Role Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Information and Education Manager to lead our patient information and education work, ensuring people affected by pulmonary fibrosis can access clear, accurate, trusted and accessible information when they need it most.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will shape APF’s information and education offer across digital, print and live formats, develop and improve patient information, lead a review of our website content, and ensure our resources remain evidence-based, accessible and shaped by lived experience.
You will also oversee our education programme and line manage our Education and Events Co-ordinator, helping us deliver high-quality events and education that respond to the needs of people affected by pulmonary fibrosis.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in health information, patient education or health content. You will be an excellent writer and editor, able to make complex information clear and accessible, with the strategic thinking and project management skills to turn insight and evidence into practical improvements.

ROLE PURPOSE
Sitting within our Philanthropy & Partnerships team, you will play a pivotal role in securing the philanthropic support that makes ShelterBox's work possible. We are seeking a dynamic, disciplined, and highly motivated Campaigns Officer to play a central role in growing our activist movement and delivering bold, high-impact campaigns across the UK and internationally.
This role is fundamentally about building people power. You will be responsible for significantly expanding our activist base – both online and in person – mobilising supporters into sustained action and organising impactful demonstrations that influence companies, governments, and public opinion.
The Campaigns Officer will regularly travel across the UK and internationally to organise and lead peaceful demonstrations, ensuring Animal Equality remains a visible, strategic, and compelling presence at key decision-making moments. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Residential Assistant Manager to help deliver high-quality, person-centred support while assisting with the day-to-day leadership of the service. Working alongside the Service Manager, you will support the smooth running of the home, maintain high standards of care, safety and compliance, and act as a positive role model for the team.
The role includes leading and mentoring staff, supporting rota management and administrative tasks, contributing to audits and quality monitoring and ensuring care plans, risk assessments and records are accurate and up to date. You will promote best practice in safeguarding, support compliance with CQC and relevant legislation and help develop a skilled and confident team through training and guidance.
You will work closely with families and professionals to support people’s health, wellbeing and independence, while responding calmly and effectively in a range of situations. The role may include supporting people in the community, undertaking clinical duties once trained and assisting with transport where required.

They will be passionate about the difference volunteers make and the difference their experience and knowledge can make to developing and enhancing volunteering across all activities at the LA.
