensure posts are timely, accurate, and tied to broader campaign goals.
• Track and analyse social media performance, using insights to iterate and improve content strategy.

Website management

• Take day-to-day responsibility for Foxglove’s website, ensuring it is kept up to date, well-organised, and optimised for search and user experience.
• Publish and edit content across the site, including case pages, blog posts, press releases, and campaign landing pages, working with colleagues to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Identify and lead improvements to site structure, navigation, and functionality.
• Use privacy respecting analytics tools to monitor site performance, identify trends, and make evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure campaign and action pages are functioning correctly and converting effectively and manage any technical issues in a timely way.
• Maintain and improve the website’s accessibility, ensuring it meets recognised standards and is usable for as wide an audience as possible.

Content creation: 

• Create clear, engaging digital content across multiple formats — including written copy, graphics, and short-form video — tailored to different platforms and audiences.

Person specification

Essential

• At least five years' experience in digital campaigning, public mobilisation, or a related field
• Ability to create clear, engaging digital content across multiple formats — including written copy, graphics, and short-form video — tailored to different platforms and audiences
• Proven track record of designing and delivering digital campaigns that have driven measurable public engagement or policy impact
• Strong experience managing email campaigns and CRM/supporter database tools (e.g. Action Network, MailChimp, Salesforce, or similar)
• Experience managing organisational social media accounts, with a strong instinct for voice, tone, and timing
• Confident writing skills — able to translate complex legal, technical, or policy issues into clear, compelling content for a public audience
• Experience managing and publishing content on a CMS-based website (e.g. WordPress)
• Ability to use analytics tools to assess performance and adjust strategy accordingly
• Strong project management skills — able to juggle competing priorities and deliver to deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Desirable

• Experience commissioning or directing creative work from designers, videographers, or illustrators
