Job description

Clore Social Leadership is one of the UK’s leading providers of leadership development for social purpose and non-profit leaders. Since 2010, it has supported more than 5,000 individuals from nearly 3,800 organisations, helping leaders build the skills and confidence to create positive social change. As a small organisation with ambitious plans for growth, Prospectus is delighted to be supporting Clore Social with the appointment of a Fundraising and Partnerships Lead.

  • Salary: £55,000
  • Position: permanent and full time
  • Location: London, one day a week in the office

This is a hands-on Lead-level role with considerable autonomy and the opportunity to shape the development of fundraising. You’ll manage the pipeline from prospect research through to stewardship, while growing trusts and foundations income and developing corporate, major donor and digital fundraising opportunities. Working closely with the Director of Development and CEO, you’ll also help strengthen systems and processes as the function grows.

The successful candidate will be an experienced fundraiser with a strong track record of securing income, excellent writing and relationship-building skills, and experience across the fundraising cycle. Experience of digital fundraising campaigns is particularly important, alongside knowledge of trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships or major donors. You’ll be organised, collaborative and comfortable working autonomously in a small, growing organisation, with a commitment to social impact and Clore Social’s values.

To apply, please submit your CV via the Prospectus website in the first instance. Should your experience be suitable, we will arrange for a meeting to brief you on the role. You will then have all the information you need to formally apply.

We are looking forward to connecting with you soon.
