As Senior Youth Support Worker you will;
· Provide supervision to Youth Outreach Worker(s).
· Be present in hospital and community locations to support young people that are impacted by violence.
· Work with young people in the community supporting them to process what has happened and linking them in with services/groups that will provide them with sustainable ongoing support.
· Deliver group work sessions to get young people talking about the issue of violence providing a safe space for them to talk about their concerns and what they want to change.
· Support communities impacted by critical incidents.
· Oversee referrals
· Work closely with the Project Administrator to monitor engagement and impact.
Amongst other requirements, the successful post holder must have:
· Relevant experience OR qualification in Youth & Community (JNC), Social Work (QSW) or SEND.
· Proven experience working with young people ‘at risk’.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Knowledge of child protection, safeguarding and Health and Safety practices
· Reliability, with a flexible approach to changes and able to work unsociable hours.

You will be based in our psychosocial team working with adult males (over 18 years old). You will be responsible for delivering a range of elements of our substance use work including case management, assessments, care planning, the delivery of one-to-one interventions to include harm reduction and motivational work, group work, and engagement support as well as other associated duties. You need to be committed to supporting people who use our services to make positive changes to prepare them for release into the community, and you will arrange continuity of care. You will work in collaboration with the clinical team and integrated working is a key element of this role. You will work within the prison setting and contribute towards the wider prison drug strategy.
Having experience of supporting people with complex health needs including substance use, you will bring knowledge and commitment to deliver drug and alcohol treatment. You will have a non-judgemental attitude and a desire to support the lives of people who use our services to be healthier and safer by delivering a high-quality service.
Experience of working with drug and alcohol use is essential. You will be a competent communicator, with the ability to work independently and be comfortable and enthusiastic, both with the highlighted client group and working in partnership with other service providers. Previous experience or knowledge of working with individuals on opiate replacement treatment, and/or involved in the criminal justice system will be advantageous.

We are expanding our team of IPS Employment Advisors in our IPS service in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. You will be based in one of NHS mental health treatment teams in Bethnal Green, Isle of Dogs or Stepney and Wapping areas, working 35 hours per week. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting engagement with our Lived Experience Steering Committeeand helping ensure that the voices and experiences of service users inform the development of our work. You will also contribute to service development, process improvement, fundraising activity, research projects and campaigns that promote positive change across public, privateand voluntary sectors.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environmentand has excellent organisational skills. You will manage competing priorities, coordinate project milestones, maintain accurate records, produce reports updates and ensure project information is captured effectively through our CRM systems in line with GDPR, AQS standards and organisational policies.

The post is:
Hours - 35 per week
Salary - £25,883 + 5% pension contribution p.a.
Based in - Truro, covering Cornwall.
Start date - August 2026.
Holiday - 28 days a year including public holidays (basic entitlement rising 1 day per year up to 5 years service)

The Senior Employment Advisor is responsible for managing and supporting a team of Employment Advisors who deliver structured employment support to clients engaged in NHS Talking Therapies.
Employment Advisors typically provide 6–8 sessions of tailored employment guidance, which is fully integrated into the individual’s therapeutic journey.
This integrated model ensures that clients receive coordinated support that addresses both their mental health needs and barriers to employment, helping them progress towards sustainable work outcomes at a pace aligned with their recovery
