Job description

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, creative and highly organised Creator and Influencer Manager to join our Marketing team.

You’ll take the lead on planning, creating and delivering creator content across Instagram and TikTok that inspires, educates and drives engagement with our mission; to get young people checking their chests. You’ll find and onboard content creators who can carry our life-saving message to young audiences.

In addition to this, you’ll find creators who can fulfil key corporate partner obligations, bringing to life the partnerships in fun and authentic ways.

You’ll work across social and influencer channels, managing content production from concept to delivery.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes creator content and understands youth culture and trends.

You will sit within the Marketing team and report to the Head of Content.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead CoppaFeel!’s Content Creator and Influencer work across our always-on content, event portfolio and annual campaign.

  • Developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies that drive awareness, reach and engagement among our target audiences.

  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators and their agents, ensuring collaborations are authentic and on‑brand.

  • Develop and deliver compelling, creator-led content across multiple channels, including social media - with a focus on Tik Tok and Instagram.

  • Manage creator negotiations, contracts, budgets, briefs, deliverables and timelines.

  • Activate and monitor paid campaigns and boosting across Meta (Ads Manager) and Tik Tok (Spark Ads).

  • Respond to briefs from across the charity, translating organisational objectives into engaging creative concepts.

  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to creators that maintains the highest possible quality, engagement and accessibility from our creator collaborations.

  • Maintain content consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with CoppaFeel!’s brand, tone of voice and visual identity.

  • Track and analyse owned and influencer content performance, providing reports, insights and recommendations for optimisation.

  • Work with the Social Media Manager to manage the content calendar — planning, optimising and scheduling content across channels.

  • Support CoppaFeel! events and activations with creator collaborations as required.

  • Keep up to date with digital trends, youth culture, and emerging content formats to ensure CoppaFeel! remains relevant and innovative.

  • Undertake any other reasonable duties or responsibilities as required by the Charity, in line with the needs of the organisation.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Essential

  • Proven experience in managing creator relationships and content collaborations across multiple platforms.

  • Demonstrable experience of working both directly with creators and via agents and agencies.

  • Experienced in delivering authentic, long term creator partnerships that deliver against brief objectives.

  • Confident turning a creative idea into meaningful content that will deliver reach against CoppaFeel!’s cross organisational objectives.

  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to generate ideas tailored to youth audiences.

  • Confident in using social media analytics tools (Including Sprout Creator) and reporting on performance.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines, and deliver at pace and scale.

  • Experience delivering paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Spark Ads to support Creator content.

  • A passion for youth culture, digital trends and purpose-driven storytelling.

  • Budget management.

  • Knowledge of influencer culture and the creator economy.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of editing tools and techniques and the ability to feedback in detail on creator drafts and content.

  • Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector.

  • Understanding of the challenges of communicating health-related messages to young audiences.

  • Experience commissioning and managing agencies, creative freelancers and suppliers.

Application information

Applications will close at the end of the day on Monday 16th November with the aim to commence a shortlisting test as applications come in and interviews week commencing Monday 23rd November.

CoppaFeel! reserves the right to close the vacancy early in the event that we receive a high number of applications before the closing date.

Main benefits, Terms & Conditions

Annual leave entitlement: 22 days, plus office closure at Christmas, a day off on our Founders birthday, and a day off for your birthday.

  • Employee Assistance Programme

  • Health Cash Plan; cash back on everyday health expenses, as well as a GP advice line and access to PerkBox.

  • Access to Self Space training and 1:1 therapy

  • Core working hours of 10am to 4pm

  • Flex Friday; every other Friday off, offering the time to recharge and ensuring work life balance, while remaining available in case of emergencies

All annual leave and benefits are pro-rata'd for part time employees.

Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion

At CoppaFeel! we support a diverse range of communities and we understand that diversity within our team is central and crucial to meeting the needs of the young people we exist to serve. We strongly encourage applications from Black, and people of colour, LGBTQIA+ candidates, candidates with disabilities, from men, and from those with a lived experience of cancer because we would like to increase the representation of these groups within the charity.

We promote equality, diversity and inclusion in our workplace and make recruitment decisions by matching the charity's needs with the skills and experience of candidates, irrespective of age, disability (including hidden disabilities), gender, gender identity or gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, or sexual orientation. We recognise the value in encouraging a diverse range of perspectives, skills, experience and knowledge at the charity.

While the successful candidate will be selected purely on merit, in the event of a tie between two candidates with equal suitability, we may select a candidate with lived experience of the issues we are seeking to address through our work.

We want our recruitment process to be inclusive, accessible and fair for everyone. As a Disability Confident Employer, we actively encourage applications from disabled people and are committed to providing reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process. Disabled applicants who meet the minimum essential criteria for the role will normally be offered an interview. In some high-volume recruitment processes, we may limit interviews to candidates whose applications most closely meet the role requirements.
