As a Senior Project Lead within the Work Experience team, you will take ownership of key elements of the delivery and development of The Switch's work experience programmes. Universify Education is looking for a passionate and motivated Fundraising Officer to deliver the charity's fundraising activities and engage Universify’s community to enable the ongoing running of our transformative programmes. THE ROLE
As the Fundraising Officer, you will plan and deliver the charity’s income generation strategy, covering Trusts and Foundations, Individual Giving and Public Fundraising. THE CHARITY
Universify exists to create a fairer, more equal society where every young person can fulfil their potential regardless of their background. We work primarily with Year 10-11 students (aged 14-16) to increase their aspirations, improve GCSE attainment and to gain a greater understanding of post-18 pathways, particularly university, to make a more informed decision about their future. Our main Oxford programme includes a week-long residential in summer of Year 10, a 3-day GCSE-focused revision residential in the spring of Year 11, and regular online coaching.
Main Duties
- Plan and deliver the charity’s income generation strategy, including Trusts and Foundations, Individual Giving, and Public Fundraising campaigns
- Identify new opportunities and maintain a database of fundraising prospects
- Create funding bids, project budgets and grant reports
- Track and report on fundraising progress to the CEO and wider staff team, with development opportunities to report to the board of trustees
- Deepen engagement with existing stakeholders through stewardship

About the role
As Awards Finance Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of award data, timely donor audit financial compliance, and donor confidence. Reporting to the Awards Finance Manager and working alongside 2 other Awards Finance Analysts, you'll be supporting the management of around 400 active awards, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust reconciliations and compliance with donor and audit requirements.
This is a varied role that combines award management knowledge with strong financial analysis and controls. You will work closely with finance, award management and programme colleagues, supporting donor audits, validating donor reports, tracking award income and debt, and helping drive process improvements and automation across the Awards Finance function.
This 14-month fixed-term contract is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex financial data, building strong relationships and ensuring the highest standards of financial stewardship.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver timely and accurate award-level financial reconciliations, reporting validations and financial closeout activities across a large portfolio of awards.

About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:

- Strong financial administration and reconciliation skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Role profile

Working arrangements
This role is being recruited on a 12 month fixed-term basis because it has been created to support a temporary, time-limited increase in workload associated with preparations for the London Marathon 2027. The role is an additional position within the team and is not intended to form part of the team's ongoing establishment beyond the period of increased demand. The contract is therefore expected to end once the temporary resourcing requirement created by the London Marathon 2027 project has concluded.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

The Team Leader will provide operational leadership for a team of Employment Specialists delivering an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) service for people with severe mental illness and complex mental health needs. You will provide assessment, advice, care-planned treatment, and ongoing support to young people experiencing serious or complex substance-related issues. A key element of the role is coordinating transitions, both into adult treatment pathways and into meaningful education, employment, or training opportunities.
Importantly, this role will also support individuals who require help around ketamine use, offering tailored harm reduction advice, early intervention, and recovery-focused support as part of their care plan.
